Quantum state preparation plays an equally important role as quantum operations and measurements in quantum information processing. The previous methods for initialization require either an exponential number of experiments, or cause signal reduction or place restrictions on molecular structures. In this study, we propose three types of quantum circuits for preparing the pseudo-pure states of(n-1) qubits in the n-coupled Hilbert space, which simply needs the assistance of one ancilla spin and two different experiments independent of n. Most importantly, our methods work well on homo-nuclear and hetero-nuclear molecules without the reduction of signals in the gradient field. As a proof-of-principle demonstration, we experimentally prepared the pseudo-pure states of heteronuclear 2-qubit and homonuclear 4-qubit molecules using a nuclear magnetic resonance quantum information processor.

Zinc-ion hybrid capacitors （ZIHCs） have received increasing attention as energy storage devices owing to their low cost,high safety,and environmental ***,their progress has been hampered by low energy and power density,as well as unsatisfactory long-cycle stability,mainly due to the lack of suitable electrode *** this context,we have developed manganese single atoms implanted in nitrogen-doped porous carbon nanosheets （MnSAs/NCNs） using a metal salt template method as cathodes for *** metal salt serves a dual purpose in the synthesis process:It facilitates the uniform dispersion of Mn atoms within the carbon matrix and acts as an activating agent to create the porous *** applied in ZIHCs,the MnSAs/NCNs electrode demonstrates exceptional performance,including a high capacity of 203 m Ah g-1,an energy density of 138 Wh kg-1at 68 W kg-1,and excellent cycle stability with 91%retention over 10,000 *** calculations indicate that the introduced Mn atoms modulate the local charge distribution of carbon materials,thereby improving the electrochemical *** work demonstrates the significant potential of carbon materials with metal atoms in zinc-ion hybrid capacitors,not only in enhancing electrochemical performance but also in providing new insights and methods for developing high-performance energy storage devices.

Phospholipase A1(PLA_(1))is a member of the hydrolase family with applications in various fields,especially in the food industry.A calcium-independent PLA_(1) from Streptomyces albidoflavus was expressed in *** BL21(DE3)in this *** results indicated that the soluble expression of PLA_(1) was at low level,which was possibly due to the toxicity of PLA_(1) to the *** contrast,the expression of the enzyme as inclusion bodies exhibited a high-level expression and 0.3 mg inclusion bodies protein could be derived from 1 mL culture ***,the renaturation of PLA_(1) was achieved through a direct dilution method,yielding 29.6 U/mL PLA_(1) activity after 16 h of renaturation at 4℃.For improving the efficiency of the dilution refolding process,a continuous refolding strategy was established,and 155 U/mL PLA_(1) activity was derived from the continuous refolding *** soybean lecithin as the substrate,the specific activity of purified renatured PLA_(1) was 1380 U/mg and the optimal temperature and pH was found to be 60℃ and *** addition,the renatured PLA_(1) was observed with better activity towards phosphatidyl inositol,whilst lipase activity was detected when the catalyzing temperature was below 55℃.Overall,this study provides a possible solution to obtain calcium-independent PLA_(1) with high yield by heterologous expression in *** and hence to promote its further application in the field of food industry.

The design and fabrication of high toughness electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding composite films with diminished reflection are an imperative task to solve electromagnetic pollution *** MXene/ANF(aramid nanofibers)–MoS_(2)composite films with nacre-like layered structure here are fabricated after the introduction of MoS_(2)into binary MXene/ANF composite *** introduction of MoS_(2)fulfills an impressive“kill three birds with one stone”improvement effect:lubrication toughening mechanical performance,reduction in secondary reflection pollution of electromagnetic wave,and improvement in the performance of photothermal *** the introduction of MoS_(2)into binary MXene/ANF(mass ratio of 50:50),the strain to failure and tensile strength increase from 22.1±1.7%and 105.7±6.4 MPa and to 25.8±0.7%and 167.3±9.1 MPa,*** toughness elevates from 13.0±4.1 to 26.3±0.8 MJ m^(−3)(~102.3%)*** the reflection shielding effectiveness(SE_(R))of MXene/ANF(mass ratio of 50:50)decreases~10.8%.EMI shielding effectiveness(EMI SE)elevates to 41.0 dB(8.2–12.4 GHz);After the introduction of MoS_(2)into binary MXene/ANF(mass ratio of 60:40),the strain to failure increases from 18.3±1.9%to 28.1±0.7%(~53.5%),the SE_(R)decreases~22.2%,and the corresponding EMI SE is 43.9 *** MoS_(2)also leads to a more efficient photothermal conversion performance(~45 to~55℃).Additionally,MXene/ANF–MoS_(2)composite films exhibit excellent electric heating performance,quick temperature elevation(15 s),excellent cycle stability(2,2.5,and 3 V),and long-term stability(2520 s).Combining with excellent mechanical performance with high MXene content,electric heating performance,and photothermal conversion performance,EMI shielding ternary MXene/ANF–MoS_(2)composite films could be applied in many industrial *** work broadens how to achieve a balance between mechanical properties and versatility of composites in the case of high-function fillers.

The reaction kinetics of alloys based on magnesium are known to be greatly improved by the partial substitution of Mg with rare earths and transition metals,particularly *** enhanced superficial hydrogen dissociation rate,the weakened Mg-H bond and the lower activation energy following element replacement are thought to be related to the better *** experimental alloys Ce5Mg_(95-x)Ni_(x)(x=5,10,15)were smelted by the vacuum induction *** phase transformation and structural evolution of experimental alloys before and after reaction with hydrogen were char-acterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron *** cast specimens contain CeMg_(12),Mg and Mg_(2)Ni phases,and the increase in Ni content results in an obvious growth of Mg_(2)Ni *** isothermal and non-isothermal hydrogenation and dehydrogenation kinetics of the experimental specimens were investi-gated using the Sievert apparatus,differential scanning calorimetry and thermal gravimetric *** activation energy may be calculated using the Arrhenius and Kissinger *** experimental alloys have been shown to have good activation properties,with a reversible hydriding and dehydriding capacities of around 5.0 wt.%in the first *** initial dehydrogenation temperature of MgH_(2) decreases from 557.5 to 537.7 K with changing Ni content from 5 to 15 at.%.The dehydrogenation activation energy also reduces from 77.09 to 62.96 kJ/mol,which explains the improved hydrogen storage performance caused by Ni *** can be shown that the impact of Ni on the decomposition enthalpy of MgH_(2) is quite modest,with the absolute enthalpy(ΔHr)only decreasing from 78.48 to 76.15 kJ/mol.

The identification of hepatitis C virus(HCV)virus-human protein interactions will not only help us understand the molecular mechanisms of related diseases but also be conductive to discovering new drug *** increasing number of clinically and experimentally validated interactions between HCV and human proteins have been documented in public databases,facilitating studies based on computational *** this study,we proposed a new computational approach,rotation forest position-specific scoring matrix(RF-PSSM),to predict the interactions among HCV and human *** particular,PSSM was used to characterize each protein,two-dimensional principal component analysis(2DPCA)was then adopted for feature extraction of ***,rotation forest(RF)was used to implement *** results of various ablation experiments show that on independent datasets,the accuracy and area under curve(AUC)value of RF-PSSM can reach 93.74% and 94.29%,respectively,outperforming almost all cutting-edge *** addition,we used RF-PSSM to predict 9 human proteins that may interact with HCV protein E1,which can provide theoretical guidance for future experimental studies.
