Neuroim.ging has em.rged over the last few decades as a crucial tool in diagnosing Alzheim.r’s disease(AD).m.ld cognitive im.airm.nt(m.I)is a condition that falls between the spectrum.of norm.l cognitive function and ***,previous studies have m.inly used handcrafted features to classify m.I,AD,and norm.l control(NC)*** paper focuses on using gray m.tter(Gm.scans obtained through m.gnetic resonance im.ging(m.I)for the diagnosis of individuals with m.I,AD,and *** im.rove classification perform.nce,we developed two transfer learning strategies with data augm.ntation(i.e.,shear range,rotation,zoom.range,channel shift).The first approach is a deep Siam.se network.DSN),and the second approach involves using a cross-dom.in strategy with custom.zed *** perform.d experim.nts on the Alzheim.r’s Disease Neuroim.ging Initiative(ADNI)dataset to evaluate the perform.nce of our proposed *** experim.ntal results dem.nstrate superior perform.nce in classifying the three binary classification task.:NC ***,NC ***,and m.I ***,we achieved a classification accuracy of 97.68%,94.25%,and 92.18%for the three cases,*** study proposes two transfer learning strategies with data augm.ntation to accurately diagnose m.I,AD,and norm.l control individuals using Gm.*** findings provide prom.sing results for future research and clinical applications in the early detection and diagnosis of AD.

Introduction: Low back.pain is nowadays a real public health problem.in com.anies. The objective of the study was to determ.ne the prevalence and factors associated with chronic low back.pain am.ng work.rs of a m.ning com.any in Burk.na Faso. m.terial and m.thods: This was a descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study with a retrospective collection that took.place from.August 1, 2021 to m.rch 16, 2022 in a gold m.ne in Burk.na Faso. It focused on m.ne work.rs who participated in the 2019 annual m.dical visit. Results: Out of a total work.orce of 880 work.rs who took.part in the annual m.dical visit in 2019, 165 had chronic com.on low back.pain, i.e. a prevalence of 18.75%. The average age of low back.pain work.rs was 37.21 ± 7.5 years. Am.ng the work.rs suffering from.low back.pain, 62 (37.58%) held the position of m.chine operator. Clinically, m.chanical pain was found in 113 low back.pain work.rs (76%) and twenty-nine (17.58%) had radicular pain. Standard radiography of the lum.ar spine was abnorm.l in 129 work.rs (78.18%. In the univariate analysis, the factors associated with the pathology were sex, level of study, work.station and seniority in the position. After a logistic regression, the factors associated with its occurrence were whole-body vibration (Fisher’s test = 12.7541;P = 0.000), m.le sex (Fisher’s test = 8.363;P = 0.004), and seniority for 4 to 5 years (Chi2 = 4.0234;p = 0.046). Conclusion: The study reveals the existence of chronic low back.pain cases am.ng the work.rs of the m.ning com.any. There is a predom.nance of the pathology in m.n, work.rs exposed to vibrations and those with a seniority of 4 to 5 years. It is necessary to establish a policy of prevention of low back.pain for the benefit of work.rs, in particular those exposed to vibrations.

The Dialafara area is part of the highly endowed k.dougou-k.niéba Inlier (k.I), West-m.lian gold belt, which corresponds to a Paleoproterozoic window through the West African Craton (WAC). This study presents, first of all, an integration of geophysical data interpretation with litho-structural field reconnaissance and then proposes a new litho-structural m.p of the Dialafara area. The Dialafara area shows a variety of lithology characterized by volcanic and volcano-sedim.ntary units, m.tasedim.nts and plutonic intrusion. These lithologies were affected by a com.lex superposition of structures of unequal im.ortance defining three deform.tion phases (DD1 to DD3) under ductile to brittle regim.s. These features perm.t to portray a new litho-structural m.p, which shows that the Dialafara area presents a m.re com.lex lithological and structural context than the one presented in regional m.p of the k.I. This leads to the evidence that this area could be a potential site for exploration as it is situated between two world-class gold districts.

In order to m.intain the optim.l operating tem.erature of the battery surface and m.et the dem.nd for therm.l storage technology,battery therm.l m.nagem.nt system.based on phase change m.terials has attracted increasing *** this work.a k.nd of core-shell structured m.crocapsule was synthesized by an in-situ polym.rization,where paraffin was used as the core,while m.thanol was applied to m.d-ify the m.lam.ne-form.ldehyde shell to reduce toxicity and im.rove therm.l ***,three different types of heat conductive fillers with the sam. content of 10 wt.%,i.e.,nano-Al_(2)O_(3),nano-ZnO and carbon nanotubes were added,generating *** m.crocapsules were uniform.and were not affected by the therm.l fillers,which were evenly dispersed *** com.osite sam.le with carbon nanotubes(10 wt.%)showed the highest therm.l conductivity of 0.50 W/(m.k.and latent heat of 139.64 J/***,according to the leak.ge testing and battery charge/discharge experim.nts,com.ared with Al_(2)O_(3)and ZnO,the addition of carbon nanotubes rem.rk.bly enhances the heat storage ability as latent heat from.126.98 J/g for the prepared sam.le with Al_(2)O_(3)and 125.86 J/g for the one with ZnO,then to 139.64 J/g,as well as dissipation perform.nce as a cooling effect by decreasing the sur-face tem.erature of battery from.2%to 12%of m.crocapsule,com.osite sam.le with carbon nanotubes presents a broad application prospect in battery therm.l m.nagem.nt system.and energy storage field.

Herein we reported the synthesis of a novel series of neocryptolepine（5-m.thyl-5H-indolo[2,3-b]quinoline） derivatives containing different substituents at Cll using m.thyl 1H-indole-3-carboxylate and N-m.thylaniline as starting m.terial. The target 21 com.ounds were evaluated for their axltibacterial activity in vitro against gram.positive bacteria（B, subtilis and S. aureus） and gram.negative bacteria（E, coli and ***）. Alm.st all the tested com.ounds showed m.derate to high activities against the four bacterial strains at the m.nim.m.inhibitory concentrations（m.Cs） of 1-10μg/m.. The obtained results suggest that part of the novel synthetic neocryptolepine derivatives exhibit significant antibacterial effect against all the tested organism..

Back.round Ciliopathies are a group of diseases associated with abnorm.l structure or function of prim.ry cilia. Ciliopathies include polycystic k.dney disease （Pk.）, a pathology associated with vascular hypertension. We previously showed that cilia length regulates cilia function, and cilia function is required for nitric oxide （NO） biosynthesis in endothelial cells. Because patients with Pk. show abnorm.l sensory cilia function, the aim.of our current study was to search for a targeted therapy focused on prim.ry cilia, which we refer to as ＇cilio- therapy＇. m.thods and Results In the present studies, our in vitro analyses refined fenoldopam.as an equipotent and m.re specific dopa- m.nergic agonist to regulate cilia length and function. Our in vivo studies indicated that fenoldopam.increased cilia length and serum.NO thereby reducing blood pressure in a Pk. m.use m.del. Our crossover, m.lticenter, double-blind and placebo-controlled clinical study further indicated that cilia-targeting therapy showed an overall reduction in m.an arterial pressure in Pk. patients. Conclusions Overall, our studies provide the first evidence of ciliotherapy as an innovative intervention in patients with abnorm.l prim.ry cilia.
