Many studies have focused on the Cretaceous evolution of NE China,including the 973 Scientific Exploration Well Work program,which completed two drill holes in this area.The Cretaceous Basin Group of eastern NE China is highly altered,so the evolution,controlling factors and interpretation of the Early Cretaceous Dasanjiang Basin are controversial,and fundamental aspects of the rocks are poorly understood.The Boli Basin is the largest Cretaceous basin within NE China,but the temporal and spatial extent of Mesozoic strata within this basin,especially the Dongshan Formation,arc not well-known.

The existence of positive solution is proved for a （k, n - k） conjugate boundary value problem in which the nonlinearity may make negative values and may be singular with respect to the time variable. The main results of Agarwal et al. （Agarwal R P, Grace S R, O＇Regan D. Semipositive higher-order differential equations. Appl. Math. Letters, 2004, 14： 201-207） are extended. The basic tools are the Hammerstein integral equation and the Krasnosel＇skii＇s cone expansion-compression technique.

The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the connection between the Painlev′e property and the integrability of polynomial dynamical systems. We show that if a polynomial dynamical system has Painlev′e property, then it admits certain class of first integrals. We also present some relationships between the Painlev′e property and the structure of the differential Galois group of the corresponding variational equations along some complex integral curve.

In this paper,an HIV dynamics model with the proliferation of CD4 T cells is proposed.The authors consider nonnegativity,boundedness,global asymptotic stability of the solutions and bifurcation properties of the steady states.It is proved that the virus is cleared from the host under some conditions if the basic reproduction number R0 is less than unity.Meanwhile,the model exhibits the phenomenon of backward bifurcation.We also obtain one equilibrium is semi-stable by using center manifold theory.It is proved that the endemic equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable under some conditions if R0 is greater than unity.It also is proved that the model undergoes Hopf bifurcation from the endemic equilibrium under some conditions.It is novelty that the model exhibits two famous bifurcations,backward bifurcation and Hopf bifurcation.The model is extended to incorporate the specific Cytotoxic T Lymphocytes(CTLs)immune response.Stabilities of equilibria and Hopf bifurcation are considered accordingly.In addition,some numerical simulations for justifying the theoretical analysis results are also given in paper.

Objective:The present study investigated how mild moxibustion treatment affects the intestinal Microbiome and expression of NLRP3-related immune factors in a rat model of intestinal mucositis(IM)induced with 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu).Methods:Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control,chemotherapy,moxibustion and probiotics groups.The IM rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of 5-Fu.Mild moxibustion treatment and intragastric probiotic administration were provided once daily for 15 days.Tissue morphology,serum levels of inflammatory factors and the expression levels of tight junction proteins,caspase-1,gasdermin D and NLRP3 were evaluated in colon tissue,through hematoxylin and eosin staining,electron microscopy,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,Western blotting,quantitative realtime reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and immunofluorescence.Gut microbiome profiling was conducted through 16 S rRNA amplicon sequencing.Results:Moxibustion and probiotic treatments significantly increased the expression levels of tight junction proteins,reduced cell apoptosis and the expression levels of caspase-1,gasdermin D and NLRP3;they also decreased the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1βand IL-18,while increasing serum levels of IL-10.Moxibustion and probiotic treatments also corrected the reduction inα-diversity andβ-diversity in IM rats,greatly increased the proportion of the dominant bacterial genus Lactobacillus and reduced the abundance of the genera Roseburia and Escherichia in chemotherapytreated rats to levels observed in healthy animals.We also found that these dominant genera were firmly correlated with the regulation of pyroptosis-associated proteins and inflammatory factors.Finally,moxibustion and probiotic treatments elicited similar effects in regulating intestinal host-microbial homeostasis and the expression of NLRP3 inflammasome-related factors.Conclusion:Moxibustion exerts its therapeutic effect on IM by ameliorating mucosal damage and

Silicone rubber(SR) composites are most widely used as thermal interface materials(TIMs) for electronics heat dissipation. Thermal impedance as the main bottleneck limiting the performance of TIMs is usually neglected. Herein, the thermal impedance of SR composites loaded with different levels of hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN) as TIMs was elaborated for the first time by the ASTM D 5470 standard test and finite element analysis. It was found that elastic modulus and surface roughness of SR composites increased with the increase of h-BN content, indicating that the conformity was reduced. When the assembly pressure was 0.69 MPa, there existed an optimal h-BN content at which the contact resistance was minimum(0.39 K·cm^(2)·W^(-1)). Although the decreased bond line thickness(BLT) by increasing the assembly pressure was beneficial to reduce the thermal impedance, the proper assembly pressure should be selected to prevent the warpage of the contact surfaces and the increase in contact resistance, according to the compression properties of the SR composites. This study provides valuable insights into fabrication of high-performance TIMs for modern electronic device applications.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the leading causes of cancer mortality worldwide.Various imaging modalities provide important information about HCC for its clinical management.Since positron-emission tomography(PET)or PET-computed tomography was introduced to the oncologic setting,it has played crucial roles in detecting,distinguishing,accurately staging,and evaluating local,residual,and recurrent HCC.PET imaging visualizes tissue metabolic information that is closely associated with treatment.Dynamic PET imaging and dual-tracer have emerged as complementary techniques that aid in various aspects of HCC diagnosis.The advent of new radiotracers and the development of immuno-PET and PET-magnetic resonance imaging have improved the ability to detect lesions and have made great progress in treatment surveillance.The current PET diagnostic capabilities for HCC and the supplementary techniques are reviewed herein.

Shanghan Zabing Lun,an acient book of Chinese medicine that published in Han dynasty(219 C.E.),is the first monograph in China that has the principles of prescription and treatment.Modern physicians flexibly applied many classical prescriptions recorded on this acientd book,such as Banxia Xiexin decoction,Da Chengqi decoction,Yiyi Fuzi Bijiang decoction and Wumei pill for the treatment of colorectal cancer and its complications,and made some progress in clinical and experimental research.Studies have shown that classical prescriptions alone or in combination with other therapies can improve immunity,prevent cancer from recurrence and metastasis,reduce the side effects of anticancer drugs,improve quality of life,and prolong the survival of cancer patients.However,the current clinical and mechanistic studies on the treatment of classical prescriptions still need to explore in depth.This study aims to summarize the clinical and research progress in the treatment of colorectal cancer with classical prescriptions in recent years.
