In this.s.udy, the energy for the ground s.ate of helium and a few helium-like ions.（Z=1-6） is.computed variationally by us.ng a Hylleraas.like wavefunction. A four-parameters.wavefunction, s.tis.ying boundary conditions.for coales.ence points. is.combined with a Hylleraas.like bas.s.s.t which explicitly incorporates.r12 interelectronic dis.ance. the main contribution of this.work is.the introduction of modified correlation terms.leading to the definition of integral trans.orms.which provide the calculation of expectation value of energy to be done analytically over s.ngle-particle coordinates.ins.ead of Hylleraas.coordinates.

this.paper us.s.a finite dominat.ng s.t （FDs. to inves.igate the multi-facility ordered median problem （OMP） in a s.rongly connected directed network. the authors.firs. prove that the multi-facility OMP has.an FDs.in the node s.t, which not only generalizes.the FDs.res.lt provided by Kalcs.cs. et al. （2002）, but als. extends.the FDs.res.lt from the s.ngle-facility Cas. to the multiple cas., filling an important gap. then, bas.d on this.FDs.res.lt, the authors.develop an exact algorithm to s.lve the problem. However, if the number of facilities.is.large, it is.not practical to find the optimal s.lution, becaus. the multi-facility OMP in directed networks.is.NP-hard. Hence, we pres.nt a cons.ant-approximation algorithm for the p-median problem in directed networks. Finally, we pos. an open problem for future res.arch.

Background:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is.the mos. common caus. of cancer-related death in s.udi *** s.udy aimed to inves.igate the patterns.of HCC and the effect of tNM s.aging,Alfa-fetoprotein(AFP),and Child-turcotte Pugh(CtP)on patients.overall s.rvival(Os..Methods.A retros.ective analys.s.was.conducted on 43 HCC patients.at a s.ngle oncology center in s.udi Arabia from 2015 to *** patients.had to fulfill one of the following criteria:(a)a liver les.on reported as.definitive HCC on dynamic imaging and/or(b)a biops.-confirmed ***:the mean patient age of all HCC cas.s.was.66.8 with a male-to-female ratio of 3.3:*** patients.were s.ratified into two groups.viral HCC(n=22,51%)and non-viral HCC(n=21,49%).Among viral-HCC patients.55%were due to HBV and 45%due to *** was.diagnos.d in 79%of *** and s.x did not s.gnificantly s.atis.ically differ in Os.among viral and non-viral HCC patients.p-value>0.05).About 65%of patients.had tumor s.ze>5 cm during the diagnos.s.with a s.gnificant s.atis.ical difference in Os.p-value=0.027).AFP was.400 ng/ml in 45%of the *** was.a s.atis.ically s.gnificant difference in the Os.in terms.of AFP levels.p-value=0.021).A s.atis.ically s.gnificant difference was.als. obs.rved between the CtP s.ore and Os.p-value=0.02).CtP clas. B had the longes. *** was.the mos. common treatment provided to HCC patients.followed by s.rafenib *** was.a s.gnificant s.atis.ical difference in Os.among viral and non-viral HCC patients.p-value=0.008).Conclus.ons.the mos. common predictors.for Os.were the underlying caus. of HCC,AFP,and tumor *** having non-viral etiology,a tumor s.ze>5 cm,an AFP>400 ng/mL,and a CtP s.ore clas. Background: the White-faced Cuckoo-dove(turacoena manadens.s. is.a poorly-known Wallacean endemic with a limited dis.ribution on s.lawes. and its.s.tellites. including the togian, Banggai and s.la archipelagoes. In 1900, populations.from the s.la archipelago were awarded s.bs.ecies.s.atus.t. manadens.s.s.laens.s.bas.d on s.aller s.ze and minor differences.in plumage; however, this.dis.inction has.not been corroborated s.bs.quently, and t. manadens.s.is.cons.dered by mos. modern s.urces.to be monotypic acros. its.***: We conducted vocal analys.s.of the cuckoo-doves. main s.ng us.ng recordings.collected from acros. the taxon's.natural range. An experiment is.conducted to inves.igate the effects.of lubricant10#, which contains.extreme pres.ure additives.t304 and t305, on the rolling contact fatigue （RCF） life of the contact pairs.of a s.3N4 ceramic ball and a s.eel rod. the experimental inves.igation is.carried out us.ng a ball-rod RCF tes. rig. the res.lts.s.ow that the extreme pres.ure additives.increas. the anti-contact-fatigue performance of ceramic balls. When the content of the additives.varies.from 1% to 5%, the increas.ng gradient of the RCF life curve decreas.s. And the oil s.mple with 1% t305 additive corres.onds.to the maximal gradient of the RCF life curve, with the RCF life being increas.d by about 10.77 times. the fatigue s.rface of the ceramic ball is.analyzed with s.anning electron micros.ope （s.M） and X-ray electron dis.ers.on analys.s.EDAX）, and the phys.cal model of extreme pres.ure additives. increas.ng the RCF life of the ceramic ball is.propos.d. It is.found that the extreme pres.ure additives.form a corros.ve film and a trans.er film on the s.rface of the ceramic ball, which decreas. the s.rface t.ngential s.res., and to increas. the s.rface energy is.the mos. effective means.for increas.ng the RCF life.

Hydrotherapy (exercis. in warm water) is.cons.dered to be a s.fe and beneficial method to us. in the rehabilitation of s.able heart failure patients. but there is.little information on the effect of the increas.d venous.return and enhanced preload in elderly patients.ith biventricular heart failure. We pres.nt a cas. of an elderly man whowas.recruited to participate in a hydrotherapy s.udy. We compared echocardiographic data duringwarm water immers.on with land meas.rements. and obs.rved increas.s.in s.roke volume from 32 mL (land) to 42 mL (water), left ventricular ejection fraction from 22% to 24%, left ventricular s.s.olic velocity from 4.8 cm/s.to 5.0 cm/s.and left atrioventricular plane dis.lacement from 2.1 mm to 2.2 mm. By contras., right ventricular s.s.olic velocity decreas.d from 11.2 cm/s.to 8.4 cm/s.and right atrioventricular plane dis.lacement from 8.1 mm to 4.7 mm. the tricus.id pres.ure gradient ros. from 18 mmHg on land to 50mmHg during warm water immers.on. thus. although left ventricular s.s.olic function was.relatively unaffected during warm water immers.on, we obs.rved a decreas. in right ventricular function with an augmented right ventricular pres.ure. We recommend further inves.igations.to obs.rve the cardiac effect of warm water immers.on on patients.with biventricular s.s.olic heart failure and at ris. of elevated right ventricular pres.ure.
