Seismic performance evaluation of steel frame-steel plate shear walls system based on the capacity spectrum method

This paper presents some methods that the standard acceleration design response spectra derived from the present China code for seismic design of buildings are transformed into the seismic demand spectra, and that the base shear force-roof displacement curve of structure is converted to the capacity spectrum of an equivalent single-degree-of-freedom （SDOF） system. The capacity spectrum method （CSM） is programmed by means of MATLABT.0 computer language. A dual lateral force resisting system of 10-story steel frame-steel plate shear walls （SPSW） is designed according to the corresponding China design codes. The base shear force-roof displacement curve of structure subjected to the monotonic increasing lateral inverse triangular load is obtained by applying the equivalent strip model to stimulate SPSW and by using the finite element analysis software SAP2000 to make Pushover analysis. The seismic performance of this dual system subjected to three different conditions, i.e. the 8-intensity frequently occurred earthquake, fortification earthquake and seldom occurred earthquake, is evaluated by CSM program. The excessive safety of steel frame-SPSW system designed according to the present China design codes is pointed out and a new design method is suggested.

为了探讨不同模式扰动方案对台风区域集合预报的影响,本文以2021年18号台风“圆规”为例,基于WRF模式,采用了多物理过程参数化方法(MP)、随机变化参数扰动方法(SPP)和物理倾向随机扰动(SPPT)三种不同的方法,设计了EXP1(MP)、EXP2(SPP+SPPT)和EXP3(MP+SPP+SPPT)三组敏感性试验进行了比较研究。结果表明:三组区域集合预报试验都能较好地模拟台风路径和台风增强的过程,其中EXP3试验效果最好,EXP3试验的路径偏差值为三组集合预报试验最小的,其平均值为52.8 km,而控制试验CTRL(无模式扰动)、EXP1和EXP2的平均值分别为61.8、54.4和65.7 km;三组集合预报试验的扰动能量值基本都大于控制试验CTRL,且EXP3的扰动能量发展最快,扰动能量值基本为最大的;三组集合预报试验的Brier评分相较于控制试验CTRL有所改善,且EXP3的Brier评分值为三组集合预报试验改善最大的,EXP1和EXP2相对于CTRL试验的改善率为45%和48.76%,而EXP3能达到70%,EXP2与EXP1的预报效果相当,EXP3相较于EXP1和EXP2预报效果有所改善,其相对于EXP1和EXP2的改善率达到57.5%和40%。

Aerobic granules seeded with activated sludge flocs and pellets （obtained from activated sludge flocs） were cultivated in two sequencing batch reactors and their characteristics were compared. Compared with granules seeded with activated sludge flocs, those seeded with pellets had shorter start-up time, larger diameter, better chemical oxygen demand removal efficiency, and higher hydrophobicity, suspended solid concentration, and Mg 2＋ content. The different inocula led the granule surface with different microbial morphologies, but did not result in different distribution patterns of extracellular polymeric substances and cells. The anaerobic bacterium Anoxybacillus sp. was detected in the granules seeded with pellets. These results highlighted the advantage of pellet over activated sludge floc as the seed for aerobic granulation and wastewater treatment.

Prolog is one of the most important candidates to build expert systems and AI-related programs and has potential applications in embedded systems. However, Prolog is not suitable to develop many kinds of components, such as data acquisition and task scheduling, which are also crucial. To make the best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages, it is attractive to integrate Prolog with programs developed by other languages. In this paper, an IPC-based method is used to integrate backward chaining inference implemented by Prolog into applications or embedded systems. A Prolog design pattern is derived from the method for reuse, whose principle and definition are provided in detail. Additionally, the design pattern is applied to a target system, which is free software, to verify its feasibility. The detailed implementation of the application is given to clarify the design pattern. The design pattern can be further applied to wide range applications and embedded systems and the method described in this paper can also be adopted for other logic programming languages.

为提高牵引供电关键设备态检修能力,设计了一套适用于铁路的牵引变压器服役健康管理系统。利用MATLAB在科学计算方面和C#在系统界面开发方面的优势进行互补。采用Mysql数据库和云服务器建立数据基本台账,以牵引变电所内变压器历史试验数据为驱动,构建了主变压器机理和经验的状态评估模型。机理模型采用主观层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)-熵权法确定主客观权重,选择云模型确定各指标的隶属度,最后进行模糊运算得到合适评语。选择主成分分析法-鲸鱼优化算法-支持向量机(principal component analysis-whale optimization algorithm-support vector machines,PCA-WOA-SVM)联合分类评估,利用合成少数过采样技术(synthetic minority over-sampling technique,SMOTE)对数据集过采样以平衡样本的完整性。结果表明,数据集均衡化后识别准确率为96.67%,比处理前提高5%。经验证,分级联合评估为牵引变压器开展状态评估与检修策略制定提供新思路,体现了该模型及系统的可靠性和准确性。

目的了解住院重症肺炎患者呼吸道病原体感染情况及影响因素,为临床治疗提供指导和依据。方法收集368例住院重症肺炎患者的病例资料及呼吸道19种病原体的检测情况进行分析,组间比较分析采用χ^(2)检验或Fisher确切概率法,多因素分析使用logistic回归分析。结果检出病原体感染阳性患者124例,阳性率为33.70%,其中16例为混合病原体感染。不同年龄组新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.679,P14~<61岁年龄组中检出率最高,为9.02%。16例混合病原体感染患者中,婴幼儿患者12例,占75.00%;男性患者11例,占69.75%;HRV感染者9例,占56.25%。多因素logistic分析结果显示,患者的年龄(OR=1.025,95%CI:1.007~1.042)、采样年份(OR=0.456,95%CI:0.265~0.786)、标本类型(OR=5.059,95%CI:2.806~9.122)是影响住院重症肺炎患者呼吸道病原体检测结果的独立影响因素。结论应关注儿童感染IFA和老年人感染SARS-Co V-2的情况,积极开展儿童呼吸道感染患者HRV的检测。首选患者的下呼吸道标本进行检测,提高患者病原体的检出率。

黄河干流山东段流经的25县市区是山东省推动黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的核心区,研究该区域表层土壤重金属污染现状、来源及潜在风险具有重要的意义.以黄河干流流经山东的25县市区为研究区,采集并测定了103个表层土壤样品中8种(As、Cu、Pb、Cr、Zn、Ni、Cd和Hg)重金属的含量,采用地累积指数法与潜在生态风险指数法对重金属污染特征进行分析和评价,利用相关性分析和正定矩阵因子分解(PMF)模型对土壤重金属进行来源解析.结果表明,Cu和Cr含量平均值低于山东省土壤背景值,As、Pb、Zn、Ni、Cd和Hg含量平均值分别是背景值的1.16、1.42、1.05、1.14、2.29和1.85倍,8种重金属元素含量平均值均远低于农用地土壤污染风险筛选值;从不同重金属变异情况看,As、Pb、Cr、Zn、Ni和Hg为中度变异,Cd和Cu为高度变异;研究区Cd和Hg呈轻度污染,其余6种元素无污染;Cd和Hg属于中等潜在生态风险水平,其余重金属处于低风险;联合受体模型表明研究区表层土壤重金属来源受农业活动、自然来源、工业排放和大气降尘等4种因素影响,综合贡献率分别为32.4%、34.9%、16.5%和16.2%.

Fabrication of a nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite with intercrystalline mesopores for conversion of methanol to gasoline

Carbon deposition during methanol to hydrocarbons leads to the quick deactivation of ZSM-5 catalyst and it is one of the major problems for this technology. Decreasing the crystal size or introducing mesopores into ZSM-5 zeolites can improve its diffusion property and decrease the coke formation. In this paper, nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite with intercrystalline mesopores combining the mesoporous and nano sized structure was fabricated. For comparison, the mesoporous ZSM-5 and nano-sized ZSM-5 were also prepared. These catalyst samples were characterized by XRD, BET, NH3-TPD, TEM, Py-IR and TG techniques and used on the conversion of methanol to gasoline in a fixed-bed reactor at T=405 degrees C, WHSV =4.74 h(-1) and P=1.0 MPa. It was found that the external surface area of the nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite with intercrystalline mesopores reached 104 m(2)/g, larger than that of mesoporous ZSM-5 (66 m(2)/g) and nano sized ZSM-5 (76 m(2)/g). Catalytic lifetime of the nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite with intercrystalline mesopores was 93 h, which was only longer than that of mesoporous ZSM-5 (86 h), but shorter than that of nano sized ZSM-5 (104 h). Strong acidity promoted the coke formation and thus decreased the catalytic lifetime of the nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite with intercrystalline mesopores though it presented large external surface that could improve the diffusion property. The special zeolite catalyst was further dealuminated to decrease the strong acidity. After this, its coke formation rate was slowed and catalytic lifetime was prolonged to 106 h because of the large external surface area and decreased weak acidity. This special structural zeolite is a potential catalyst for methanol to gasoline reaction. (C) 2016 Science Press and Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Background:Primary pulmonary amoeba is very rare and here we report a case of a 68-year-old man presenting with primary pulmonary amoeba after undergoing chemotherapy for lung *** presentation:In October 2016,the man aged 68 was admitted to our hospital because of repeated cough for 8 months and hemoptysis for 1 *** was diagnosed lung adenocarcinoma and underwent surgery in 2012 without receiving *** March 2016,the patients suffered recurrence of cancer and was treated with *** 2 months of chemotherapy,the patient had consistent cough with white sputum,and chest CT showed a local lung *** physicians suspected that the patient had pulmonary infectious diseases,and he was treated with empirical antibacterial ***,his symptom wasn’t relieved and later the percutaneous lung biopsy found trophozites of Entamoeba *** administration of metronidazole,the symptoms of the patient were markedly relieved and the lesions were ***:In such cases where patients with pulmonary nodules were in immunodeficiency state and had adequate but ineffective anti-bacterial treatment,Entamoeba histolytica infection could be one of the rare *** lung biopsy should be recommended and specific dying for parasites should be done when necessary.
