第二次世界大战后,认为“民俗”是“不易变化的事象”“风俗”是“容易变化的事象”的观点在日本传播开来。在这种二分法的理解中,前者被解释为“民俗学”,后者被解释为“风俗学”和“考现学”。本文将民俗等同于vernacular,并将其定义为“在共享某种社会语境的群体中,从某个个人的生世界里产生并活化的经验、知识、表现。特别是我们能从中发现,或预期能从中发现与霸权主义、普世主义、主流和中心的立场相悖的意识、感情、感觉。”在此,“不易变化的事象”及“容易变化的事象”都可以被视作vernacular。

民俗学与文化人类学的缘起及背景各不相同。民俗学是一门相对化、批判霸权主义的学科。本文以海外民俗学的学术史和理论为基础,概述日本民俗学的存在方式,展示体系化的“民俗学”概要,论述了现代民俗学所具备的特性与可能性。除柳田构建的“社会变动—生活世界(生世界)”民俗学外,日本民俗学还有着与其他各领域融合的多种姿态。民俗学在保持对自身严厉批判的同时,将在野性内化为强项,可以构筑独自的学问世界。在当代全球语境下,“世界民俗学”作为当前的课题,正在朝着实现的方向迈进。

Sporogenesis in the hepatic Marchantia polymorpha L. provides an outstanding example of the pleiomorphic nature of the plant microtubule organizing center （MTOC）. Microtubules are nucleated from γ-tubuUn in MTOCs that change form during mitosis and meiosis. Following entry of cells into the reproductive pathway of sporogenesis, successive rounds of mitosis give rise to packets of 4-16 sporocytes. Mitotic spindles are organized at discrete polar organizers （POs）, a type of MTOC that is unique to this group of early divergent land plants. An abrupt and radical transformation in microtubule organization occurs when sporocytes enter meiosis： POs are lost and γ-tubulin is closely associated with surfaces of two large elongated plastids that subsequently divide into four. Migration of the four plastid MTOCs into a tetrahedral arrangement establishes the future spore domains and the division polarity of meiosis. As is typical of many bryophytes, cones of microtubules from the four plastid MTOCs initiate a quadripolar microtubule system （QMS） in meiotic prophase. At this point a transformation in the organization of the MTOCs occurs. The γ-tubulin detaches from plastids and forms a diffuse spheroidal pole in each of the spore domains. The plastids, which are no longer MTOCs, continue to divide. The diffuse MTOCs continue to nucleate cones of microtubules during transformation of the QMS to a bipolar spindle. Following meiosis I, γ-tubulin is associated with nuclear envelopes, and the spindles of meiosis II are organized from diffuse MTOCs at the tetrad poles. At simultaneous cytokinesis, radial microtubule systems are organized at nuclear envelope MTOCs in each of the tetrad members.

An electronic approach to the mechanism of hydrogen embrittlement in metals is pre-sented and discussed. Some problems of the mechanism of hydrogen embrittlement are pointed out from an electronic point of view. Electronic structure calculations in a periodically cleaved or slipped lattice are developed in orker to identofy deformation-sensitive electronic states in the absence of hydrogen. The calculational results are given and discussed for a trunsition metal, Pd. Electronic structure calculations in the presence of hydrogen are outlined and hydrogen embrittlement in transition metals is discussed in terms of electronic states.

Wireless power transfer (WPT) using a metallic tube with axial slits was attempted to demonstrate WPT using magnetic resonance coupling to the diagnostics infrastructure. The transmission efficiency was measured at various distances using the transmission and receiver resonator in the tube. Furthermore, the transmission and receiver resonator were set respectively outside and inside of the tube. Experiment results were assessed computationally using the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) simulation. As a result, the transmission efficiency of the transmitter and receiver resonators in the metallic slit tube was higher than that of the case without a metallic tube in the range of the normalized transmission-distance of x/d > 0.4. In the simulation, the current density on the metallic tube around both transmitter and receiver coil were connected. These results reveal that the slit on the tube plays a role of the relay coil.

Pancreatic fistula is a quite rare complication in patients who undergo living donor liver transplantation(LDLT).However,in the cases that show pancreatic fistula,the limited volume of the graft and the resultant inadequate liver function may complicate the management of the *** a result,the pancreatic fistula may result in the death of the *** present 2 cases in whichendoscopic treatment was effective against pancreatic fistulas that developed after *** case 1,a 61-yearold woman underwent LDLT for primary biliary *** of a portal venous thrombus caused by a splenorenal shunt,the patient underwent portal vein reconstruction,and a splenorenal shunt was ligated on postoperative day(POD)*** main pancreatic duct was injured during the manipulation to achieve hemostasis,thereby necessitating open ***,discharge of pancreatic fluid continued even after POD *** naso-pancreatic drainage(ENPD)was performed,and this procedure resulted in a remarkable decrease in drain *** refractory pancreatic fistula healed on day 40 after *** case 2,a 58-year-old man underwent LDLT for cirrhosis caused by the hepatitis C *** the portal vein was exposed during thrombectomy,the pancreatic head was injured,which led to the formation of a pancreatic *** therapy was ineffective;therefore,ENPD was *** pancreatic fistula healed on day 38 after *** findings in these 2 cases show that endoscopic drainage of the main pancreatic duct is a less invasive and effective treatment for pancreatic fistulas that develop after LDLT.
