Deep Learning and Tensor-Based Multiple Clustering Approaches for Cyber-Physical-Social Applications

The study delves into the expanding role of network platforms in our daily lives, encompassing various mediums like blogs, forums, online chats, and prominent social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. While these platforms offer avenues for self-expression and community support, they concurrently harbor negative impacts, fostering antisocial behaviors like phishing, impersonation, hate speech, cyberbullying, cyberstalking, cyberterrorism, fake news propagation, spamming, and fraud. Notably, individuals also leverage these platforms to connect with authorities and seek aid during disasters. The overarching objective of this research is to address the dual nature of network platforms by proposing innovative methodologies aimed at enhancing their positive aspects and mitigating their negative repercussions. To achieve this, the study introduces a weight learning method grounded in multi-linear attribute ranking. This approach serves to evaluate the significance of attribute combinations across all feature spaces. Additionally, a novel clustering method based on tensors is proposed to elevate the quality of clustering while effectively distinguishing selected features. The methodology incorporates a weighted average similarity matrix and optionally integrates weighted Euclidean distance, contributing to a more nuanced understanding of attribute importance. The analysis of the proposed methods yields significant findings. The weight learning method proves instrumental in discerning the importance of attribute combinations, shedding light on key aspects within feature spaces. Simultaneously, the clustering method based on tensors exhibits improved efficacy in enhancing clustering quality and feature distinction. This not only advances our understanding of attribute importance but also paves the way for more nuanced data analysis methodologies. Measurement and simulation of the leakage neutron spectra from Fe spheres bombarded with 14 MeV neutrons

Iron is commonly used as a structural and shielding material in nuclear devices. The accuracy of its nuclear data is critical for the design of nuclear devices. The evaluation data of ^(56)Fe isotopes in the latest version of the CENDL-3.2 library from China was significantly updated. This new data must be tested before it can be used. To test the reliability of this data and assess the shielding effect, a shielding benchmark experiment was conducted with natural Fe spherical samples using a pulsed deuterium–tritium neutron source at the China Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE). The leakage neutron spectra from the natural spherical iron samples with different thicknesses(4.5, 7.5, and 12 cm) were measured between 0.8 and 16 MeV after interacting with 14 MeV neutrons using the time-of-flight method. The simulation results were obtained by Monte Carlo simulations by employing the Fe data from the CENDL-3.2, ENDF/B-VIII.0, and JEDNL-5.0 libraries. The measured and simulated leakage neutron spectra and penetration rates were compared, demonstrating that the CENDL-3.2 library performs sufficiently overall. The simulation results of the other two libraries were underestimated for scattering at the continuum energy level.

In this study,a novel iron-based catalyst system,Fe(acac)3/(isocyanoimino)triptenylphosphorane(IITP)/AlR3,was employed for the synthesis of syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene in *** catalyst system exhibits remarkably high catalytic activity,achieving a polymerization activity of 762 kgpolymer·molcatalyst^(-1)·h^(-1)at 50℃with a[BD]/[Fe]molar ratio of ***,living polymerization characteristic were observed during the investigation of the polymerization kinetics of 1,3-butadiene *** characteristics were well demonstrated by a narrow molecular weight distribution(PDI≈2.0)of the resulting polybutadiene and a linear relationship between-ln(1-c)and polymerization time as well as number average molecular weight and polymer *** resultant polymer showed a 1,2-selectivity of approximately 76%and stereoregularity ranging from 62%to 73%(rrrr).Additionally,through kinetic studies on polymerization reaction,an apparent activation energy Ea value of this catalytic system was calculated to be 84.98 kJ·mol^(-1),which suggests that high polymerization temperature favors efficient polymerization.

Oil-paper insulation material is an essential component for oil-filled transformers,and polyimide(PI)insulation paper is a novel material in the field of *** improvement of insulation class for insulation paper has gained significant attention in recent *** this study,SiO_(2)nanoparticles were modified with a silane coupling agent(KH550),and the KH550-SiO_(2)was added to the fibre membrane through in situ *** chemical composition and microcosmic characteristics of the PI porous fibre membrane were characterised using FT-IR and SEM FT-IR and ***-quently,the dielectric constant of the composite paper was reduced to 2.3 upon adding 3 wt%of KH550-SiO_(2),and the dielectric strength reached its maximum value of 85 kV/*** results demonstrate that the insulation performance of the KH550-SiO_(2)/PI composite was significantly improved due to the incorporation of nano-SiO_(2).This establishes an efficient approach for achieving excellent electrical and thermal properties in practical applications using the KH550-SiO_(2)/PI fibre membrane.

Development of an enhanced online tritium monitoring system using plastic scintillation fiber array

Tritium, a radioactive nuclide discharged by nuclear power plants, poses challenges for removal. Continuous online monitoring of tritium in water is crucial for real-time radiation data, given its predominant existence in the environment as water. This paper presents the design, simulation, and development of a tritium monitoring device utilizing a plastic scintillation fiber (PSF) array. Experimental validation confirmed the device's detection efficiency and minimum detectable activity. The recorded detection efficiency of the device is 1.6x10-3\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$1.6\times 10{-3}$$\end{document}, which exceeds the theoretically simulated value of 4x10-4\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$4\times 10{-4}$$\end{document} by four times. Without shielding, the device can achieve a minimum detectable activity of 3165BqL-1\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$3165\,\hbox {Bq}\,\hbox {L}{-1}$$\end{document} over a 1600-second measurement duration. According to simulation and experimental results, enhancing detection efficiency is possible by increasing the number and length of PSFs and implementing rigorous shielding measures. Additionally, reducing the diameter of PSFs can also improve detection efficiency. The minimum detectable activity of the device can be further reduced using the aforementioned methods.

Highly efficient labelling of extracellular vesicles for enhanced detection on a microfluidic platform

Biomimetic porous silicon oxycarbide ceramics with improved specific strength and efficient thermal insulation

Considering the challenge of aerodynamic heating,the development of high-performance insulating ce-ramic materials with lightweight and low thermal conductivity is crucially important for aerospace vehi-cles to achieve flight at high speed for a long *** this work,macro-porous silicon oxycarbide(SiOC)ceramics with directional pores(DP-SiOC)(mean pore size of 88.1μm)were prepared using polysiloxane precursors via freeze casting and photocrosslinking,followed by *** DP-SiOC samples were lightweight(density∼0.135 g cm^(-3))with a porosity of 90.4%,which showed good shapability through the molding of polysiloxane *** DP-SiOC samples also exhibited an ultra-low thermal con-ductivity of 0.048 W(m K)^(-1)at room temperature,which can also withstand heat treatment at 1200°C for 1 *** addition,scaffolds with triply periodic minimal surfaces(TPMS)were fabricated using digital light processing(DLP)printing,which was further filled with polysiloxane precursors for increasing the strength of *** TPMS scaffolds filled with macro-porous SiOC ceramics(TPMS-DP-SiOC)showed good integration between TPMS and macro-pore structures,which had a porosity∼75%and high specific strength of 9.73×10^(3)N m kg^(-1).The thermal conductivity of TPMS-DP-SiOC samples was 0.255 W(m K)^(-1)at room *** biomimetic TPMS-DP-SiOC ceramics developed in this study are likely used for thermal protection systems.
