This study proposed a novel friction law dependent on velocity,displacement and normal stress for kinematic analysis of runout process of rapid *** well-known Yigong landslide occurring in the Tibetan Plateau of China was employed as the case,and the derived dynamic friction formula was included into the numerical simulation based on Particle Flow *** showed that the friction decreased quickly from 0.64(the peak)to 0.1(the stead value)during the 5s-period after the sliding initiation,which explained the behavior of rapid movement of the *** monitored balls set at different sections of the mass showed similar variation characteritics regarding the velocity,namely evident increase at the initial phase of the movement,followed by a fluctuation phase and then a stopping *** peak velocity was more than 100 m/s and most particles had low velocities at 300s after the landslide *** spreading distance of the landslide was calculated at the two-dimension(profile)and three-dimension scale,*** with the simulation result without considering friction weakening effect,our results indicated a max distance of about 10 km from the initial unstable position,which fit better with the actual situation.

Infrasound detection is important in natural disasters monitoring,military defense,underwater acoustic detection,and other ***-optic Fabry–Perot(FP)acoustic sensors have the advantages of small structure size,long-distance detection,immunity to electromagnetic interference,and so *** size of an FP sensor depends on the transducer diaphragm size and the back cavity ***,a small transducer diaphragm size means a low ***,a small back cavity volume will increase the low cut-off frequency of the ***,it is difficult for fiber-optic FP infrasound sensors to simultaneously achieve miniaturization,high sensitivity,and extremely low detectable *** this work,we proposed and demonstrated a miniaturized and highly sensitive fiber-optic FP sensor for m Hz infrasound detection by exploiting a Cr-Ag-Au composite acoustic-optic transducer diaphragm and a MEMS technique-based spiral micro-flow *** use of the spiral micro-flow hole as the connecting hole greatly reduced the volume of the sensor and decreased the low-frequency limit,while the back cavity volume was not *** with the Cr-Ag-Au composite diaphragm,a detection sensitivity of-123.19 dB re 1 rad∕μPa at 5 Hz and a minimum detectable pressure(MDP)of1.2 mPa∕Hz^(1∕2)at 5 Hz were *** low detectable frequency can reach 0.01 Hz and the flat response range was 0.01–2500 Hz with a sensitivity fluctuation of±1.5 d ***,the size of the designed sensor was only 12 mm×Φ12.7 *** excellent characteristics make the sensor have great practical application prospects.

The ozone(O_(3))pollution in China drew lots of attention in recent years,and the Sichuan Basin(SCB)was one of the regions confronting worsening O_(3)pollution *** previous studies have shown that regional transport is an important contributor to O_(3)***,very few features of the O_(3)profile during transport have been reported,especially in the border regions between different administrative *** this study,we conducted tethered balloon soundings in SCB during the summer of 2020 and captured a nocturnal O_(3)transport event during the ***,the O_(3)transport occurred in the bottom of the residual layer,between 200 and 500 m above ground ***,the transport pathway was directed from southeast to northwest based on the analysis of the wind field and air mass *** effect of transport in the residual layer on the surface O_(3)concentration was related to the spatial distribution of O_(3).For cities with high O_(3)concentrations in the upwind region,the transport process would bring clean air masses and abate *** downwind lightly polluted cities,the transport process would slow down the decreasing or even increase the surface O_(3)concentration during the *** provided observational facts on the profile features of a transboundary O_(3)transport event between two provincial administrative divisions,which implicated the importance of joint prevention and control ***,the sounding parameters were limited and the quantitative analysis was preliminary,more integrated,and thorough studies of this topic were called for in the future.

Streptococcus suis serotype 2(*** 2)is a zoonotic pathogen that clinically causes severe swine and human infections(such as meningitis,endocarditis,and septicemia).In order to cause widespread diseases in different organs,*** 2 must colonize the host,break the blood barrier,and cause exaggerated *** the last few years,most studies have focused on a single virulence factor and its influences on the *** vesicles(MVs)can be actively secreted into the extracellular environment contributing to bacteria-host ***-negative bacteria-derived outer membrane vesicles(OMVs)were recently shown to activate host Caspase-11-mediated non-canonical inflammasome pathway via deliverance of OMV-bound lipopolysaccharide(LPS),causing host cell ***,little is known about the effect of the MVs from *** 2(Gram-positive bacteria without LPS)on cell ***,we investigated the molecular mechanism by which *** 2 MVs participate in endothelial cell *** this study,we used proteomics,electron scanning microscopy,fluorescence microscope,Western blotting,and bioassays,to investigate the MVs secreted by *** ***,we demonstrated that *** 2 secreted MVs with an average diameter of 72.04 nm,and 200 proteins in MVs were ***,we showed that MVs were transported to cells via mainly dynamin-dependent *** *** 2 MVs activated NLRP3/Caspase-1/GSDMD canonical inflammasome signaling pathway,resulting in cell pyroptosis,but it did not activate the Caspase-4/-5 *** importantly,endothelial cells produce large amounts of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and lost their mitochondrial membrane potential under induction by *** 2 *** results in this study suggest for the first time that MVs from *** 2 were internalized by endothelial cells via mainly dynamin-dependent endocytosis and might promote NLRP3/Caspase-1/GSDMD pathway by mitochondrial damage,which produced mtDNA and ROS under induction,

Topology optimization (TO) has developed rapidly recently. However, topology optimization with stress constraints still faces many challenges due to its highly non-linear properties which will cause inefficient computation, iterative oscillation, and convergence guarantee problems. At the same time, isogeometric analysis (IGA) is accepted by more and more researchers, and it has become one important tool in the field of topology optimization because of its high fidelity. In this paper, we focus on topology optimization with stress constraints based on isogeometric analysis to improve computation efficiency and stability. A new hybrid solver combining the alternating direction method of multipliers and the method of moving asymptotes (ADMM-MMA) is proposed to solve this problem. We first generate an initial feasible point by alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) in virtue of the rapid initial descent property. After that, we adopt the method of moving asymptotes (MMA) to get the final results. Several benchmark examples are used to verify the proposed method, and the results show its feasibility and effectiveness.

Background: Protein lactylation is a new way for the " metabolic waste" " lactic acid to perform novel functions. Nevertheless, our understanding of the contribution of protein lactylation to both tumor progression and therapeutic interventions remains imited. The construction of a scoring system for lactylation to predict the prognosis of pancancer patients and to evaluate the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) would improve our understanding of the clinical significance fi cance of lactylation. Methods: Consensus clustering analysis of lactylation-related genes was used to cluster 177 pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) patients. Subsequently, a scoring system was developed using the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) regression. Internal validation and external validation were both conducted to assess and confirm fi rm the predictive accuracy of the scoring system. Finally, leucine rich repeat containing 1 (LRRC1), a newly discovered lactylation-related gene, was analyzed in PAAD in vitro. . Results: Utilizing the profiles fi les of 332 lactylation-related genes, a total of 177 patients with PAAD were segregated into two distinct groups. LacClusterhigh high patients had a poorer prognosis than LacClusterlow low patients. Through the differential analysis between the LacClusterhigh high and LacClusterlow low groups, we identified fi ed additional genes associated with lactylation. These genes were then integrated to construct the LacCluster-enhanced system, which enabled more accurate prognosis prediction for patients with PAAD. Then, a lactylation index containing three genes (LacI-3) was constructed using LASSO regression. This was done to enhance the usability of the LacCluster-enhanced system in the clinic. The fish brain is crucial for adjusting to environmental *** changes play a vital role in the adaptation to salinity change in aquatic ***,few studies have evaluated the responses of the fish brain to salinity *** evaluate the response to various salinities,spotted scat(Scatophagus argus)was cultured in water with salinity levels of 5(low salinity:LS),25(control group:Ctrl),and 35(high salinity group:HS)for 22 *** brain transcriptome was *** total,1698 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were identified between the HS and Ctrl groups,and 841 DEGs were identified between the LS and Ctrl *** analysis showed that the DEGs in the HS *** comparison were involved in steroid biosynthesis,terpenoid backbone biosynthesis,fatty acid biosynthesis,ascorbate and aldarate metabolism,other types of O-glycan biosynthesis,and fatty acid *** and dicarboxylate metabolism,one carbon pool by folate,steroid biosynthesis,and cysteine and methionine metabolism were significantly enriched in the LS *** ***,the genes related to metabolism(acc,fas,hmgcr,hmgcs1,mvd,soat1,nsdhl,sqle,cel,fdft1,dnmt3a and mtr)were significantly up-regulated in the HS *** *** genes related to metabolism(lipa,sqle,acc,fas,bhmt,mpst,dnmt3a,mtr,hao2,LOC111225351 and hmgcs1)were significantly up-regulated,while hmgcr and soat1 were significantly down-regulated in the LS *** *** results suggest that salinity stress affects signaling pathways and genes’expressions involved in metabolic processes in the brain,and the differences in metabolism play an important role in adaptation to hyperhaline or hypohaline environments in spotted *** research provides a comprehensive overview of transcriptional changes in the brain under hyperhaline or hypohaline conditions,which is helpful to understand the mechanisms underlying salinity adaptation in euryhaline fishes.

DCVAE-adv:A Universal Adversarial Example Generation Method for White and Black Box Attacks

Deep neural network(DNN)has strong representation learning ability,but it is vulnerable and easy to be fooled by adversarial *** order to handle the vulnerability of DNN,many methods have been *** general idea of existing methods is to reduce the chance of DNN models being fooled by observing some designed adversarial examples,which are generated by adding perturbations to the original *** this paper,we propose a novel adversarial example generation method,called *** from the existing methods,DCVAE-adv constructs adversarial examples by mixing both explicit and implicit perturbations without using original ***,the proposed method can be applied to both white box and black box *** addition,in the inference stage,the adversarial examples can be generated without loading the original images into memory,which greatly reduces the memory *** compared DCVAE-adv with three most advanced adversarial attack algorithms:FGSM,AdvGAN,and AdvGAN++.The experimental results demonstrate that DCVAE-adv is superior to these state-of-the-art methods in terms of attack success rate and transfer ability for targeted *** code is available at https://***/xzforeverlove/DCVAE-adv.
