Objective Genotypes(G)1,3,and 5 of the Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV)have been isolated in China,but the dominant genotype circulating in Chinese coastal areas remains *** searched for G5 JEV-infected cases and attempted to elucidate which JEV genotype was most closely related to human Japanese encephalitis(JE)in the coastal provinces of *** In this study,we collected serum specimens from patients with JE in three coastal provinces of China(Guangdong,Zhejiang,and Shandong)from 2018 to 2020 and conducted JEV cross-neutralization tests against G1,G3,and *** Acute serum specimens from clinically reported JE cases were obtained for laboratory confirmation from hospitals in Shandong(92 patients),Zhejiang(192 patients),and Guangdong(77 patients),China,from 2018 to *** of the 361 serum specimens were laboratory-confirmed to be infected with *** cases were confirmed to be infected with G1 JEV,32 with G3 JEV,and two with G5 *** G3 was the primary infection genotype among JE cases with a definite infection genotype,and the infection caused by G5 JEV was confirmed serologically in China.

This research represents a notable advancement in the field, as polyester membranes may potentially compete with state-of-the-art polyamide RO membranes in the mainstream market.

采用等离子渗氮/电弧离子镀复合方法在H13模具钢表面制备出CrON涂层,研究氧流量对CrON复合涂层结构及抗铝液熔蚀性能的影响。结果表明,随着氧流量的增加,所制备的涂层主要物相由氮化物向氧化物转变,在氧流量较低时主要呈现面心立方CrN结构,而在氧流量为200mL/min时制备的涂层形成典型的Cr_(2)O_(3)晶体相特征。掺入适量的氧,CrN涂层柱状晶生长受到抑制,涂层结构更加致密。涂层表面缺陷和粗糙度随着氧含量的增加而增大。CrON复合涂层在铝液中的失效形式是局部点蚀。由于形成致密的结构和良好的热稳定性,在氧流量为50 mL/min时制备的涂层具有优异的抗铝液熔蚀能力,而氧流量较高时表面生成致密的Cr2O3抗氧化层也有利于提高抗铝液熔蚀性能。

室温下,对AZ31镁合金挤压棒材分别进行2种变路径压缩变形,第1种为压缩方向为正交径向的两道次压缩,称为RD1-RD2压缩变形;第2种为压缩方向依次为挤压方向和径向的两道次压缩变形,称为ED-RD1压缩变形,并对上述压缩过程中晶粒取向和力学性能的变化特征进行了分析。结果表明,压缩变形过程中大量{1012}拉伸孪晶和{1012}-{1012}二次孪晶启动,不同的孪晶变体启动使晶粒中存在较多的交叉孪晶界,孪晶启动总体上遵循施密特定律。对于RD1-RD2压缩变形,两道应力应变曲线几乎相同,而对于ED-RD1压缩变形,第2道次压缩的应力应变曲线对应的应力值明显高于第1道次。

The dieless hydroforming of spherical vessels from combination frustum shells is put forward in the present paper,and the forming process is developed by means of elastoplastic finite element method and *** this paper the principle and experimental procedure of the new technology are introduced,the simulation method and the calculating assumptions are presented,the deformation process and the deformation characteristics of the shells are discussed,as well as the stress and strain distributions of the shell during bulging are analysed.

According to the marine records from the Bay of Bengal, northeastern Indian Ocean, and the continental records from the South China, the authors make a detailed discussion in this paper about the correlation between them and their implication of rapid climatic change. The marine records show its good response to the high latitudes both for cold events and for warm ones while the continental records mainly mirror those cold Heinrich events corresponding to the North Atlantic but bear strongly a local color in reflecting warm events. The authors assume that the heat transmission style may cause the unbalanced coupling relationship.

介绍脉动液压成形技术的成形原理、工艺特点及应用领域。从工艺和材料两方面对脉动液压成形提高材料成形能力的机理进行研究,试验证明脉动载荷一方面能够促进管材液压成形时的补料、降低摩擦力的阻碍作用并利用成形过程中小褶皱的出现与消失提高变形的均匀性;另一方面,对于奥氏体不锈钢,脉动载荷可以增强形变过程中的相变增塑效应,从而提高其成形性。自主设计并研制出能实现工业化生产需求的自动化程度高的脉动液压成形设备,为该项技术在汽车、航空及航天制造领域中的推广和应用提供重要的理论指导和实践探索。
