Bimetal MOF-derived NiFe-P nanocomposites coupled with Cu_(3)P nanoparticles to construct tandem electron transfer channels for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution

Finely modulated light-induced charge separation and transfer is a central challenge to achieve efficient photocatalysis.Although progress has been made in this field,most of the previous research works focused on the separation or migration of photogenerated carriers but did not build a bridge between the two.How to realize the strong driving and precise migration of carriers has become the focus of our work.We report an ingeniously designed ternary heterojunction.Taking NiFe-MOF as the“parent material”,the FeP_(4)/Ni_(x)P_(y)heterojunction is derived in situ while maintaining the frame structure through gas-solid reaction,and finally the Z-type electron transfer is realized.With Cu_(3)P anchoring spindle matrix,an electron transport tunnel is opened up in Cu_(3)P/FeP_(4)/Ni_(x)P_(y)ternary heterojunction under the action of p-n heterojunction built-in electric field driving and accurate energy band matching.The strong driving force of the built-in electric field provides an inexhaustible power for the transmission of electrons,and the fine series of electron transmission channels realizes the precise transmission of electrons.The above fine design makes the perfect fit between the built-in electric field and the electron transfer channel,which not only effectively improves the embarrassing situation of insufficient electron driving force of hydrogen evolution reaction in the previous research,but also makes up for the weakening of semi-conductor reduction ability caused by the construction of traditional p-n heterostructures.This research work provides a new idea for the construction of multiple heterostructures and the design of fine interface engineering in the future.

A Certified Cubic B-Spline Interpolation Method with Tangential Direction Constraints

Curve interpolation with B-spline is widely used in various areas. This problem is classic and recently raised in application scenario with new requirements such as path planning following the tangential vector field under certified error in CNC machining. This paper proposes an algorithm framework to solve Hausdorff distance certified cubic B-spline interpolation problem with or without tangential direction constraints. The algorithm has two stages: The first stage is to find the initial cubic B-spine fitting curve which satisfies the Hausdorff distance constraint;the second stage is to set up and solve the optimization models with certain constraints. Especially, the sufficient conditions of the global Hausdorff distance control for any error bound are discussed, which can be expressed as a series of linear and quadratic constraints. A simple numerical algorithm to compute the Hausdorff distance between a polyline and its B-spline interpolation curve is proposed to reduce our computation.Experimental results are presented to show the advantages of the proposed algorithms.

预算的法律保留是指预算立法权的法律保留,其并非传统的“侵害保留”,也不是宪法意义上的法律保留以及“绝对保留”。我国《立法法》第11条关于“专属立法权”条款实质上确立了法律保留的原则,因而其中包括预算在内的“财政基本制度”属于法律保留的范围。全国人大及其常委会的“专属立法权”事项并不排斥全国人大及其常委会对这些事项的授权立法。当然,“专属立法权”属于立法权的保留,我国《宪法》规定的有关预算条款却是国家机关的事项权。因此,《宪法》有关预算条款不能成为预算立法权法律保留的宪法依据。《预算法》第98条关于“国务院根据本法制定实施条例”的规定不符合《立法法》规定的授权明确性要件,从根本上解决预算法律保留及其授权立法的明确性问题还要诉诸宪法,并在《立法法》授权明确性规范基准上,由《预算法》在授权立法条款中予以具体规定。

A dual metal-organic framework strategy for synthesis of FeCo@NC bifunctional oxygen catalysts for clean energy application

Developing high efficient bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts for clean energy applications like Zin-air battery(ZAB)is highly desired,because it would reduce the cost and speed up the practical application of ZAB.Here we use a dual metal-organic framework(MOF)synthesis strategy to prepare the N-doped carbon supported bimetallic FeCo nanoparticle catalysts(marked as FeCo@NC)by pyrolysis of Zn CoZIF/MIL-101(Fe)composite.The FeCo@NC exhibits remarkable electrocatalytic activity for ORR with half-wave potential of 0.89 V vs.the reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE)and robust durability for both ORR and OER(oxygen reduction reaction and oxygen evolution reaction),which is attributed to the generation of Fe_(0.26)Co_(0.74) crystalline phase and mesopores due to the dual-MOF synthesis strategy.The rechargeable ZAB based on FeCo@NC air electrode shows a maximum energy density of139.6 mW·cm^(-2) and excellent cyclic stability over 130 h,significantly surpassing the Pt and Ir-based ZAB.The present work provides a useful dual-MOF synthesis strategy for preparing high-performance multifunctional catalysts for ORR,OER and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).

Electrochemical CO_(2)reduction to C_(2+)products over Cu/Zn intermetallic catalysts synthesized by electrodeposition

Electrocatalytic CO_(2)reduction(ECR)offers an attractive approach to realizing carbon neutrality and producing valuable chemicals and fuels using CO_(2)as the feedstock.However,the lack of cost-effective electrocatalysts with better performances has seriously hindered its application.Herein,a one-step co-electrodeposition method was used to introduce Zn,a metal with weak^(*)CO binding energy,into Cu to form Cu/Zn intermetallic catalysts(Cu/Zn IMCs).It was shown that,using an H-cell,the high Faradaic efficiency of C_(2+)hydrocarbons/alcohols()could be achieved in ECR by adjusting the surface metal components and the applied potential.In suitable conditions,FEC_(2+)and current density could be as high as 75%and 40 mA/cm^(2),respectively.Compared with the Cu catalyst,the Cu/Zn IMCs have a lower interfacial charge transfer resistance and a larger electrochemically active surface area(ECSA),which accelerate the reaction.Moreover,the^(*)CO formed on Zn sites can move to Cu sites due to its weak binding with*CO,and thus enhance the C–C coupling on the Cu surface to form C_(2+)products.

The rise in wearable electronics has witnessed the advancement of self-healable wires, which are capable of recovering mechanical and electrical properties upon structural damage. However, their highly fluctuating electrical resistances in the range of hundreds to thousands of ohms under dynamic conditions such as bending, pressing, stretching and tremoring may seriously degrade the precision and continuity of the resulting electronic devices, thus severely hindering their wearable applications. Here, we report a new family of self-healable wires with high strengths and stable electrical conductivities under dynamic conditions, inspired by mechanical–electrical coupling of the myelinated axon in nature. Our self-healable wire based on mechanical–electrical coupling between the structural and conductive components has significantly improved the electrical stability under dynamic scenarios, enabling precise monitoring of human health status and daily activities, even in the case of limb tremors from simulated Parkinson's disease.Our mechanical–electrical coupling strategy opens a new avenue for the development of dynamically stable electrodes and devices toward real-world wearable applications.

Transient Damping of Virtual Synchronous Generator for Enhancing Synchronization Stability during Voltage Dips

Virtual synchronous generators(VSGs) are widely introduced to the renewable power generation, the variablespeed pumped storage units, and so on, as a promising gridforming solution. It is noted that VSGs can provide virtual inertia for frequency support, but the larger inertia would worsen the synchronization stability, referring to keeping synchronization with the grid during voltage dips. Thus, this paper presents a transient damping method of VSGs for enhancing the synchronization stability during voltage dips. It is revealed that the loss of synchronization(LOS) of VSGs always accompanies with the positive frequency deviation and the damping is the key factor to remove LOS when the equilibrium point exists. In order to enhance synchronization stability during voltage dips, the transient damping is proposed, which is generated by the frequency deviation in active power loop. Additionally, the proposed method can realize seamless switching between normal state and grid fault. Moreover, detailed control design for transient damping gain is given to ensure the synchronization stability under different inertia requirements during voltage dips. Finally, the experimental results are presented to validate the analysis and the effectiveness of the improved transient damping method.

Displacement of shale gas confined in illite shale by flue gas: A molecular simulation study

The shale gas is an unconventional supplementary energy to traditional fossil energy,and is stored in layered rocks with low permeability and porosity,which leads to the difficulty for exploration of shale gas.Therefore,using CO_(2) gas to displace shale gas has become an important topic.In this work,we use molecular simulations to study the displacement of shale gas by flue gas rather than CO_(2),in which flue gas is modeled as a binary mixture of CO_(2) and N_(2) and the shale model is represented by inorganic Illite and organic methylnaphthalene.CH_(4) is used as a shale gas model.Compared to the pure CO_(2),flue gas is easily available and the cost of displacement by flue gas would become lower.Results indicate that the pore size of shale is an important factor in the process of displacing shale gas and simultaneously sequestrating flue gas,while the flue gas N_(2)-CO_(2) ratio shows a small effect on the process of CH_(4) displacement,because the high partial pressure of flue gas is the main driving force for displacement of shale gas.Moreover,the geological condition also has a significant effect on the process of CH_(4) displacement by flue gas.Therefore,we suggest that the burial depth of 1 km is suitable operation condition for shale gas displacement.It is expected that this work provides a useful guidance for exploitation of shale gas and sequestration of greenhouse gas.

为了精准测量受压混凝土内部应力-应变关系,通过在丙烯酸树脂杆上布置电阻式应变片,测量得到混凝土试块内部应变,研发大量程微型土压力盒实现混凝土内部应力测量。将相关测试装置预埋在混凝土试块内部,完成混凝土试块单轴压缩试验,获得精准的混凝土内部应力-应变关系数据。结果表明,混凝土内部本构模型相对于传统本构模型具有良好的延性,且峰值强度远高于传统本构模型。结合国内外几种具有代表性的混凝土本构方程对试验进行了有限元模拟,针对应力-应变曲线、峰值强度及峰值应变进行了对比分析。分析结果表明:实测的混凝土内部应力-应变曲线合理准确,相关测量方法具有良好的精度和可行性;基于我国规范模型的有限元模拟结果与试验结果吻合最好,可进一步推广使用。

Selective adsorption of SF_(6) in covalent-and metal-organic frameworks

Sulfur hexafluoride(SF_(6))is an extremely severe greenhouse gas.It is an urgently important mission to find excellent candidates for selective adsorption of SF_(6),in order to reduce the emission of SF_(6) facilities.Here,we adopt the molecular simulation method to systematically explore the selective adsorption of SF_(6) in 22 kinds of representative covalent-and metal-organic frameworks.Results indicate that COF-6 is a promising candidate for the SF_(6) adsorption at low pressure P<20 kPa because of its small pore size,while MOF-180 and PAF-302 are excellent candidates at high pressure P=2×10^(3) kPa due to their large Brunauer-Emmett-Teller specific surface area(BET SSA)and pore volumes.For the two cases of the power industry(X_(SF_(6))=0.1)and the semiconductor industry(X_(SF_(6))=0.002)environments,COF-6 and ZIF-8 are fairly promising candidates for selective adsorption of SF_(6) from the SF_(6)/N_(2) mixtures,because they not only present the high selectivity,but also the large adsorption capacity at ambient environment,which can be considered as potential adsorbents for selective adsorption of SF_(6) at ambient conditions.
