With the increasing number of sequenced species,phylogenetic profiling(PP)has become a powerful method to predict functional genes based on co-evolutionary ***,its potential in plant genomics has not yet been fully *** this context,we combined the power of machine learning and PP to identify salt stress-related genes in a halophytic grass,Spartina alterniflora,using evolutionary information generated from 365 plant *** results showed that the genes highly co-evolved with known salt stress-related genes are enriched in biological processes of ion transport,detoxification and metabolic *** ion transport,five identified genes coding two sodium and three potassium transporters were validated to be able to uptake Na?.In addition,we identified two orthologs of trichome-related AtR3-MYB genes,SaCPC1 and SaCPC2,which may be involved in salinity *** co-evolved with SaCPCs were enriched in functions related to the circadian rhythm and abiotic stress ***,this work demonstrates the feasibility of mining salt stress-related genes using evolutionary information,highlighting the potential of PP as a valuable tool for plant functional genomics.

基于藜麦全基因组和转录组数据,利用生物信息学的方法对藜麦CqOSC基因家族进行了鉴定和系统分析。结果表明,在藜麦基因组中鉴定到15个CqOSC基因家族成员,可分为3个亚组,同亚组CqOSC基因具有相似的基因结构和蛋白Motif结构;在藜麦正常生长发育过程中,CqOSC基因家族成员的表达模式存在明显差异,CqOSC7和CqOSC12在花和未成熟的种子及干种子中显著表达,而CqOSC9与CqOSC10在所有组织中均呈现出一定水平的表达;对于MeJA具有不同响应:CqOSC2、CqOSC4和CqOSC8基因表达量变化显著;CqOSC3、CqOSC6和CqOSC15基因表达量变化不明显;整体表现为“低促高抑”:在外施0.5 mmol/L和1 mmol/L MeJA时基因表达量显著上升,在浓度达到2 mmol/L时表达量显著下降。

The Competitive Adsorption Characteristics of Welan Gum and Superplasticizer in Cement Mortar

Welan gum has been widely used in oil cement and grouting materials for its excellent rheological properties and anti-bleeding,and most of all,being friendly to the ***,when welan gum was added,the fluidity of mortar decreased sharply,so it should be used together with a superplasticizer to enable good *** its powerful charge density in the molecular structure,the competitive adsorption between welan gum and other admixtures happened remarkably during the addition ***,we experimentally studied on the bleeding rate and rheological properties of cement slurry,fluidity and mechanical properties of mortar with welan gum mixed with superplasticizer,aiming at understanding the competitive adsorption phenomenon by application of welan gum mixed with *** measuring the hydration heat and zeta potential,the mechanism of interaction of welan gum with superplasticizer was deduced and *** results showed that it could ensure a good dispersion effect when welan gum is mixed with the two kinds of *** gum had little impact on the naphthalene superplasticizer,but did have a substantial influence on *** practice,adding welan gum after PCE acted with cement for 2 min could effectively avoid the competitive adsorption and then achieve better *** this viewpoint for mortar with PCE,new delay release welan gum needs further research and development.

The cooperative behaviors resulted from the interaction of coupled identical oscillators have been investigated ***,the coupled oscillators in practice are nonidentical,and there exist mismatched *** has been proved that under certain conditions,complete synchronization can take place in coupled nonidentical oscillators with the same equilibrium points,yet other cooperative behaviors are not *** this paper,we further consider two coupled nonidentical oscillators with the same equilibrium points,where one oscillator is convergent while the other is chaotic,and explore their cooperative *** find that the coupling mode and the coupling strength can bring the coupled oscillators to different cooperation behaviors in unidirectional or undirected *** the case of directed coupling,death islands appear in two-parameter *** mechanism inducing these transitions is presented.

目的探讨内镜下硬化剂和组织胶注射联合套扎术治疗直肠异位静脉曲张(EV)破裂出血的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月-2022年1月在该院消化内科接受内镜治疗的60例直肠EV破裂出血患者的临床资料,根据手术方式不同,将患者分为两组。其中,对照组30例,采用内镜下套扎术治疗;观察组30例,采用内镜下硬化剂和组织胶注射联合套扎术治疗。术后1、3、6和12个月进行随访,比较两组患者手术止血成功率、术后并发症发生率、死亡率、术后曲张静脉直径改善情况和术后有效率。结果观察组手术止血成功率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的66.7%,观察组腹痛和发热发生率分别为10.0%和10.0%,明显低于对照组的33.3%和36.7%,观察组死亡率为6.7%(2/30),明显低于对照组的30.0%(9/30),观察组术前曲张静脉直径为(1.60±0.36)cm,术后直径不断缩小,术后12个月直径为(0.78±0.31)cm,对照组术前曲张静脉直径为(1.52±0.26)cm,术后直径不断增加,术后12个月直径为(1.55±0.36)cm,观察组术后曲张静脉直径改善情况明显优于对照组,观察组术后治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下硬化剂和组织胶注射联合套扎术治疗直肠EV破裂出血,手术止血成功率和治疗有效率更高,且术后并发症更少,死亡率更低,临床疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。

Input-Trees of Finite Automata and Application to Cryptanalysis

In this papert weights of output set and of input set for finiteautomata are discussed. For a weakly invertible finite automaton, we proye thatfor states with minimal output weight, the distribution of input sets is *** for a kind of compound finite automata, we give weights of output set and ofinput set explicitly, and a characterization of their input-trees. For finite automatonpublic key cryptosystems, of which automata in public keys belong to such a kind ofcompound finite automata, we evaluate search amounts of exhaust search algorithmsin average case and in worse case for both encryption and signature, and successfulprobabilities of stochastic search algorithms for both encryption and signature. Inaddition, a result on mutual invertibility of finite automata is also given.

Dynamics of oil price shocks and stock market behavior in Pakistan:evidence from the 2007 financial crisis period

Background:The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of the oil price and its volatility on the stock market of Pakistan before and after the 2007 financial crisis ***:The analyses are carried out on daily data for the period from July 31,2000 to July 31,*** study uses several econometric techniques for the analyses,namely,the Johansen-Juselius cointegration test,generalized autoregressive conditional heteroskedasticity(GARCH)model,exponential generalized autoregressive conditional heteroskedasticity(EGARCH)model,variance decomposition method,and impulse response ***:The results of the cointegration method indicate a significant long-run association between stock market and oil prices in the pre-crisis *** EGARCH model shows that oil price returns have a significant effect on stock market returns in both sub-periods,while the result for the GARCH model is significant only in the postcrisis *** find a significant effect of oil price volatility on the stock market in both sub-periods from the GARCH ***,the EGARCH model shows an asymmetric effect of oil price volatility on the stock market in the pre-crisis *** decomposition shows that stock market variations are mostly explained by ***,the impulse response function results show that oil price shocks affected the stock market adversely in the pre-crisis period but positively in the postcrisis ***:This study suggests that economic policymakers and investors should consider the oil price as an important factor affecting stock market returns.

目的探讨超重及肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者认知功能与脑结构影像的相关性。方法为横断面研究。纳入2016年2月至2023年7月就诊于南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院内分泌科的T2DM患者,并根据体重指数(BMI)将其分为正常体重T2DM组和超重及肥胖T2DM组,招募同期就诊于南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院健康管理中心年龄和受教育时间与其相匹配且18.5 kg/m^(2)≤BMI<24.0 kg/m^(2)的健康者作为健康对照组。收集3组研究对象的年龄、受教育时间、身高和体重并计算BMI,测量其Android区域脂肪含量,并计算脂肪质量指数(FMI),采用可重复的成套神经心理状态测量量表评估即刻记忆,测量其左右侧海马体积。采用独立样本t检验或单因素方差分析进行组间比较,采用协方差分析比较3组间认知功能、总脑及皮层下核团体积的差异,采用中介效应模型分析人体脂肪分布、脑结构、认知功能之间的关系。结果共纳入研究对象350例。其中,健康对照组50例,正常体重T2DM组100例,超重及肥胖T2DM组200例。与正常体重T2DM组相比,超重及肥胖T2DM组患者Android区域FMI更高(t=11.90,P<0.001)。协方差分析结果显示,与健康对照组和正常体重T2DM组相比,超重及肥胖T2DM组患者即刻记忆得分均更低(P值分别为0.048和0.041)、左右侧海马体积均更小(健康对照组和超重及肥胖T2DM组,正常体重T2DM组和超重及肥胖T2DM组左右侧海马体积比较,左侧P值分别为0.002和0.036,右侧P值分别为0.004和0.022)。中介效应模型分析结果显示,在T2DM患者中,左侧海马体积部分介导了Android区域FMI与即刻记忆得分之间的相关性(β=-0.313,95%CI-0.695~-0.076)。结论超重及肥胖T2DM患者相较正常体重T2DM患者认知功能损害及海马体积萎缩更为显著。T2DM患者腹部脂肪增加与认知功能损害和海马体积萎缩有关。
