目的探讨LINC00324对黑色素瘤增殖、迁移和侵袭能力的影响及分子机制。方法基于基因表达谱交互式分析平台(GEPIA)数据库分析LINC00324在黑色素瘤组织和癌旁组织中的表达水平以及对患者预后的影响。在黑色素瘤细胞株SK-MEL-2中转染LINC00324过表达载体和siRNA,并标记为过表达阴性对照组(NC组)、过表达组(OE组)、沉默阴性对照组(si-NC组)和沉默组(si-LINC00324组);实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)检测LINC00324转染效率以及Beclin1、LC3A/B、Bcl-2的mRNA表达水平;CCK-8实验检测细胞增殖能力;划痕实验检测细胞迁移能力;Transwell实验检测细胞侵袭能力;Western blot实验检测关键蛋白表达水平。结果与癌旁组织相比,LINC00324在黑色素瘤组织中低表达(P<0.05),且低表达患者的预后较差。qRT-PCR结果显示,LINC00324的过表达载体和siRNA在黑色素瘤细胞中转染成功(P<0.01)。与NC组相比,OE组SK-MEL-2细胞增殖、迁移以及侵袭能力明显减弱(P<0.01);与si-NC组相比,si-LINC00324组SK-MEL-2细胞增殖、迁移能力提高(P<0.01)。与NC组相比,OE组细胞中Beclin1、LC3A/B、Bcl-2的mRNA水平下调(P<0.01);与si-NC组相比,si-LINC00324组细胞中Beclin1、LC3A/B、Bcl-2的mRNA水平上调(P<0.01)。Western blot结果显示,与NC组相比,OE组细胞中p62和Bcl-2的蛋白水平上调(P<0.05),LC3BⅡ蛋白水平下调(P<0.01);与si-NC组相比,si-LINC00324组细胞中p62和Bcl-2的蛋白水平下调(P<0.05),LC3BⅡ蛋白水平上调(P<0.05)。结论LINC00324在黑色素瘤组织和细胞系中低表达,可以通过上调Bcl-2抑制自噬影响黑色素瘤细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭能力。

AVS 3D Video Coding Technology and System

Following the success of the audio video standard （AVS） for 2D video coding, in 2008, the China AVS workgroup started developing 3D video （3DV） coding techniques. In this paper, we discuss the background, technical features, and applications of AVS 3DV coding technology. We introduce two core techniques used in AVS 3DV coding： inter-view prediction and enhanced stereo packing coding. We elaborate on these techniques, which are used in the AVS real-time 3DV encoder. An application of the AVS 3DV coding system is presented to show the great practical value of this system. Simulation results show that the advanced techniques used in AVS 3DV coding provide remarkable coding gain compared with techniques used in a simulcast scheme.

Despite the high energy density of lithium metal batteries(LMBs),their application in rechargeable batteries is still hampered due to insufficient ***,we present a novel flame-retardant solid-state electrolyte based on polyvinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene(PVDF-HFP)with nano SiO_(2)aerogel as an inert filler but Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO)as an auxiliary component to enhance the ion *** introduction of SiO_(2)aerogels imparts the polymer electrolyte with exceptional thermal stability and flame ***,the interaction between hydroxyl groups of SiO_(2)particles and PVDF-HFP creates a strong cross-linking structure,enhancing the mechanical strength and stability of the ***,the presence of SiO_(2)aerogel and LLZTO facilitates the dissociation of lithium salts through Lewis acid-base interactions,resulting in a high ionic conductivity of 1.01×10^(−3)S·cm^(−1)and a wide electrochemical window of~5.0 V at room temperature for the prepared ***,the assembled Li|Li cell demonstrates the excellent resistance to lithium dendrite and runs stablly for over 1500 h at a current density of 0.25 ma·cm^(−2).Thus,we prepare a pouch cell with high safety,which can work normally after short-circuiting under the external folding and cutting.

经过多年的体制改革和经济发展,中国社会团体快速发展并获得更多的自主权。基于北京大学政府管理学院2010至2012年三省市社会团体调查数据和部分访谈资料,本文发现,在政府政策制定过程中,一种有限制的多元化政策参与模式逐渐形成:一方面,社会团体自主性的提高有利于其更加积极地参与政策倡议,政府有意于为享有资源独立和人事自主的社会团体提供更多的建言献策机会(即被动型政策倡议);同时,当社会团体拥有更多自主权时,会更主动地联系政府,表达政策看法(即主动型政策倡议)。另一方面,社会团体政策参与形式以被动型政策倡议为主,依靠政府提供资源与机会,社会团体主动联系政府的情况较为少见。这种混合模式有利于政府在政策制定过程中维持秩序和稳定性,同时也带来社会团体意愿表达不充分的问题。

后疫情时代,无接触金融服务需求凸显,我国家庭多样化金融投资意愿强烈。而数字普惠金融成本可负担、覆盖范围广、服务多元化等特点恰与日益增长的家庭参与金融市场活动以实现财富增值保值的需求相契合。本文运用中国家庭金融调查中2011、2013、2015、2017四年的家庭面板数据,研究数字普惠金融对我国家庭金融资产配置的影响。研究发现:数字普惠金融能够显著提升家庭持有风险性金融资产的比例,信息不对称和交易成本降低是主要影响机制。结构上,数字普惠金融覆盖广度、数字化程度、支付和信用服务均促进了家庭投资风险性金融资产;异质性上,数字普惠金融对于我国农村地区、东部地区、高收入群体及受教育程度较高家庭的风险性金融资产持有比例的提升效果更为明显。

Rechargeable magnesium batteries(RMBs)hold promise for offering higher volumetric energy density and safety features,attracting increasing research interest as the next post lithium-ion *** high performance cathode material by inducing multi-electron reaction process as well as maintaining structural stability is the key to the development and application of ***,multielectron reaction occurred in VS_(4)by simple W doping strategy.W doping induces valence of partial V as V^(2+)and V^(3+)in VS_(4)structure,and then stimulates electrochemical reaction involving multi-electrons in 0.5%*** flower-like microsphere morphology as well as rich S vacancies is also modulated by W doping to neutralize structure change in such multi-electron reaction *** fabricated 0.5%W-V-S delivers higher specific capacity(149.3 m A h g^(-1)at 50 m A g^(-1),which is 1.6 times higher than that of VS_(4)),superior rate capability(76 ma h g^(-1)at 1000 ma g^(-1)),and stable cycling performance(1500cycles with capacity retention ratio of 93.8%).Besides that,pesudocapaticance-like contribution analysis as well as galvanostatic intermittent titration technique(GITT)further confirms the enhanced Mg^(2+)storage kinetics during such multi-electron involved electrochemical reaction *** discovery provides new insights into the designing of multi-electron reaction process in cathode as well as neutralizing structural change during such reaction for realizing superior electrochemical performance in energy storage devices.
