Contactless verification is possible with iris biometric identification,which helps prevent infections like COVID-19 from *** systems have grown unsteady and dangerous as a result of spoofing assaults employing contact lenses,replayed the video,and print *** work demonstrates an iris liveness detection approach by utilizing fragmental coefficients of Haar transformed Iris images as signatures to prevent spoofing attacks for the very first time in the identification of iris *** assorted feature creation ways are studied in the presented solutions,and these created features are explored for the training of eight distinct machine learning classifiers and *** predicted iris liveness identification variants are evaluated using recall,F-measure,precision,accuracy,APCEr,BPCEr,and *** standard datasets were used in the *** main contribution of our study is achieving a good accuracy of 99.18%with a smaller feature *** fragmental coefficients of Haar transformed iris image of size 8∗8 utilizing random forest algorithm showed superior iris liveness detection with reduced featured vector size(64 features).random forest gave 99.18%***,conduct an extensive experiment on cross datasets for detailed *** results of our experiments showthat the iris biometric template is decreased in size tomake the proposed framework suitable for algorithmic verification in real-time environments and settings.

This study helps to select the length for fuzzy sets in fuzzy time series *** order to examine the effect of intervals and evaluate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm,numerical data of water recharge and discharge are considered to predict water table elevation fluctuation(WTEF).Particle swarm optimization(PSO)is an influential tool to handle optimization of multi-model problems,whereas fuzzy logic can handle *** this paper,adaptive inertia weights are adopted rather than static inertia weights for PSO,which further improves efficiency of *** modified PSO is termed as adaptive particle swarm optimization(APSO).APSO optimizes the intervals and these intervals are further used to generate fuzzy sets for *** results indicate that the APSO performs better than PSO and genetic algorithm approaches for the same problem.

Objective:To know whether sperm DNA fragmentation(SDF)affects the clinical outcomes in the cumulative transfers of an intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)cycle along with blastocyst transfers in couples with normozoospermic ***:The study included 252 couples who underwent their first ICSI cycles along with blastocyst transfer and whose male partner semen samples were normozoospermic according to the World Health Organization 2010 *** the couples were classified into two groups based on the SDF:the low SDF group(SDF≤30%,n=162)and the high SDF group(SDF>30%,n=90).Clinical as well as laboratory outcomes were correlated between the two *** DNA fragmentation was assessed on the post-wash semen samples by acridine orange *** main outcome measures were the live birth rate and miscarriage ***:A significant decrease in the live birth rates was observed in the high SDF group compared to the low SDF group in fresh embryo transfer cycles(Pr,no significant difference was observed in the clinical outcomes either in the frozen embryo transfer cycles or in the overall cumulative transfer cycles(P>0.05).No significant difference was observed in the laboratory outcomes between the two SDF groups.A remarkable decrease in sperm motility was observed in the high SDF group compared to the low SDF group(Prm DNA fragmentation does not affect the clinical outcomes in the cumulative transfers of an ICSI cycle along with blastocyst transfers in couples with normozoospermic males.

The changes in species composition, abundance and forest stand structure were analyzed across altitudinal regimes in tropical forests of Eastern Ghats of northern Andhra Pradesh, India. Three 1-ha plots were established with one each in low, medium and high altitudes. A total of 153 species, 2129 stems （709 stems .ha^-1） of ≥10 cm girth were enumerated. Species richness and diversity pattern varied along altitudinal gradient and increased with the altitude. Species richness varied from 52 to 110 species-ha^-1 and stand density from 639 to 836 ***^-1 with average basal area of 34.39 m^***^-1. Shannon-Wiener index （H＇） ranged from 4.55 to 5.17. Low altitude （i.e., Site 1） is dominated byXylia xylocarpa （59.22） and Lagerstroemia parviflora （23.90）, medium altitude （i.e., Site 2） by Xylia xylocarpa （45;50） Bursera serrata （17.29）, and high altitude （i.e., Site 3） has Schleichera oleosa （28.25） Pterocarpus marsupium （26.55） as predominant species. Taxonomically, rubiaceae （12 species）, Fabaceae （12）, Euphorbiaceae （11）, rutaceae （7） and Lanraceae （7） were dominant families. Density-wise, Fabaceae, Combretaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Anacardiaceae and Myrtaceae were abundant. Thus, conservation assessment based on altitudinal regimes and the information on species structure and function can provide baseline information for monitoring and sustaining the biodiversity.
