The coupling factor is used in this study to characterise the combined effect of the heat transfer and resistance characteristics of a rifled tube. Boundary layer theory is utilised to investigate the relationship between the comprehensive coefficient and Reynolds number in two regions, namely, higher and lower than pseudo-critical enthalpy. Results indicate that mass flux exerts a decisive negative influence on the coupling effect, and the impacts of pressure and heat flux are weak. The overall effect decreases rapidly as the mass flux increases, but it increases in the area behind the quasi-critical enthalpy. The coupling effect is also affected by specific heat ratio, thermal acceleration and buoyancy. The correlations of heat transfer and friction resistance are deduced with high precision according to experimental data.

With the development of manufacture technology, the multi-level cell(MLC)technique dramatically increases the storage density of NAND flash memory. As the result,cell-to-cell interference(CCI) becomes more serious and hence causes an increase in the raw bit error rate of data stored in the ***, low-density parity-check(LDPC)codes have appeared to be a promising solution to combat the interference of MLC NAND flash memory. However, the decoding complexity of the sum-product algorithm(SPA) is extremely high. In this paper, to improve the accuracy of the log likelihood ratio(LLR) information of each bit in each NAND flash memory cell, we adopt a non-uniform detection(N-UD) which uses the average maximum mutual information to determine the value of the soft-decision reference ***, with an aim to reduce the decoding complexity and improve the decoding performance, we propose a modified soft reliabilitybased iterative majority-logic decoding(MSRBI-MLGD) algorithm, which uses a non-uniform quantizer based on power function to decode LDPC codes. Simulation results show that our design can offer a desirable trade-off between the performance and complexity for high-column-weight LDPC-coded MLC NAND flash memory.

THE consequence of "nuclear winter" induced by nuclear war and climatic catastrophe induced by extraterrestrial impact were widely studied for fear of the potential danger of the basic nuclear war (the totalexplosive equivalent 5 000Mt TNT). Using zero-dimensional energy balance model authors reportedthe short-term climatic effect induced by six huge Cenozoic bolide-impact events (65, 34, 15, 2.4,1.1, 0.73 MaBP). THE Pingba soil profile developed on the bedrock Triassic dolomitite and morphologically located in uplandin karst terrain in Central Guizhou, China was proven to be in-situ dolomitite weathering pedogeneticproduct. Continuous sampling method was used for taking samples from man-made excavated pit fromthe Pingba profile. REE for samples was measured on ELEMENT ICP-MS in the Institute of Geochemistry, CAS. The standard reference samples GSR-6 and GSS-1,4,7 were used to monitor the precisionof REE measurement. The measurement error was less than ≤10%. For PB-T1 sample, the coefficientof variation (CV) of three analytical run precision is: La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Ho, Er≤10%; Sm, Eu, Dy,Tm≤15%; Y, Lu, Gd, Tb≤20%.

超超临界锅炉低负荷运行时的流动不稳定性计算分析

为了研究超超临界锅炉水冷壁在低负荷运行工况下的流动不稳定性,采用一维单通道模型,建立了适用于不同几何结构、热工参数的超超临界锅炉的流动不稳定性通用数值计算模型。在试验验证结果符合良好的基础上,对沁阳发电分公司1 000 MW超超临界锅炉水冷壁系统低负荷(40%额定出力负荷)运行的部分典型回路进行了数值计算,对比分析了动态流动不稳定发生时,热负荷线密度对进出口流量振幅及其稳定时间的影响。结果表明:对前墙的最短管9回路、左侧墙最长管32回路及上炉膛受热最强管107回路,随着热负荷扰动强度的增加,进出口流量脉动的振幅也逐渐增加;9、32、107各回路线密度分别为3.389、3.520、3.172 kW/m,热负荷线密度越大,对应典型回路进出口流量达到稳定所需的时间越长,脉动振幅越大,回路流动状态越不稳定。该结果可为超超临界锅炉的设计及低负荷安全运行提供指导,具有一定的可靠性及工程应用价值。

目的探讨甲基转移酶样因子14(METTL14)失调引起的异常N6-甲基腺苷(m6A)修饰在子宫内膜癌(EC)侵袭和转移中的作用。方法收集96名2017—2021年在武汉科技大学附属孝感医院接受治疗性手术的EC患者。从冷冻组织中分离RNA(70对)或蛋白质(10对),用于定量实时PCR(qPCR)或免疫印迹分析,以评估METTL14在EC中的表达。评估METTL14的表达及其与EC临床病理学特征的相关性。在体外和体内测定了METTL14在EC中的生物学效应。将甲基化RNA免疫沉淀测序(MeRIP-seq)与RNA测序(RNA-seq)相结合,并在m6A斑点印迹之后,采用MeRIP-qPCR、RIP-qPCR或双荧光素酶报告基因分析来筛选和验证METTL14的候选靶标。结果与匹配的相邻组织相比,EC中METTL14的mRNA和蛋白质水平显著下调。与METTL14高表达组相比,METTL14低表达组FIGO分期、浸入深度、淋巴血管侵犯、淋巴结转移、肿瘤转移例数显著增加(P<0.05)。在功能上,METTL14在体外和体内抑制EC细胞的增殖和侵袭能力。从机制上讲,METTL14介导的m6A去甲基化导致含有雌激素受体α(ERα)的转录后抑制。此外,与METTL14相比,ERα诱导肿瘤的致癌行为。结论METTL14通过m6A依赖性方式在EC细胞中减弱ERα的表达,进而抑制肿瘤转移和侵袭。

THE seasonal variance of soil CO2 concentration with depth in soil profile was widely studied. Few similarresearches on this topic have been done in karst area which comprises 15% global terrestrial area. In thisnote, the research results about the seasonal and daily soil CO2 concentration variance in karst area arereported. The soil gases were collected respectively by the sampling device at 200, 5,0, -5, -10,-15, -25, -35 and -45 cm from the land surface in meadow soil profile described by Zheng andlocated in the Hongfeng lake area in the central Guizhou Plateau which lies in the central East-Asia karstarea. THE stable carbon isotopic composition of soil organic carbon is a powerful tool for discussing the source ofsoil CO2 and the relationship of CO2 source and sink between soil CO2 and atmosphere CO2 and has beenwidely studied. However, few similar researches have been done in karst area which comprises 15%global terrestrial area. Preliminary research results about the stable carbon isotopic composition of soil organic carbon in karst area are reported here.
