Amidst the inefficiencies of traditional job-seeking approaches in the recruitment ecosystem, the importance of automated job recommendation systems has been magnified. However, existing models optimized to maximize user clicks for general product recommendations prove inept in addressing the unique challenges of job recommendation, namely reciprocity and competition. Moreover, sparse data on online recruitment platforms can further negatively impact the performance of existing job recommendation algorithms. To counteract these limitations, we propose a bilateral heterogeneous graph-based competition iteration model. This model comprises three integral components: 1) two bilateral heterogeneous graphs for capturing multi-source information from people and jobs and alleviating data sparsity, 2) fusion strategies for synthesizing attributes and preferences to produce mutually beneficial job matches, and 3) a competition-enhancing strategy for dispersing competition realized through a two-stage optimization algorithm. Augmented by granular attention mechanisms for enhanced interpretability, the model’s efficacy, competition dispersion, and interpretability are validated through rigorous empirical evaluations on a real-world recruitment platform.

Fish are important food sources for humans,and the availability of appropriate amount of trace elements(TEs)plays a crucial role in fish ***,due to large volumes of sewage discharge,high levels of certain elements are present in aquatic environments,and these elements accumulate in fish and potentially affect human *** this study,the distribution and bioaccumulation capacity of trace elements in six dominant fish species from Chaohu Lake(China)were *** results showed that the bioaccumulation capacity of fish for Zn was greater than other *** the source of the TEs in the fish were explored along with the concentration of the TEs in the aquatic environment,which indicated that TEs in fish were mainly obtained through ingestion and indirectly affected by the industrial activities in the ***,stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes were used to classify the trophic levels and explore the biological magnification of TEs of the *** was found that Sb and Sr showed biomagnification with the increase of trophic level of *** on the above analyses,the environmental biogeochemical cycle model of TEs in the lake was distinguished and established,which can offer valuable insights for sustainable fishery management in the downstream Yangtze River Delta ecosystem.

BACKGROUND The glycemic control of children with type 1 diabetes(T1D)may be influenced by the economic status of their *** To investigate the association between parental economic status and blood glucose levels of children with T1D using a mobile health *** Data from children with T1D in China's largest T1D online community,tang-tangQuan■.Blood glucose levels were uploaded every three months and parental economic status was evaluated based on annual household *** were divided into three groups:Low-income(100000 yuan)(1 Yuan=0.145 United States Dollar approximately).Blood glucose levels were compared among the groups and associations were explored using Spearman’s correlation analysis and multivariable logistic *** From September 2015 to August 2022,1406 eligible children with T1D were included(779 female,55.4%).Median age was 8.1 years(Q1-Q3:4.6-11.6)and duration of T1D was 0.06 years(0.02-0.44).Participants were divided into three groups:Low-income(n=320),middle-income(n=724),and high-income(n=362).Baseline hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)levels were comparable among the three groups(P=0.072).However,at month 36,the low-income group had the highest HbA1c levels(P=0.036).Within three years after registration,glucose levels increased significantly in the low-income group but not in the middle-income and high-income *** economic status was negatively correlated with pre-dinner glucose(r=-0.272,P=0.012).After adjustment for confounders,parental economic status remained a significant factor related to pre-dinner glucose levels(odds ratio=13.02,95%CI:1.99 to 126.05,P=0.002).CONCLUSION The blood glucose levels of children with T1D were negatively associated with parental economic *** is suggested that parental economic status should be taken into consideration in the management of T1D for children.

通过范德华尔斯作用将单层石墨烯(Graphene)、单层二硫化钒(VS2)和单层氮化硼(BN)构建成Graphene/VS2/BN范德华三层异质结构,并将其与不同数量的锂结合,研究了其作为锂离子电池(Li-Ion Batterys,LIBs)中阳极电极材料的可行性.Graphene/VS_(2)/BN范德华三层异质结构具有-0.33 e V/A2的形成能,具有较强的稳定性,理论上可实现合成.同时,计算了Graphene/VS_(2)/BN范德华异质结构的平面内刚度,得出的杨氏模量(Y)为886.88 N/m,高于单层VS_(2)的Y(82.5 N/m),具有较好的力学性能.Graphene/VS_(2)/BN范德华三层异质结构表面和界面上吸附Li的吸附能(-5~-2 e V)远大于相应单层的吸附能,表明其对Li具有较好的吸附性能.Li在Graphene/VS_(2)/BN范德华三层异质结构的不同表面和界面处迁移时的扩散势垒非常小(0.3~0.6 e V),对电池速率性能极为有利.Graphene/VS_(2)/BN范德华三层异质结构在LIBs的阳极电极材料方面的应用具有广泛的前景.

Background Brucellosis is a severe zoonotic disease that is often overlooked, particularly in impoverished countries. Timely identification of focal complications in brucellosis is crucial for improving treatment outcomes. However, there is currently a lack of established indicators or biomarkers for diagnosing these complications. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate potential warning signs of focal complications in human brucellosis, with the goal of providing practical parameters for clinicians to aid in the diagnosis and management of *** A multi-center cross-sectional study was conducted in China from December 2019 to August 2021. The study aimed to investigate the clinical characteristics and complications of patients with brucellosis using a questionnaire survey and medical record system. The presence of warning signs for complications was assessed using univariate and multivariate logistic regression models. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves and the area under the curve (AUC) were used for variable screening and model *** A total of 880 participants diagnosed with human brucellosis were enrolled. The median age of the patients was 50 years [interquartile range (IQR): 41.5-58.0], and 54.8% had complications. The most common organ system affected by complications was the osteoarticular system (43.1%), with peripheral arthritis (30.0%), spondylitis (16.6%), paravertebral abscess (5.0%), and sacroiliitis (2.7%) being the most prevalent. Complications in other organ systems included the genitourinary system (4.7%), respiratory system (4.7%), and hematologic system (4.6%). Several factors were found to be associated with focal brucellosis. These factors included a long delay in diagnosis [odds ratio (OR) = 3.963, 95% confidence interval(CI): 1.906-8.238 for > 90 days], the presence of underlying disease (OR = 1.675, 95%CI: 1.176-2.384), arthralgia (OR = 3.197, 95%CI: 1.986-5.148), eye bulging pain (OR = 3.482, 95%CI:

准确度量系统性金融风险并分析其来源是研究系统性金融风险的重要问题,也是制定风险防范措施的必要保证。本文以金融类股票的高频数据为对象,通过假设向量异质自回归模型(VHAR模型)的参数为时间t/T的函数,建立了高维度局部平稳的非参数时变VHAR模型(即tv-VHAR model),并利用拟贝叶斯局部似然(QBLL)估计方法,解决了“维数灾难”下的估计问题。进一步,为更准确度量系统性金融风险,对Baruník和K?ehlík(2018)模型存在的缺陷进行修正,提出了联合网络关联度的频率成分指标,结合2015年股灾和新冠疫情这两次危机事件分析了我国系统性金融风险。结果表明:(1)我国金融系统风险的联合网络关联度比较高且持续性波动。(2)从频率角度来看,正常时期短期成分在风险网络中占据主导地位,其次为中期,最后为长期。(3)危机时期,短期成分迅速下降,而中、长期成分迅速上升,甚至超过了短期成分。(4)相比新冠疫情危机事件,股灾危机对投资者信心影响更大,导致危机持续时间更长。(5)各金融机构在风险网络中的作用差异较大:大型证券公司、股份制银行主要表现为风险净传播者,而大型国有商业银行及其他金融机构主要表现为风险净接受者。

Epilepsy is a devastating neurological condition that affects over 70 million people worldwide. Apart from idiopathic epilepsy， numerous diseases have been reported to cause secondary epilepsy. Polyphenols， ubiquitously existing in fruits and vegetables， has become a promising neuroprotective candidate against multiple neurological abnormalities due to its interplay with gut microbiome composed of the bacterial population in gastrointestinal system. This bioactive compound is also being tested for the management of epileptogenesis. However， there is still insufficient evidence from mechanistic studies to demonstrate the causal relationship between anti-epileptic effect of polyphenols and microbial alteration. In this review， we provide the brief overview of epilepsy， polyphenols and gut microbiota. We then analysis the association of polyphenols and gut microbiota particularly in the epilepsy and symptomatic seizures-induced by epilepsy-related disorders. We also discuss the possibility for the combined application with probiotics to improve the bioavailability and bioaccessibility of polyphenols for expanding its anti-epileptic function. We finally summarize the therapeutic potential of anti-seizure polyphenols through affecting gut microbiome， and propose that the anti-epileptic effect of polyphenols may be tightly relevant to intestinal bacterial flora for overcoming epilepsy and its comorbidities simultaneously. Therefore， the dietary polyphenols targeting specific bacteria may achieve the outcome of ‘one stone， two birds’.
