目的探讨基础治疗联合盐酸米诺环素治疗牙周病的疗效及安全性。方法88例牙周病患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组44例。对照组予以基础治疗,实验组则在基础治疗的同时联合使用盐酸米诺环素。对比两组临床疗效、康复指标[牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)]、龈沟液炎性因子[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))]水平以及不良事件发生情况。结果实验组的治疗总有效率97.73%高于对照组的84.09%(P0.05)。结论在牙周病治疗中联合应用基础治疗与盐酸米诺环素疗效显著,能促使GI、PLI、PD、SBI及龈沟液中炎性因子水平得到改善,且不会增加不良事件,该治疗方案值得在牙周病治疗中推广应用。

Berberis amurensis(Berberidaceae)is a traditional Chinese medicine,which is often used to treat hypertension,inflammation,dysentery and *** contains alkaloids,mainly including berberine,berbamine,magnoflorine,jatrorrhizine and *** amurensis extracts(BAEs)is often orally *** herbs might be metabolized by intestinal bacteria in the small ***,the interaction between the herb and the gut microbiota is still *** the current study,UPLC/Q-TOFMS/MS combined with Metabolitepilot and Peakview software was used to identify the metabolites of BAEs in anti-biotic cocktail induced pseudo germ-free rats and normal *** a result,a total of 46 metabolites in normal rats were detected and its main metabolic pathways include demethylation,dehydrogenation,methylation,hydroxylation,sulfation and *** 29 metabolites existed in pseudo germ-free *** metabolites(M29,M30,M34 and M36),methylated metabolites(M33,M41 and M46)and other metabolites were not detected in pseudo germ-free *** result implied that the intestinal bacteria have an influence on the metabolism of ***,this investigation might contribute to the understanding of the metabolism of BAEs,and further promote its clinical application.

Diversity reception of multipath Global Navigation Satellte System(GNSS)signals offers a new insight into carrier phase-based high-precision *** focus of this paper is to demonstrate the fading independence between space and frequency diversity GNSS *** harsh urban environments,multipath components arrive to the mobile receiver antenna with different phases and Doppler shifts,therefore giving rise to the discontinuity of code and Doppler observations and large tracking *** this paper,an empirical model of fading GNSS signals is constructed,including power fluctuations and spread *** on this model,real BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)signals from two GNSS dual-frequency antennas are characterized,at both information and signal *** block processing algorithm is utilized for signal *** show that:(1)a high proportion of asynchronous loss-of-lock(around 16%)is experienced by observations of diversity signals;and(2)power fluctuations of fading signals are uncorrelated in frequency separated branches unconditionally,yet for space diversity signals the independency exists in dynamic fading channels *** results above corroborate the significant potential gain of diversity reception,and could be further implemented in researches of diversity combined GNSS parameter estimation in dense fading conditions.

Much of the research in supernova cosmology is based on an assumption that the peak luminosity of type Ia supernovae(SNe Ia),after a standardization process,is independent of the galactic environment.A series of recent studies suggested that there is a significant correlation between the standardized luminosity and the progenitor age of SNe *** correlation found in the most recent work by Lee et al.[***.517,2697(2022)]is strong enough to explain the extra dimming of distant SNe Ia and therefore casts doubts on the direct evidence of cosmic *** present work incorporates the uncertainties of progenitor ages,which were ignored in Lee et al.,into a fully Bayesian inference *** find a weaker dependence of supernova standardized luminosity on the progenitor age,but the detection of correlation remains significant(3.5σ).Assuming that such correlation can be extended to high redshift and applying it to the Pantheon SN Ia data set,we confirm that when the Hubble residual does not include intrinsic scatter,the age-bias could be the primary cause of the observed extra dimming of distant SNe ***,we use the PAge formalism,which is a good approximation to many dark energy and modified gravity models,to do a model *** find that if intrinsic scatter is included in the Hubble residual,the Lambda cold dark matter model remains a good ***,in a scenario without intrinsic scatter,the Lambda cold dark matter model faces a challenge.

Big data in the form of stellar spectra from the spectroscopic survey associated with the Large Sky Area Multi-object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope(LAMOST) are important for studying properties of cataclysmic variables(CVs). By cross matching the catalogs of CVs compiled with LAMOST DR3,acquired from October 2011 to July 2015, we obtained the first spectroscopic catalog for CVs observed by LAMOST with high signal to noise ratio, above 8. By integrating line profiles, their equivalent widths(EWs) of the Hα, Hβ, Hγ and Hδ, as well as He I 5876 and 6678 A? lines, were calculated. There were74 stellar spectra from 48 known CVs and three spectra from three new CV candidates. At the same time, we also collected their previously published EWs. Thirty-three objects had repeated spectra and30 stars showed spectral variability in the Hα line. Moreover, we carried out photometric follow-up studies for five CVs(UU Aqr, TT Tri, PX And, BP Lyn and RW Tri). We obtained nine new light curves and revised their linear ephemerides. For RW Tri, there is a possible oscillation with an amplitude of0.0031(2) days and a period of 47.6±0.4 years, which might be caused by a third body(brown dwarf)or magnetic activity cycle.

Robust Centralized CFAR Detection for Multistatic Sonar Systems

This paper proposes a novel centralized Constant false alarm ratio(CFAR) detector for multistatic sonar systems. The detector employs the idea of Variability index(VI) CFAR detection, to adaptively select the matched detection algorithm in diversified undersea environments. All the echo data from mutistatic sonar receivers are transmitted into the centralized fusion center. Firstly, the background statistics of reference cells from different nodes are analyzed. Then choose one appropriate centralized detection algorithm according to the background statistics, which refers to the centralized Cell averaging CFAR(CA-CFAR), greatest of CFAR, order statistic CFAR detection *** performance of the proposed detector is analyzed by computer simulation and measured sonar data. The results show that, compared to the centralized CA-CFAR detector, the introduced centralized detector achieves a better robustness in multiply heterogeneous undersea environments.
