Organ-on-a-chip systems have been increasingly recognized as attractive platforms to assess toxicity and to develop new therapeutic ***,current organ-on-a-chip platforms are limited by a“single pot”design,which inevitably requires holistic analysis and limits parallel ***,we developed a digital organ-on-a-chip by combining a microwell array with cellular microspheres,which significantly increased the parallelism over traditional organ-on-a-chip for drug *** to 127 uniform liver cancer microspheres in this digital organ-on-a-chip format served as individual analytical units,allowing for analysis with high consistency and quick *** platform displayed evident anti-cancer efficacy at a concentration of 10μM for sorafenib,and had greater alignment than the“single pot”organ-on-a-chip with a previous in vivo *** addition,this digital organ-on-a-chip demonstrated the treatment efficacy of natural killer cell-derived extracellular vesicles for liver cancer at 50μg/*** successful development of this digital organ-on-a-chip platform provides high-parallelism and a low-variability analytical tool for toxicity assessment and the exploration of new anticancer modalities,thereby accelerating the joint endeavor to combat cancer.

Interfacial reactions between aluminium and polycrystalline cermet TiC_(0.6) were investigated using x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Auger electron spectroscopy and x-ray *** was found that titanium exists in two chemical *** carbide and oxide of titanium can be detected simultaneously,and the atomic ratio of Ti:C:O is 5:3:*** suggests that TiC^(0.6) is a Ti-oxycarbide or oxygenated TiC composite:Ti_(5)C_(3)O_(2)(TiO_(2)+4TiC_(0.75)).When Al is deposited in vacuum on the Ti-oxycarbide surface,the active Al atoms react chemically only with TiO_(2) at room temperature,but not with Tico.75 in *** reaction products are Al2O3 and theintermetallic compound Als *** the Al/TiC_(0.6) interface at 750℃,Al reacts also with TiC_(0.75) to form a brittle Al_(4)C_(3) phase.

Wearable gas sensors that are lightweight, portable, and inexpensive have great potential application in the real-time detection of human health and environmental monitoring. In this work, we fabricated flexible fiber gas sensors with single-walled carbon nanotube （SWCnT）, multi-walled carbon nanotube （MWCnT）, and ZnO quantum dot-decorated SWCnT （SWCnTs@ZnO） sensing elements. These flexible fiber gas sensors could be operated at room temperature to detect target gases with good sensitivity and recovery time. They also exhibited superior long-term stability, as well as good device mechanical bending ability and robustness. Integrating these flexible gas sensors into face masks, the fabricated wearable smart face masks could be used to selectively detect CaHsOH, HCHO, and nH3 by reading the corresponding LEDs with different colors. Such face masks have great potential application in the Internet of Things and wearable electronics.

We report the mechanical performance and microstructural characteristics of a Fe-Cr-ni-Mn-n alloy at cryogenic *** exceptionally high yield strength of 1.5 GPa combined with a high strain-hardening rate and no deterioration in ductility at 4.2 K was *** evolution of deformation mi-crostructure was examined using electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD),the transmission Kikuchi diffrac-tion(TKD),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),and aberration-corrected scanning TEM(STEM).The deformation microstructure mainly consisted of dislocation slip with L-C locks,{111}stacking fault formation,{111} deformation nanotwinning,and FCC → HCP shear transformation at 4.2 *** occurrence of FCC-HCP shear transformation inside/near {111} twins to form γ-γtw-ε dual-phase structure induces a dynamic Hall-Petch effect that promotes the strain-hardening rate and enhances the strength-ductility *** believe that this alloy displays outstanding damage tolerance through a progressive synergy of deformation mechanisms leading to exceptional strength which provides a new insight into the commercialized development of high-performance alloys for cryogenic applications.

Let G be the group of the fractional linear transformations generated by T（τ）=τ ＋ λ, S（τ）=（τ cos π/n ＋ sin π/n）/（-τ sin π/n ＋ cos π/n）;where λ=2（cos π/m ＋ cos π/n）/sin π/n;m, n is a pair of integers with either n ≥ 2, m ≥ 3 or n ≥ 3, m ≥ 2; τ lies in the upper half plane H.A fundamental set of functions f0, fi and f∞ automorphic with respect to G will be constructed from the conformal mapping of the fundamental domain of G. We derive an analogue of Ramanujan＇s triple differential equations associated with the group G and establish the connection of f0, fi and f∞ with a family of hypergeometric functions.

A series of 2,4-diarylaminopyrimidine derivatives containing pyridine structure were designed and *** crystal structures of compounds 5d and 5e were obtained from X-ray *** crystal structure of 5d (C_(25)H_(20)Cl Fn_(6)O_(2)) belongs to the monoclinic system,space group P2_(1)/c with a=11.0500(10),b=18.3045(17),c=13.5646(9)?andβ=122.806(5)°.5e (C_(25)H_(19)Cl F_(2)n_(6)O_(2)) is of monoclinic system,space group P2_(1)/c with a=10.9998(18),b=18.517(3),c=13.6355(16)?andβ=123.315(9)°.The bioassay results showed all of the target compounds exhibited potential antiproliferative activities against MKn-45,HT-29,A549,K562 and GIST882 cell *** them,compounds 5a,5c and 5e exhibited remarkable inhibitory activities against GIST882,K562 and A549 cell lines with IC_(50 )values of 0.68,0.38 and 0.60μM,respectively,which were comparable to that of the positive control foretinib.

numerous geophysical studies have revealed the lithospheric structure of the Qiangtang and the Songpan-Ganzi terranes in the eastern Tibetan ***,crust-mantle evolution and crustal response to the Indian lithospheric subduction are still *** these questions requires additional information regarding crustal *** this study,the 2-D normalized full gradient(nFG)of the Bouguer gravity anomaly was used to investigate anomalous sources and interpret the crustal structure underneath the Qiangtang and Songpan-Ganzi *** nFG-derived structures with loworder harmonic numbers(n=33 and n=43)showed that an anomalous source beneath the southern Qiangtang terrane had a characteristic northeastward-dipping shape,suggesting the northeastward motion of the crustal material induced by underthrusting Indian lithospheric *** nFG images with harmonic number n=53 showed a large-scale anomalous source in the lower crust of the transformational zone from the Qiangtang terrane to the Songpan-Ganzi terrane,consistent with thickening crust and resistance of lower crustal *** anomalous source demonstrated by the nFG results with harmonic number n=71,located in the upper crust underneath the Ganzi-yushu fault,suggested a seismogenic body of the 2010 M6.9 yushu event.

The analytical solution is reported for one-dimensional(1D)dynamic conduction heat transfer within a mulilayer system that is the typical structure of electrocaloric ***,the multilayer structure of typical electrocaloric devices is simplified as four layers in which two layers of electrocaloric materials(ECMs)are sandwiched between two semi infinite bodies representing the thermal sink and *** temperature of electrocaloric layers can be instantaneously changed by extemal electic field to establish the initial temperature *** analytical solution includes the temperatures in four bodies as a function of both time and location and heat flux through each of the three interfaces as a function of *** of these analytical solutions includes five infinite *** is proved that each of these series is convergent so that the sum of each series can be calculated using the first n terms of the *** formula for calculating the value of n is presented so that the simulation of an electrocaloric device,such as the temperature distribution and heat transferred from one body to another can be *** value of n is dependent on the thickness of electrocaloric material layers,the time of heat conduction,and thermal properties of the materials *** on a case study,it is concluded that the n is mostly less than 20 and barely reaches more than *** application of the analytical solutions for the simulation of real electrocaloric devices is discussed.
