Spatial-temporal patterns and evolution of carbon storage in China's terrestrial ecosystems from 1980 to 2020

Analyzing the changes in carbon storage in terrestrial ecosystems caused by land use changes is a crucial part of exploring the carbon cycle. In addition, enhancing carbon storage in terrestrial ecosystems is an effective and environmentally friendly measure to sequester anthropogenic carbon emissions, which is significant for achieving carbon neutrality and curbing global climate change. This paper uses land use data and carbon density tables with the In VEST model to obtain a carbon storage distribution map of China. It further applies land use response elasticity coefficients, Theil index multi-stage nested decomposition, and spatial autocorrelation analysis to examine the spatial-temporal patterns, causes of changes, and evolution characteristics of carbon storage in terrestrial ecosystems from 1980 to 2020. The results show that the temporal changes in China's carbon storage generally present an inverted S-curve, with an initial rapid decline followed by a slower decrease. Spatially, it features high levels in the northeast, low levels in the northwest, and a uniform distribution in the central and southern *** disturbance of land use type changes on terrestrial ecosystem carbon storage has been effectively mitigated. The significant reduction in grassland area in the Southwest region is the main source of carbon storage loss during the study period, and the encroachment of construction land on arable land in large urban agglomerations is one of the important causes of carbon storage loss. The Theil index multi-stage nested decomposition results indicate that the overall difference in carbon storage in China has decreased, while differences among cities within provinces and among counties within cities have increased. The influence of natural factors on the distribution of carbon storage is weakening, whereas the impact of human activities is becoming more profound, enhancing its influence on the spatial distribution of carbon storage in China. Implicit discontinuous Galerkin method on agglomerated high-order grids for 3D simulations

High quality of geometry representation is regarded essential for high-order methods to maintain their high-order accuracy. An agglomerated high-order mesh generating method is investigated in combination with discontinuous Galerkin(DG) method for solving the 3D compressible Euler and Navier-Stokes equations. In this method, a fine linear mesh is first generated by standard commercial mesh generation tools. By taking advantage of an agglomeration method, a quadratic high-order mesh is quickly obtained, which is coarse but provides a high-quality geometry representation, thus very suitable for high-order computations. High-order discretizations are performed on the obtained grids with DG method and the discretized system is treated fully implicitly to obtain steady state solutions. Numerical experiments on several flow problems indicate that the agglomerated high-order mesh works well with DG method in dealing with flow problems of curved geometries. It is also found that with a fully implicit discretized system and a p-sequencing method, the DG method can achieve convergence state within several time steps which shows significant efficiency improvements compared to its explicit counterparts.

对999名飞行人员肝胆疾病的调查分析

目的调查飞行人员肝胆疾病发病情况,为优化完善飞行人员健康管理措施提供线索和依据。方法回顾性分析2021年1月至2023年8月于空军杭州特勤疗养中心疗养三区疗养的2885名飞行人员年度健康体检结果,对其中罹患肝胆疾病的999名飞行人员的体检资料进行分析,根据年龄、机型、岗位统计分析肝胆疾病谱差异特征。结果999名飞行人员共检出肝胆疾病1315例次,人均发病1.32例次。其中,胆囊息肉、脂肪肝、肝功能异常是飞行人员罹患的主要肝胆疾病。不同年龄组飞行人员之间,肝胆疾病构成比分布存在明显差异(χ^(2)_(年龄)=124.629,P<0.001)。不同机型、岗位飞行人员之间,肝胆疾病构成比分布无明显差异(χ^(2)_(机型)=18.363,P=0.175;χ^(2)_(岗位)=6.585,P=0.470)。结论飞行人员常见肝胆疾病为胆囊息肉、脂肪肝、肝功能异常等,对飞行人员医学选拔和医学鉴定影响较大。应加强年度健康体检中此类疾病的筛查力度和诊疗水平,疗养期间积极开展肝胆疾病健康宣教,完善健康管理措施。对罹患此类疾病导致医学鉴定等级下降甚至暂时停飞人员,应重点加强跟踪随访,确保飞行安全。

背景:骨骼依赖血管与骨细胞之间的密切连接来维持完整性,骨骼处在生理低氧环境中,因此在低氧环境下研究血管生成与骨生成具有重要意义。目的:探究在低氧环境下温肾通络止痛方对H型骨微血管内皮细胞/骨髓间充质干细胞共培养体系的影响及相关机制。方法:运用酶消化法及流式分选技术,分选小鼠H型血管特异型骨微血管内皮细胞;应用骨髓贴壁法分离获取小鼠骨髓间充质干细胞;采用Transwell小室以及缺氧培养工作站建立两种细胞低氧共培养体系,使用50,100μg/m L质量浓度温肾通络止痛方冻干粉进行干预;通过划痕迁移实验与管形成实验评估共培养体系内H型骨微血管内皮细胞的成血管功能;通过碱性磷酸酶染色与茜素红染色评估共培养体系内骨髓间充质干细胞的成骨分化能力;使用Western Blotting与q-PCR检测共培养体系内H型骨微血管内皮细胞中PDGF/PI3K/AKT信号轴相关分子的蛋白表达及mRNA表达。结果与结论:(1)与常氧组相比,低氧组H型骨微血管内皮细胞划痕迁移率及新生血管长度均显著升高(P<0.05),骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化能力增强(P<0.05);PDGF/PI3K/AKT信号轴相关分子的蛋白、mRNA表达升高(P<0.05);(2)与低氧组相比,经不同质量浓度温肾通络止痛方干预后H型骨微血管内皮细胞划痕迁移率及新生血管长度进一步提高(P<0.05),骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化能力更强(P<0.05),PDGF/PI3K/AKT信号轴相关分子的蛋白、mRNA表达也进一步升高(P<0.05)。结果表明:低氧条件下H型血管生成及骨生成可能与PDGF/PI3K/AKT信号轴有关,而温肾通络止痛方可能通过激活PDGF/PI3K/AKT信号轴促进“H型血管生成-骨生成”作用从而防治骨质疏松症。

This paper proposed an efficient research method for high-dimensional uncertainty quantification of projectile motion in the barrel of a truck-mounted ***,the dynamic model of projectile motion is established considering the flexible deformation of the barrel and the interaction between the projectile and the ***,the accuracy of the dynamic model is verified based on the external ballistic projectile attitude test ***,the probability density evolution method(PDEM)is developed to high-dimensional uncertainty quantification of projectile *** engineering example highlights the results of the proposed method are consistent with the results obtained by the Monte Carlo Simulation(MCS).Finally,the influence of parameter uncertainty on the projectile disturbance at muzzle under different working conditions is *** results show that the disturbance of the pitch angular,pitch angular velocity and pitch angular of velocity decreases with the increase of launching angle,and the random parameter ranges of both the projectile and coupling model have similar influence on the disturbance of projectile angular motion at muzzle.

Ginsenoside Rg5 is a rare ginsenoside showing promising tumor-suppressive *** study aimed to explore its radio-sensitizing effects and the underlying *** lung adenocarcinoma cell lines A549 and Calu-3 were used for in vitro and in vivo *** molecular docking prediction and following validation by surface plasmon resonance(SPR)technology,cellular thermal shift assay(CETSA),and isothermal titration calorimetry(ITC)were conducted to explore the binding between ginsenoside Rg5 and 90 kD heat shock protein alpha(HSP90a).The effects of ginsenoside Rg5 on HSP90-cell division cycle 37(CDC37)interaction,the client protein stability,and the downstream regulations were further *** showed that ginsenoside Rg5 could induce cell-cycle arrest at the G1 phase and enhance irradiationinduced cell *** could bind to HSP90a with a high affinity,but the affinity was drastically decreased by HSP90a Y61A ***-immunoprecipitation(Co-IP)and ITC assays confirmed that ginsenoside Rg5 disrupts the HSP90-CDC37 interaction in a dose-dependent *** reduced irradiation-induced upregulation of the HSP90-CDC37 client proteins,including SRC,CDK4,RAF1,and ULK1 in A549 cell-derived xenograft(CDX)*** Rg5 or MRT67307(an IKKε/TBK1 inhibitor)pretreatment suppressed irradiation-induced elevation of the LC3-II/b ratio and restored irradiation-induced downregulation of p62 *** A549 CDX tumors,ginsenoside Rg5 treatment suppressed LC3 expression and enhanced irradiation-induced DNA *** conclusion,ginsenoside Rg5 may be a potential radiosensitizer for lung *** interacts with HSP90a and reduces the binding between HSP90 and CDC37,thereby increasing the ubiquitin-mediated proteasomal degradation of the HSP90-CDC37 client proteins.

以硅黄铜60Cu-Zn-Si为研究对象,研究了其在200、400、600、800℃热处理后的耐磨性能,并对合金进行了显微组织分析。结果表明,随着热处理温度的增加,60Cu-Zn-Si合金磨损量先降低后增加。经400℃固溶处理后的试样磨损量最小,耐磨性最好。显微组织分析表明,400℃处理后60Cu-Zn-Si合金的显微组织均匀,晶粒细小,并有均匀细小的弥散强化质点分布在基体组织中。

在基于纠删码的云存储系统中,数据更新的性能往往受到网络带宽的限制。鉴于此,提出了基于异或(XOR)的TAR-CAU数据更新算法,该算法基于以下设计原则:1)利用数据更新量普遍较小的特点,将多条带的数据更新打包处理,减少网络往返次数,加快数据传输效率;2)采用基于XOR的更新,提高编解码效率。仿真实验和本地集群实验结果表明,相比于CAU算法,在数据更新量较小时,TAR-CAU算法能够提高至少44%的数据更新吞吐量。
