Subarachnoid haemorrhage(SAH),mostly caused by the rupture of intracranial aneu-rysm,is a common disease with a high fatality *** lesions are generally diffusely distributed,showing a variety of scales with irregular *** complex characteristics of lesions make SAH segmentation a challenging *** cope with these difficulties,a u-shaped deformable transformer(UDT)is proposed for SAH ***,first,a multi-scale deformable attention(MSDA)module is exploited to model the diffuseness and scale-variant characteristics of SAH lesions,where the MSDA module can fuse features in different scales and adjust the attention field of each element dynamically to generate discriminative multi-scale ***,the cross deformable attention-based skip connection(CDASC)module is designed to model the irregular edge char-acteristic of SAH lesions,where the CDASC module can utilise the spatial details from encoder features to refine the spatial information of decoder ***,the MSDA and CDASC modules are embedded into the backbone Res-UNet to construct the proposed *** experiments are conducted on the self-built SAH-CT dataset and two public medical datasets(GlaS and MoNuSeg).Experimental results show that the presented UDT achieves the state-of-the-art performance.

Covalent bioactive compounds are successfully used in clinic and attracted intense research efforts in the fundamental study as well as drug *** advantageous effects of covalent compounds compared with non-covalent ones are highly dependent on electrophilic ***,electrophilic warheads with tunable reactivity and selectivity are highly demanded in fields of medicinal chemistry and chemical ***,we report a novel electrophilic warhead,chloromethyl group activated by thiol-substituted 1,2,***,a pair of regioisomers could be simultaneously occurred in the step of alkylation during the synthesis of this unique *** is a rare example that the alkylation could simultaneously generate these two separable regioisomers of 1,2,4-triazole at the nitrogen or sulfur *** covalent-working mechanism of this new warhead is confirmed by various chemoproteomics experiments including target identification and binding site ***,the reactivity and selectivity of this new electrophilic warhead could be efficiently tuned by virtue of stereo ***,one pair of regioisomers(19S and 19X)induced distinct modes of cell *** 19S could induce apoptosis of colon cancer cells while 19X could induce both apoptosis and ***,this study provides pairs of novel electrophilic warheads that could be useful not only in supporting the design of covalent compounds for drug discovery but also in providing chemical probes for the fundamental biological study.

Paper‑like Polyphenylene Sulfide/Aramid Fiber Electrode with Excellent Areal Capacitance and Flame‑Retardant Performance

In this paper,an aramid chopped fiber,so-called(ACF)/polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)composite,containing multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNT),and in situ polymerized polypyrrole(PPy)was designed and fabricated,to be applied as a paper based *** ACF/PPS/MWCNT-PPy electrode features highly porous paper-like structure with excel-lent electrochemical activity,rendering it a high areal capacitance of~3205 mF cm^(-2) at a current density of 5 mA cm^(-2).After 5000 charge-discharge cycles,the areal capacitance still maintains 93%and 70%at high current densities of 20 and 80 mA cm^(-2),***,the ACF/PPS/MWCNT-PPy electrode displays over 50%the areal capacitance and maintains it's mechanical stability after annealing at 300℃.The UL-94 test reveals that the highest V-0 flame-retardant performance can be *** these results suggest that the ACF/PPS/MWCNT-PPy composite is a promising material to be used as electrode for supercapacitor with high energy-storage capability and noninflammability.

海洋细粒砂质水合物储层渗透率预测模型研究

海洋细粒砂质沉积层中的天然气水合物分布最广、储量最大,建立合理的渗透率预测模型,进而制定科学的储层渗透率改造措施与增产制度,有助于推进水合物产业化开发。利用特制的含水合物沉积物渗透率测试系统,对级配参照中国南海北部陆坡实际水合物储层沉积物的试样,开展了渗透率测试、CT扫描试验;通过归一化渗透率处理,将实验测试结果与已有渗透率理论模型计算结果进行了对比,在此基础上建立了仅用饱和度就可快速预测渗透率的计算模型。结果表明:水合物饱和度小于37.8%的Ⅰ型水合物倾向于生长在孔隙孔壁上;而水合物饱和度小于35%的Ⅱ型水合物以孔隙填充为主;它们分别对应水合物分布理想模型中的毛细管模型和颗粒模型。同时,水合物饱和度与细粒砂质水合物储层渗透率密切相关,本文建立的渗透率模型K_(r)=(1-S_(h))^(2.85)/(1+S_(h))^(3.67)与“KC方程修正模型”吻合度最高,可适用于海洋细粒砂质水合物储层,能应用于中国南海神狐水合物储层渗透率预测。

目的探究南京市8~15岁儿童青少年的健康相关生命质量(HRQoL)受新冠病毒感染和健康相关行为的影响情况,为改善儿童青少年HRQoL提供理论依据。方法于2022年12月—2023年1月,采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法选取南京市2 398名8~15岁小学三年级至初中三年级学生,由学生自主完成HRQoL的中文版儿童版三水平欧洲五维生命质量测定量表(EQ-5D-Y-3L),家长协助完成其余部分的调查。结果新冠病毒正感染者的欧洲生命质量(EQ)-指数和视觉模拟量表(VAS)得分均低于未感染者和曾感染者(P值均<0.05)。正感染者报告存在“疼痛或不舒服”的比例大于未感染者和曾感染者,正感染者和曾感染者报告“行动能力”有困难的比例均高于未感染者(P值均<0.05)。缺少父母陪伴(OR=10.19,95%CI=3.12~33.22)、不规律早餐摄入(OR=10.63,95%CI=3.20~35.25)、屏幕时间过长(OR=8.24,95%CI=3.02~22.51)使正感染者存在“行动能力”有困难的风险增加(P值均<0.05)。不规律早餐摄入(OR=1.93,95%CI=1.31~2.84)和含糖饮料及零食摄入(OR=1.56,95%CI=1.17~2.10)加大曾感染者EQ-指数低于未感染者的风险;含糖饮料及零食摄入(OR=1.57,95%CI=1.21~2.05)和屏幕时间过长(OR=1.49,95%CI=1.12~1.98)使曾感染者VAS得分低于未感染者的风险增加(P值均<0.05)。结论新冠病毒感染会损害儿童青少年的HRQoL,不良健康行为会加重其负面影响。应提倡保持健康的行为和生活方式,减少新冠病毒感染对HRQoL的影响。

A Dirac point is a linear band crossing point originally used to describe unusual transport properties of materials like *** recent years,there has been a surge of exploration of type-II Dirac/Weyl points using various engineered platforms including photonic crystals,waveguide arrays,metasurfaces,magnetized plasma and polariton micropillars,aiming toward relativistic quantum emulation and understanding of exotic topological *** endeavors,however,have focused mainly on linear topological states in real or synthetic Dirac/Weyl *** propose and demonstrate nonlinear valley Hall edge(VHE)states in laserwritten anisotropic photonic lattices hosting innately the type-Ⅱ Dirac *** self-trapped VHE states,manifested as topological gap quasi-solitons that can move along a domain wall unidirectionally without changing their profiles,are independent of external magnetic fields or complex longitudinal modulations,and thus are superior in comparison with previously reported topological edge *** finding may provide a route for understanding nonlinear phenomena in systems with type-Ⅱ Dirac points that violate the Lorentz invariance and may bring about possibilities for subsequent technological development in light field manipulation and photonic devices.

In this paper, a delayed fractional SIR epidemic model with incommensurate orders is considered. Firstly, the stability is investigated and the conditions of the existence for Hopf bifurcation are attained by analyzing its characteristic equation. When the delay exceeds the critical value, a Hopf bifurcation occurs, the system loses its stability. An fractional PD control method is proposed to control the bifurcation behaviors of the delayed fractional SIR epidemic model. Finally, some numerical simulations are given to illustrate the validity of theoretical analysis.

In this paper, we study the fractional-order delayed gene regulatory network based on the comparative system ***, we introduced the concept of fractional differential. We use Lyapunov direct method to prove the impulsive synchronization. For the oscillation behavior of a fractional-order system with time delay, we apply the pulse to control its synchronization. Finally, we verify the correctness of our theory through experiment.

Tellurene, an emerging two-dimensional chain-like semiconductor, stands out for its high switch ratio, carrier mobility and excellent stability in air. Directly contacting the 2D semiconductor materials with metal electrodes is a feasible doping means to inject carriers. However, Schottky barrier often arises at the metal–semiconductors interface, impeding the transport of carriers. Herein, we investigate the interfacial properties of BL tellurene by contacting with various metals including graphene by using ab initio calculations and quantum transport simulations. Vertical Schottky barriers take place in Ag, Al, Au and Cu electrodes according to the maintenance of the noncontact tellurene layer band structure. Besides, a p-type vertical Schottky contact is formed due to the van der Waals interaction for graphene electrode. As for the lateral direction, p-type Schottky contacts take shape for bulk metal electrodes(hole Schottky barrier heights(SBHs) ranging from 0.19 to 0.35 eV). Strong Fermi level pinning takes place with a pinning factor of 0.02. Notably, a desirable p-type quasi-Ohmic contact is developed for graphene electrode with a hole SBH of 0.08 eV. Our work sheds light on the interfacial properties of BL tellurene based transistors and could guide the experimental selections on electrodes.
