The aim of this article was to express the importance of this projected work in the field of present competitive textile-world as fabric manufacturing industries are competing with each other to be unique and aristocrat with their products for attaining customer’s attention and increasing their significance to others. To be superior in market, research is the first priority in this perspective competing field. Industries are producing a wide variety of products with some very good comfort properties in fabrics. Due to achieving this, different properties like construction, weave, internal structure, use of variety of yarn, inner-structural changes are brought in fabrics. The more an industry is advanced with its products, the more it will get market value which is very important. Market research in this field is fundamental prior to going for production. An experimental study may be applied in the market on various products with a view to attaining a good annual turnover with production and manufactures. All these parameters like development, growth, market values etc. are strongly dependent on the analytical and research activities of a group. Considering all, analysis on a fabric and its properties is very much fundament and important.

One pot rapid and green bio-synthesis of stable fluorescent silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) from silver nitrate solution using root extract of Gymnadenia orchidis Lindlat at ambient temperature is demonstrated productively. Surface Plasmon resonance of the synthesized Ag-NPs was shown to occur at 439 nm and two sharp fluorescence peaks at 610 and 780 nm were observed. FTIR study publicized the presence of chemically functional groups in the root extract surrounding the Ag-NPs, acting as stabilizers. XRD and FESEM analysis revealed that Ag-NPs were face centred cubic structure being spherical in shape with an average particle size of 28 ± 2 nm (n = 100). The stability of Ag-NPs in neutral pH environment was confirmed by Zeta Potential (ζ) behaviour. The Ag-NPs showed superior antioxidant activity. The notable photo-catalytic activity of biosynthesized Ag-NPs attributed to the existence of some proteins, responsible for degradation of methylene blue dye. Furthermore, Ag-NPs were found to exhibit a significant antibacterial effect against gram positive Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) bacteria.

The system performance has been analyzed for π/4 DQPSK mapping scheme, which is differential in nature and hence adding additional advantage. Performance evaluation with random data as well as some images has been taken. Channel modeling has been performed in multipath fading environment. For elaboration of the concept mathematical modeling has been implemented using computer simulation. In this paper, an attempt is made to know the capabilities of DHT-OFDM with non conventional mapping technique π/4 DQPSK.

Due to continuous scaling of CMOS, stability is a prime concerned for CMOS SRAM memory cells. As scaling will increase the packing density but at the same time it is affecting the stability which leads to write failures and read disturbs of the conventional 6T SRAM cell. To increase the stability of the cell various SRAM cell topologies has been introduced, 8T SRAM is one of them but it has its limitation like read disturbance. In this paper we have analyzed a novel PP based 9T SRAM at 45 nm technology. Cell which has 33% increased SVNM (Static Voltage Noise Margin) from 6T and also 22%.reduced leakage power. N curve analysis has been done to find the various stability factors. As compared to the 10T SRAM cell it is more area efficient.

Tungsten bronze structure ceramics have found vital potential in many applications such as actuators, transducer, electro-optic, ferroelectric random access memory and microwave devices. These type ceramics are extensively used in many industrial applications due to their spontaneous polarization and well-known for its high dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, low leakage current density, good thermal stability and high piezoelectric coefficient. In present work, Ba5CaTi2Nb8O30 (BCTN) has been synthesized first time through solid state reaction method. The microstructures, dielectric, ferroelectric, ferromagnetic and Raman spectra have been investigated by means of X-ray diffraction, Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX), LCR meter, P-E loop tracer, VSM and Raman spectrometer respectively. X-ray dif-fraction study revealed the formation of single phase tetragonal structure with space group P4bm. The crystallite size was observed to be in the range 14.4 nm. Detailed dielectric properties of BCTN compound as function of temperature at different frequencies show that sample exhibits diffuse type transition at curie temperature 316°C. The P-E and M-H studies confirmed the coexistent ferroelectricity and magnetism at room temperature.

Due to the continuous rising demand of handheld devices like iPods, mobile, tablets;specific applications like biomedical applications like pacemakers, hearing aid machines and space applications which require stable digital systems with low power consumptions are required. As a main part in digital system the SRAM (Static Random Access Memory) should have low power consumption and stability. As we are continuously moving towards scaling for the last two decades the effect of this is process variations which have severe effect on stability, performance. Reducing the supply voltage to sub-threshold region, which helps in reducing the power consumption to an extent but side by side it raises the issue of the stability of the memory. Static Noise Margin of SRAM cell enforces great challenges to the sub threshold SRAM design. In this paper we have analyzed the cell stability of 9T SRAM Cell at various processes. The cell stability is checked at deep submicron (DSM) technology. In this paper we have analyzed the effect of temperature and supply voltage (Vdd) on the stability parameters of SRAM which is Static Noise Margin (SNM), Write Margin (WM) and Read Current. The effect has been observed at various process corners at 45 nm technology. The temperature has a significant effect on stability along with the Vdd. The Cell has been working efficiently at all process corners and has 50% more SNM from conventional 6T SRAM and 30% more WM from conventional 6T SRAM cell.

Laparoscopic Hemi-Hysterectomy-Retrospective Study of Case Series of over 9 Years

Background: Word hemi-hysterectomy and removal of rudimentary functional horn may be used interchangeably in published data. The same term may be used when a non-obstructive hemi-uterus is removed when there is an associated pathology. The article tries to standardise classification of Mullerian dysgenesis where this procedure is required according to ESHRE ESGE classification, preoperative diagnosis and discuss the operative details. Objective: The objective was to study the demographic profile, symptoms, association of endometriosis, variation in the anatomy, accuracy of preoperative diagnosis, to classify according to ESHRE ESGE classification and to standardize the laparoscopic surgical steps of hemi-hysterectomy. Study Design: This is a retrospective case series of cases of Mullerian dysgenesis with obstructive hemi-uterus or non-obstructive hemi-uterus with pathology treated by laparoscopic hemi-hysterectomy. (Canadian task force classification III). Methods: Data from hospital electronic records of all cases tagged with word laparoscopic hemi-hysterectomy were collected for 9 years from Jan 2009 to Dec 2018. Results: Total 19 patients of hemi-hysterectomy were analysed. Pre-operative diagnosis was made in 100% of patients. 100% patients with obstructive horn had dysmenorrhoea. ESHRE ESGE class U4aC3V0 was more frequently seen followed by U5aC4V4 and U3bC3V2 as obstructive and U4bC3V0, as non-obstructive. Associated endometriosis along with other pathology was seen in 74% of the patients. 3 patients with HWWS had ipsilateral renal agenesis. Laparoscopic hemi-hysterectomy was offered to all such patients. The operative steps & variants were studied. Post-operative outcome was uneventful in all. Conclusion: An experienced surgeon should deal with these problems of Mullerian dysgenesis discussed in this study. The other variants diagnosed also must be treated by an experienced surgeon only. Objective:To evaluate microscopy,OptiMAL? and multiplex PCR for the identification of Plasmodium falciparum（***） and Plasmodium vivax（***） from the field isolates of Bikaner,Rajasthan（Northwest India）.Methods:In this study,a multiplex PCR（*** and ***） was further developed with the incorporation of Plasmodium malariae（***） specific primer and also a positive *** performance of microscopy,plasmodium lactate dehydrogenase（pLDH） based malaria rapid diagnostic test OptiMAL? and 18S rRNA gene based multiplex PCR for the diagnosis of *** and *** was ***:The three species multiplex PCR ***,*** and ***) with an inbuilt positive control was developed and *** comparison with multiplex PCR,which showed the sensitivity and specificity of 99.36%（95%CI,98.11%-100.00%） and 100.00%（95%CI,100.00%-100.00%）,the sensitivity and specificity of microscopy was 90.44%（95%CI,88.849-95.04%） and 99.22%（95% CI,97.71%-100.00%）,and OptiMAL? was 93.58%（95%CI,89.75%-97.42%） and 97.69%（95%CI, 95.10%-100.00%）.The efficiencies were 99.65%,95.10%and 95.45%for multiplex *** and OptiMAL?.***:Our results raise concerns over the overall sensitivities of microscopy and OptiMAL?,when compared to the multiplex PCR and thus stress the need for new molecular interventions in the accurate detection of the malarial *** further highlights the fact that further developments are needed to improve the performance of rapid diagnostic tests at field level.
