Manipulation of spin states via purely electric means forms the research branch "all-electric spintronics".In this paper,we briefly review recent progress relating to the all-electric spintronics,including electric-field control of Rashba spin-orbit coupling,magnetic anisotropy,exchange bias,ferromagnetism,and other forms of magnetoelectric *** focus is given to surface/interface systems,including semiconductor(oxide) heterostructures,magnetic/nonmagnetic surfaces,semiconductor-metal interfaces,and other nanostructures,which can be good candidates for functional materials for spintronic.

Defect passivation is one of the most important strategies to boost both the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Here,nontoxic and sustainable forest-based biomaterial,betulin,is first introduced into *** experiments and calculations reveal that betulin can effectively passivate the uncoordinated lead ions in perovskites via sharing the lone pair electrons of hydroxyl group,promoting charge *** a result,the power conversion efficiencies of the p-i-n planar PSCs remarkably increase from 19.14%to 21.15%,with the improvement of other *** hydrogen bonds of betulin lock methylamine and halogen ions along the grain boundaries and on the film surface and thus suppress ion migration,further stabilizing perovskite crystal *** positive effects enable the PSCs to maintain 90%of the initial efficiency after 30 days in ambient air with 60%±5%relative humidity,75%after 300 h aging at 85℃,and 55%after 250 h light soaking,*** work opens a new pathway for using nontoxic and low-cost biomaterials from forest to make highly efficient and stable PSCs.

Sperm contributes essential paternal factors,including the paternal genome,centrosome,and oocyte-activation signals,to sexual ***,it remains unresolved how sperm contributes its RNA molecules to regulate early embryonic ***,we show that the Caenorhabditis elegans paternal protein SPE-11 assembles into granules during meiotic divisions of spermatogenesis and later matures into a perinuclear structure where sperm RNAs *** reconstitute an SPE-11 liquid-phase scaffold in vitro and find that SPE-11 condensates incorporate the nematode RNA,which,in turn,promotes SPE-11 phase *** of SPE-11 does not affect sperm motility or fertilization but causes pleiotropic development defects in early embryos,and spe-11 mutant males reduce m RNA levels of genes crucial for an oocyte-to-embryo transition or embryonic *** results reveal that SPE-11 undergoes phase separation and associates with sperm RNAs that are delivered to oocytes during fertilization,providing insights into how a paternal protein regulates early embryonic development.

Background The purpose of this retrospective study was to compare the surgical outcomes of simple discectomy and instrumented posterior lumbar interbody fusion （iPLIF） in patients with lumbar disc herniation and Modic endplate *** hypothesis was that iPLIF could provide better outcome for patients with refractory lumbar disc herniation and Modic changes （LDH-MC）.Methods Ninety-one patients with single-segment LDH-MC were *** patients experienced low back pain as well as radicular leg pain,and low back pain was more severe than leg ***-seven patients were treated with discectomy and 44 were treated with iPLIE The outcomes of both low back pain and radicular leg pain using visual analogue scale （VAS） as well as the clinical outcome related to low back pain using Japanese Orthopaedic Association （JOA） score were assessed before and 18 months after surgery,*** Both low back and leg pain were significantly improved 18 months after simple discectomy and iPLIE Compared to patients undergoing simple discectomy,low back pain was significantly reduced in patients undergoing iPLIE but there was no significant difference in leg pain between two *** fusion was achieved in all patients who underwent *** In patients with LDH-MC,iPLIF can yield significantly superior outcome on the relief of low back pain compared to simple *** discectomy can relieve radicular leg pain as efficient as iPLIE Accordingly,iPLIF seems to be a reliable treatment for patients with LDH-MC and predominant low back pain.

为了提高车辆传动系统的设计水平,结合多体动力学仿真及分析的理论,阐述了基于动力学虚拟样机技术的车辆传动系统的设计方法。以 ADAMS 为平台,结合 Unigraphics中的三维模型,建立了某车辆行星传动系统动力学虚拟样机,并进行了仿真计算和结果分析。获得了该传动系统的重要性能参数,并就影响传动系统的性能和寿命的相关参数进行了分析,为同类产品的改进设计提供依据。

目的：建立具有免疫功能的小鼠原位荷瘤模型,并优化其评价方式。方法：通过注射绿色荧光蛋白（GFP）标记的Lewis肺癌细胞（LLC）悬液至C57BL/6小鼠肺部。方法：利用表达GFP基因的病毒转染Lewis肺癌细胞。采用肿瘤细胞悬液注射法建立Lewis肺癌原位模型。小动物活体成像系统鉴定其成瘤情况。CT薄层扫描和HE染色确定其位置和病理性质。结果：在荷瘤2周之后CT显示肺部有占位,小鼠胸部可观察到绿色荧光信号,HE染色确定其为肿瘤组织。结论：GFP标记的Lewis肺癌小鼠原位模型的建立和评估是可行的,为肺癌的基础研究提供了有效的动物模型。

转移、侵袭和免疫逃避是肿瘤的重要生物学特性,聚集蛋白Agrin结合低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白4(low density density lipoprotein receptor related protein 4,Lrp4),参与肿瘤的侵袭与迁移.此外,Agrin还促进血管形成,并通过α-肌萎缩蛋白聚糖(α-dystroglycan)促进T细胞免疫应答,稳定免疫突触,在肿瘤的免疫微环境中扮演着重要的角色.深入研究恶性肿瘤以及免疫细胞中的Agrin,探索其作用机制,可能为肿瘤的免疫治疗提供新方向.现就Agrin的研究现状,特别是其在恶性肿瘤与免疫作用的相关方面研究进行总结与分析.
