The estrogen receptor(ER)-negative breast cancer subtype is aggressive with few treatment options *** identify specific prognostic factors for ER-negative breast cancer,this study included 705,729 and 1034 breast invasive cancer patients from the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results(SEER)and The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)databases,*** identify key differential kinase-substrate node and edge biomarkers between ER-negative and ERpositive breast cancer patients,we adopted a network-based method using correlation coefficients between molecular pairs in the kinase regulatory *** analysis of the clinical and molecular data revealed the significant prognostic power of kinase-substrate node and edge features for both subtypes of breast *** promising kinase-substrate edge features,CSNK1A1-NFATC3 and SRC-OCLN,were identified for more accurate prognostic prediction in ERnegative breast cancer patients.

Background:Arsenic has a broad anti-cancer ability against hematologic malignancies and solid *** systematically understand the biological functions of arsenic,we need to identify arsenic-binding proteins in human ***,due to lack of effective theoretical tools and experimental methods,only a few arsenic-binding proteins have been ***:Based on the crystal structure of ArsM,we generated a single mutation free energy profile for arsenic binding using free energy perturbation *** validations provide an indication that our computational model has the ability to predict arsenic-binding proteins with desirable *** subsequently apply this computational model to scan the entire human genome to identify all the potential arsenic-binding ***:The computationally predicted arsenic-binding proteins show a wide range of biological functions,especially in the signaling transduction *** the signaling transduction pathways,arsenic directly binds to the key factors(e.g.,Notch receptors,Notch ligands,Wnt family proteins,TGF-beta,and their interacting proteins)and results in significant inhibitions on their enzymatic activities,further having a crucial impact on the related signaling ***:Arsenic has a significant impact on signaling transduction in *** binding to proteins can lead to dysfunctions of the target proteins,having crucial impacts on both signaling pathway and gene *** hope that the computationally predicted arsenic-binding proteins and the functional analysis can provide a novel insight into the biological functions of arsenic,revealing a mechanism for the broad anti-cancer of arsenic.

The Mongol-Okhotsk Ocean,which has been closing gradually from the west to the east beginning since the Late Paleozoic,was an important part of the Central Asian Orogenic *** influenced the tectonic framework of Northeast Asia in the Mesozoic,especially the Late Mesozoic arc-basin system that is widely distributed in the Great Xing’an ***,the manner in which the Mongol-Okhotsk Ocean affected the sedimentary basin development remains poorly *** address this issue,we conducted U-Pb dating of detrital zircon deposited sedimentary basins of the central Great Xing’an *** examining the possible provenances of the detrital zircon and the structural controls of the basins,we found that a key sedimentary unit was deposited around Late Jurassic-Early *** provenance was a felsic source in a back-arc setting of an active continental *** findings also suggest the existence of a unified geodynamic setting that affected the coeval development of basins in the northern Great Xing’an Range and the Yanshan fold-thrust belt along the northern margin of North China *** research helps to better understand the complex tectonic processes which shaped the Northeast Asia during the Late Mesozoic.

Although lithium metal is considered a promising anode for advanced Li-S and Li-air batteries,the uncontrolled dendrite growth and infinite volume change impede its practical ***,we report an ideal framework composed of carbonized bacterial cellulose(CBC)nanofibers,which shows intrinsic lithiophilicity to molten lithium without any lithiophilic surface *** wetting behavior of molten lithium can be significantly improved because its surface functional groups provide thermodynamical driving force,and the high surface roughness derived from nanocracks leads to rapid infusion in *** hybrid anode exhibits long cycle life up to 2000 h and excellent deep stripping-platting capacity up to 20 mAh·cm^(-2).When the anode is assembled with LiFePO_(4) cathode,the full cell delivers a good cycling stability up to 700 *** is attributed to the intrinsic lithiophilic scaffold,which can not only lower the nucleation barrier of Li and provide uniform nucleation sites for stable Li stripping/plating,but also offer interspace to accommodate volume fluctuation of lithium during long *** work provides a new manner to achieve a series of intrinsic lithiophilic carbon skeletons based on the large family of biomass materials and organic materials.

Due to their outstanding anti-flashover characteristics,composite insulators have been extensively applied in power systems.A lot of research has investigated flashover characteristics of hydrophobic specimens with artificial water ***,the phenomenon is not consistent with that of the contaminated composite *** the test specimens covered with water droplets,there is no obvious leakage current before the flashover and no obvious relationship between flashover voltage and the conductivity of water *** the contaminated composite insulator surface,there are short continuous arcs on the insulators before critical flashover,making insulators look like a luminous *** that under these two conditions,the proportion of water along the insulation distance is different,the flashover characteristic of“dry band-water band”on a hydrophobicity surface is analyzed in the present *** influence of the water band parameter(including length,width,and conductivity)as well as the length of dry band is *** this basis,the arc generation and development process of the surface covered with“dry band-water band”is *** research results improve the understanding of the flashover process on contaminated composite insulators.
