浅色聚酰胺6抗静电纤维母粒制备及性能

使用硬脂酸(SA)改性纳米锑掺杂二氧化锡包覆二氧化钛(ATO@TiO_(2))作为浅色导电填料,采用熔融共混法制备浅色抗静电聚酰胺6(PA6)纤维母粒。通过扫描电子显微镜、电阻率测试仪、测色仪、热重分析仪等研究ATO@TiO_(2)在PA6基体中的分散情况及其对母粒导电性、白度、热稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,SA改性剂显著提高了ATO@TiO_(2)的疏水性,改善了ATO@TiO_(2)与PA6基体相容性,并提高了ATO@TiO_(2)在PA6中的分散均匀性;当SA质量分数为0.5%时,SA改性ATO@TiO_(2)(SA-ATO@TiO_(2))接触角显著增加到135.65°。当SA-ATO@TiO_(2)体积分数为50%时,显著降低了PA6母粒电阻率,展现出优异的导电性。此外,SA-ATO@TiO_(2)的加入改善了PA6母粒的热稳定性,提高了PA6冷结晶温度。颜色测试表明,尽管SA-ATO@TiO_(2)含量的增加使母粒明度略有下降,但材料仍保持较好的白度。采用复合纺丝法制备浅色PA6抗静电纤维,通过电阻率测试仪、单丝强力仪等研究改性前后ATO@TiO_(2)纤维母粒对纤维力学性能和抗静电性能的影响。实验结果表明,与ATO@TiO_(2)相比,SA-ATO@TiO_(2)制备的浅色PA6抗静电纤维在保持纤维强度的同时显著地降低了纤维单位电阻,纤维单位电阻下降为4.24×10^(9)Ω/cm。

目的探讨新型全视网膜激光光凝(panretinal laser photocoagulation,PRP)治疗对增生型糖尿病视网膜病变(proliferative diabetic retinopathy,PDR)患者视网膜前膜相关因子的影响。方法选取2021年12月—2023年11月山东省临沂市中心医院行PRP治疗的120例PDR患者为研究对象,按照手术方法不同分为对照组与研究组,各60例,分别施行常规PRP术与新型PRP术。对比两组治疗前后眼压(intra-ocular pressure,IOP)、视力、黄斑中心厚度(central macular thickness,CMT)变化,术后6个月血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、环氧化酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)、CD34免疫组化的阳性区域积分、吸光度(inte-gral absorbance,IA)与微血管密度(micro vessel density,MVD)、临床有效率与并发症(新生血管性青光眼、玻璃体积血、视网膜出血、眼压高)发生情况。结果研究组治疗后IOP、CMT低于对照组,视力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为5.00%(3/60),低于对照组的16.67%(10/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.227,P<0.05)。研究组术后随访6个月的VEGF、CD34与COX-2的IA值以及MVD数量均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%(58/60),高于对照组的86.67%(52/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.927,P<0.05)。结论新型PRP术的治疗效果更理想,可有效抑制VEGF、COX-2、CD34高表达,提高患者视力与治疗有效率,降低眼压与术后并发症发生率。

The scientific application of stabilized materials has been considered an effective method for the in situ remediation of Cd-contaminated *** study aimed to investigate the persistence of the effect of a combined amendment of limestone and sepiolite(LS)on soil Cd availability and accumulation in rice grown in a mildly Cd-contaminated paddy field(0.45 mg/kg of Cd)over three consecutive rice seasons.1125–4500 kg/ha of LS was applied to the soil before the first rice planting season and 562.5–2250 kg/ha of LS was supplemented before the third rice planting *** application of LS(1125–4500 kg/ha)increased the soil p H by 0.44–1.09,0.18–0.53,and 0.42–0.68 in the first,second,and third season,respectively,and decreased the soil acid-extractable Cd content by 18.2–36.4%,17.7–33.5%,and9.6–17.6%.LS application significantly decreased the Cd contents in the rice *** application of 4500 kg/ha of LS decreased the Cd content in brown rice to below the National Food Limit Standard of 0.2 mg/kg(GB 2762-2017)in the three consecutive rice ***,the effect of LS on the soil-rice system was significantly weakened in the third *** supplementary application of 562.5–2250 kg/ha of LS further decreased the Cd content in brown rice by 26.1–56.5%and decreased the health risk index by 23.7–43.8%.Therefore,it was recommended to apply 4500 kg/ha of LS in the first season and to supplement2250 kg/ha of LS in the third season to effectively guarantee the clean production of rice in three consecutive rice seasons.

Design and Modeling on Stranded Wires Helical Springs

A stranded wires helical spring is formed of a multilayer and coaxial strand of several wires twisted together with the same direction of spiral. Compared with the conventional single wire spring, the stranded wires helical spring has the notable predominance in strength, damping and vibration reduction, which is usually used in aircraft engines, automatic weapons, etc. However, due to its complicated structure, the precise computation of its strength and rigidity need be a correct mathematical model, which then will be imported to finite element analysis software for solutions. Equations on solving geometric parameters, such as external diameters of strands and screw pitches of wires, are put forward in the paper. It also proposes a novel methodology on solving geometric parameters and establishing entity models of the stranded wires helical spring, which provides foundation of computing mechanical parameters by FEA. Then mathematical models on the centre line of the strand and the surface curve of each wire, after closing two ends in a spring, are proposed. Finally, geometric parameters are solved in a case study, and a 3D entity model of a spring with 3 layers and 16 wires is established, which has validated the accuracy of the proposed methodology and the 3D entity mathematical model. The method provides a new way to design stranded wire helical spring.

This paper proposes a longitudinal protection scheme utilizing empirical wavelet transform(EWT)for a through-type cophase traction direct power supply system,where both sides of a traction network line exhibit a distinctive boundary *** approach capitalizes on the boundary’s capacity to attenuate the high-frequency component of fault signals,resulting in a variation in the high-frequency transient energy ratio when faults occur inside or outside the *** internal line faults,the high-frequency transient energy at the checkpoints located at both ends surpasses that of its neighboring ***,for faults external to the line,the energy is lower compared to adjacent *** is employed to decompose the collected fault current signals,allowing access to the high-frequency transient *** longitudinal protection for the traction network line is established based on disparities between both ends of the traction network line and the high-frequency transient energy on either side of the ***,simulation verification through experimental results demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed protection scheme across various initial fault angles,distances to faults,and fault transition resistances.
