Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is an aggressive tumor that usually occurs in patients with chronic liver disease and *** resection is an optimal treatment for HCC,but the 5-year recurrence rates are significantly *** majority of recurrent HCCs occur through intrahepatic metastasis with local tumor progression,and less than 20%of recurrences are extrahepatic *** with gastric metastasis is extremely rare,and it is easily misdiagnosed as primary gastric cancer with liver *** 80-yearold male chronic hepatitis B virus carrier had received lamivudine and entecavir for years and was regularly followed up in the *** had a 3.5 cm solitary HCC with microvascular invasion and received curative surgical resection in *** 2013,he developed a 1.3 cm solitary HCC again and was treated with combination therapy with radiofrequency ablation and pure ethanol ***,he was followed every 3–6 months and was *** years later,in 2016,endoscopy for intermittent epigastralgia showed a solitary 4 cm intraluminal gastric subepithelial tumor without mucosal ulcers or erosions over the gastric *** imaging studies,including computed tomography,favored the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST),but the pathology of the tumor proved to be *** patient did not receive any systemic anticancer therapy but only wedge resection of the stomach and remained tumor-and HCC-free until his latest clinic visit in *** current case is unique and indicates the possibility of HCC with late solitary gastric metastasis mimicking *** gastric tumor resection ensured an extremely good outcome for the patient,which is different from the devastating prognosis of most cases of HCC with gastric metastasis.

Enhanced stabilization of inorganic cesium lead triiodide （CsPbl3） perovskite quantum dots with tri-octylphosphine

In recent years, significant attention has been paid to perovskite materials. In particular, lead triiodide-based perovskites have exhibited superb optoelectronic properties. Enhancing the stability of these materials is an essential step towards large-scale applications. In this stud） by simply adding trioctylphosphine （TOP） as part of the post-synthesis treatment, we significantly enhance the stability of CsPbI3 quantum dots （QDs） in the solution phase, which otherwise decay rapidly in hours. For CsPbI3 QDs treated with TOP, the absorption and photoluminescence emission properties are unchanged over the course of weeks, and the quantum yield remains almost constant at 30% even after 1 month. The morphologies of both treated and untreated QDs are initially cubic; however, the treated QDs largely maintain their initial size and shape, while the untreated ones lose size uniformity, which is a sign of degradation. Infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy confirm the presence of P in the TOP-treated QDs. We hope that the technique of utilizing a ligand post-treatment will lead to new insights that help to resolve the intrinsic instability issue of triiodide perovskite materials and devices.

随着网络在我们的工作和生活中变得愈加重要,人们越来越多地依靠网络文本来沟通、交流、学习并记录信息。比如,我们通过“自然”语言来进行交流,但非结构化的语言与结构化的列表或其他数据形式相比,难以被机器自动化处理。与此同时,这种书面文字在网上无处不在,并且包含着对于个人和商业机构极为重要的信息。人工智能领域已经为处理大量非结构化信息的难题提供了一些解决方案。具体来说,自然语言处理(NLP)的一个分支就着重于寻找让机器有效地理解人类语言的问题。类似自然实体识别或者主题建模这样的工具可以用来整理大量的文件,并给它们加上标签。基于NLP的产品已经开始进入人们的日常生活,但与用户的交互方式还非常的有限,使得它们更像是生活在一个“黑匣子”里。人们开始提议利用可视化方式来为用户更好地呈现高阶数据处理算法的运作过程,这一点在视觉化数据分析领域已经开始得到探索。这篇论文探讨了一种从用户角度出发、针对新闻媒体网站的基于NLP的可视化用户界面设计。设计方法融合了从用户角度出发的设计思路,以及NLP数据处理和数据可视化,而后两者是开发本论文所探讨的功能必不可缺的。这种设计方式基于“双钻石”框架,并融入了以用户为中心的设计方式。从用户调研,即以用户为中心设计的第一步,延续到此后的整个过程中。在数据处理的阶段,用户的信息需求被反馈给数据库的NLP筛选方式和数据建模。因此,用户的信息行为和数据模型都对可视化的过程产生影响。在设计案例分析中,本文提出的设计方法被应用于针对新闻网站的搜索界面个案设计。本文进行了用户调研包括采访、问卷调查和情景探讨。建立了用户画像,将信息需求和行为通过一系列用户角色来呈现。然后,通过多次迭代的原型设计和用户评估,设计了一种可视化界面,用以提升用户在新闻网站上进行关键词搜索时的体验。结论部分则详尽地讨论了以用户为中心的设计在基于NLP的可视化设计中扮演的角色。对本次设计的最终评估表明,基于NLP的可视化可以有利于用户进行信息搜寻的活动:研究结果展示了这种创新的界面提高了工作的效率和用户在新颖性和视觉冲击方面的体验。

血清白介素-31水平与特应性皮炎瘙痒相关性的Meta分析（英文）

目的:采用Meta分析的方法分析特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)与血清白介素-31(interleukin-31,IL-31)水平的变化关系。方法:以"atopic dermatitis""pruritus"及"IL-31"为关键词,在Pub Med,Science Direct,Web of Science,Cochrane等数据库中检索相关文献,并使用Meta分析对AD与IL-31表达水平的相关性进行分析。结果:Meta分析结果显示相对于健康人群,AD患者血清IL-31表达水平更高,且重度AD患者的IL-31水平高于轻度AD患者;AD患者病情严重程度与IL-31表达水平呈正相关。结论:IL-31在AD患者中表达升高,且IL-31水平与AD患者瘙痒程度呈正相关。

目的:观察臭氧水联合臭氧油治疗足癣的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:60例确诊为足癣的患者随机被分为对照组和臭氧组。对照组患者足癣用自来水清洗后用萘替芬酮康唑软膏外涂,每日1次;臭氧组患者足癣用臭氧水清洗后外涂臭氧油,每日1次;均治疗4周。在治疗第1,2和4周结束时,分别采集临床评分数据评价患者病情的改善情况;并在治疗前、治疗第4周末进行真菌镜检,评估真菌感染的情况。结果:治疗4周后,真菌镜检结果显示臭氧组1例阳性,对照组6例阳性,两组间真菌镜检阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第1,2,4周的临床评分比较显示不同时间点两组治疗效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:臭氧水联合臭氧油外用治疗足癣有效,且无不良反应。

Life in Kazuo Ishiguro＇s Never Let Me Go

With the announcement of the sheep clone Dolly as the breakthrough in the biotechnology in news media around the turn of the twenty-first century, the rising issue of human clones in its development and the controversially bioethical issues ensued, Kazuo Ishiguro in Never Let Me Go （2005） focuses his attention, in the area of cell therapy, on how human clones, since produced, lead their model lives and face their deaths, in order that his readers may better understand the meanings of life and death, and that they may stay in a far closer relationship with their family and friends than ever. In this essay, I examine, in two worlds, the normals＇ and the clones＇, paralleling each other, the true meanings of being human and their lives through the perspective of Jacques Derrida＇s deconstruction; and I argue that Ishiguro misspeaks to his readers the true meanings of life and death especially through the clones＇ perspective and brings them to his readers＇ hearts further realistically. In Derrida＇s nature-culture structurality of the clones, it is kathy H. who comes as center into which the other clones come as freeplay in the structurality of the real world, where it is normals who come as center into which clones come as freeplay under the structurality of power in the institutions where the clones＇ culture comes as center into which Miss Emily＇s ruling comes as freeplay by the structurality of authorship where the author comes as center into which the novel comes as freeplay.

目的：观察联合臭氧水治疗特应性皮炎（AD）患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法收集6~65岁中重度AD患者，分为试验组和对照组，每组30例。两组患者均口服左西替利嗪胶囊（5 mg每日1次），外涂他克莫司软膏，每日2次，同时外涂保湿润肤霜。试验组加用臭氧水疗，每周3~5次。共观察2周。观察两组患者治疗前后特应性皮炎严重度评分（SCORAD）评分、视觉模拟尺（VAS）瘙痒评分、皮肤病生活质量指数（DLQI）/儿童皮肤病生活质量指数（CDLQI）变化情况，ELISA法检测患者治疗前后外周血白细胞介素4、神经生长因子表达水平。结果试验组患者治疗前SCORAD评分、VAS评分、DLQI/CDLQI评分分别为42.13±16.03、7.14±2.12、14.92±5.94，治疗2周后分别为27.3±11.01、2.23±1.31、9.69±4.17；对照组治疗前SCORAD评分、VAS评分、DLQI/CDLQI评分分别为43.36±17.78、6.45±1.29、15.15±5.40，治疗2周后分别为39.65±16.67、3.32±0.87、12.84±5.37。两组3种评分治疗前后比较，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05），且治疗2周后两组之间3种评分差异亦有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后外周血白细胞介素4和神经生长因子水平均下降，与治疗前相比，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05），其中试验组白细胞介素4下降幅度大于对照组（t=8.57，P〈0.05），神经生长因子下降幅度两组间差异无统计学意义（t=9.51，P〉0.05）。结论联合臭氧水能安全、有效地改善AD患者病情，可能与降低患者外周血白细胞介素4水平有关。
