Multi-modal knowledge graph inference via media convergence and logic rule

Media convergence works by processing information from different modalities and applying them to different *** is difficult for the conventional knowledge graph to utilise multi-media features because the introduction of a large amount of information from other modalities reduces the effectiveness of representation learning and makes knowledge graph inference less *** address the issue,an inference method based on Media Convergence and Rule-guided Joint Inference model(MCRJI)has been *** authors not only converge multi-media features of entities but also introduce logic rules to improve the accuracy and interpretability of link ***,a multi-headed self-attention approach is used to obtain the attention of different media features of entities during semantic ***,logic rules of different lengths are mined from knowledge graph to learn new entity ***,knowledge graph inference is performed based on representing entities that converge multi-media *** experimental results show that MCRJI outperforms other advanced baselines in using multi-media features and knowledge graph inference,demonstrating that MCRJI provides an excellent approach for knowledge graph inference with converged multi-media features.

The Triassic was a crucial period in the tectonic evolution of the South China Block. Research on tectonic deformation during this period provides information on intracontinental orogenic mechanisms in South China. In this study, alongside thermochronological analyses, we examine the macroscopic and microscopic structural features of the Rongxian ductile shear zone, located south of the Darongshan granite in the southeastern part of Guangxi province, on the southern margin of South China. Sinistral shear is indicated by the characteristics of rotated sigma-type feldspar porphyroclasts, stretching lineations defined by elongated quartz grains and the orientations of quartz c-axes. LA-ICp-MS U-pb dating of zircons from two samples of granitic mylonite and one of granite yielded ages of ca. 256 Ma. Furthermore, two samples of granitic mylonite yield muscovite Ar-40/Ar-39 plateau ages of 249-246 Ma. These results indicate that the Rongxian ductile shear zone resulted from Early Triassic deformation of the late permian Darongshan granite. This deformation was likely related to the closure of the eastern paleo-Tethys Ocean and the subsequent collision of the South China and Indochina blocks, during the early stage of the Indosinian orogeny.

nitrogen-doped carbon loaded single-atom catalysts(SACs)are promising candidates for electrocatalytic conversion of CO_(2)into high-valuable chemicals,and the modification of catalysts by heteroatom-dop.ng strategy is an effective approach to enhance the CO_(2)reduction ***,the large difference exists in atomic radius between nitrogen atoms and the doped heteroatoms may lead to the poor stability of active *** this study,we have synthesized a ni single atom catalyst with S dop.ng at the secondshell on the ultrathin carbon nanosheets support(ni-n_(4)-SC)by solid-phase *** S atom in the second-shell contributes to the higher efficiency of CO_(2)conversion at lower potentials while the ni-n_(4)-SC can be more *** experimental results and theoretical calculations indicate that the S atom in second-shell breaks the uniform charge distribution and reduces the free energy of hydrogenation,which can increase the adsorption of CO_(2),accelerate charge transfer,and reduce the reaction energy *** work reveals the close relationship between the second-shell and the electrocatalytic activity of single atom sites,which also provides a new perspective to design efficient single atom catalysts.

The conventional reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS) is limited to reflecting incident signals,thereby imposing constraints on the placement of the transmitter and receiver, which hinders achieving comprehensive signal coverage across an entire area. This paper investigates a simultaneously transmitting and reflecting(STAR)-RIS-aided simultaneous wireless information and power transfer(SWIpT) system with a nonlinear energy harvesting model under three different RIS transmission protocols: energy splitting(ES),time switching(TS), and mode switching(MS). The objective of this paper is to maximize the weighted sum power(WSp) of all energy harvesting receivers(EHRs) while ensuring fairness in the collected power among them. This is achieved by jointly optimizing the transmit beamforming at the base station(BS)and the transmission and reflection coefficients at the STAR-RIS, subject to rate constraints for information decoding receivers(IDRs), transmit power constraint at the BS, and coefficient constraints of each element at the STAR-RIS corresp.nding to the three protocols. Solving this optimization problem poses challenges because of the complicated objective function and numerous coupled optimization variables of the ES STAR-RIS. To address this complexity, an efficient alternating optimization(AO) approach is proposed as an iterative solution method that achieves suboptimal results. The AO algorithm is then extended to MS STAR-RIS and TS STAR-RIS. Specifically, for MS STRA-RIS, binary constraints in the STAR-RIS coefficient optimization subproblem are handled using the first-order approximation technique along with the p.nalty function method. In view of the problems in operation process of fixed rake-type residual recycling comp.nent,such as poor individual profiling effect in film picking,easy clogging of the compound of films,soil and corn stubbles,high power consumption in film picking,and strong disturbance to seedbed soil,in this study,an operation model of intermittent filmpicking on full-film mulched double ditches was proposed and an intermittent film picking comp.nent was *** DEMMBD coupled algorithm was adopted for numerical simulation on the operation process of the intermittent film-picking comp.nent on full-film mulched double ditches,and a comparative analysis was carried out on the seedbed disturbance effect and resistance variation characteristics in film-picking by fixed and intermittent film-picking *** taking the forward speed in film-picking,cam arrangement angle of the film-picking comp.nent and rotating speed of the cam shaft as indep.ndent variables,film-picking rate as the resp.nse value,a mathematical model between test factors and the film-picking rate was established,to explore the influence order of the factors on film-picking rate,and the optimal working parameters of the intermittent film-picking comp.nent were obtained as follows:the forward speed in film-picking was 2 km/h,cam arrangement angle was 180°,rotating speed of the cam shaft was 120 r/*** the optimal parameter combination,the average film-picking rate of the simulation test was 96.1%.Field test showed that,the average film-picking rate of the intermittent film-picking comp.nent was 95.6%,and 0.5%higher than that of the simulation *** working condition of the sample machine was basically consistent with the simulation process,and can accurately represent the operation mechanism of intermittent film-picking on full-film mulched double ditches,showing that the established discrete element simulation model and its parameters were accurate and reasonable.

Scalable deposition of high-efficiency perovskite solar cells(pSCs)is critical to accelerating their commercial ***,a significant number of defects are distributed at the buried interface of perovskite film fabricated by scalable deposition,exhibiting much negative influence on the efficiency and stability of ***,2-(n-morpholino)ethanesulfonic acid potassium salt(MESK)is incorporated as the bridging layer between the tin oxide(SnO_(2))electron transport layer(ETL)and the perovskite film deposited via scalable two-step doctor *** experiment and simulation results demonstrate that MESK can passivate the trap states of Sn susp.nsion bonds,thereby enhancing the charge extraction and transport of the SnO_(2)***,the strong interaction with uncoordinated pb ions can modulate the crystal growth and crystallographic orientation of perovskite film and passivate buried *** employing MESK interface bridging,pSCs fabricated via scalable doctor blading in ambient condition achieve a power conversion efficiency(pCE)of 24.67%,which is one of the highest pCEs for doctor-bladed pSCs,and pSC modules with an active area of 11.35 cm^(2)achieve a pCE of 19.45%.Furthermore,pSCs exhibit excellent long-term stability,and the unpackaged target device with a storage of 1680 h in ambient condition(25℃and humidity of 30%relative humidity(RH))can maintain more than 90%of the initial *** research provides a strategy for constructing a high-performance interface bridge between SnO_(2)ETL and perovskite film,and achieving efficient and stable large-area pSCs and modules fabricated via scalable doctor-blading process in ambient condition.
