Superior Ductile and High-barrier Poly(lactic acid)Films by Constructing Oriented Nanocrystals as Efficient Reinforcement of Chain Entanglement Network and Promising Barrier Wall

It is a daunting task to develop a promising strategy at an industrial scale for simultaneously ameliorating ductility and gas barrier performance of poly(lactic acid)(PLA)films in the application of green *** this work,biaxial stretching and constrained annealing were employed to prepare transparent PLA films with superior ductility and barrier *** oriented nano-sized crystals induced by biaxial stretching were developed into regularαform during constrained annealing,which could not only serve as“nano-barrier wall”to impede the diffusion and dissolution of gas molecules,but also strengthen amorphous chain entanglement network as physical crosslink to enhance *** a result,the as-prepared PLA films exhibited an outstanding comprehensive performance with a low oxygen and water vapor permeability coefficient of 0.733×10^(-14) cm^(3)·cm·cm^(-2)·s^(-1)·Pa^(-1) and 3.82×10^(-14) g·cm·cm^(-2)·s^(-1)·Pa^(-1),respectively,outstanding ductility with elongation at break of 66.0%,high yield strength of 84.2 MPa,and good transparency of more than 80%at 550 *** new insight in the relationship between microscopic amorphous and crystalline structure and macroscopic performance is conducive to alleviating the intrinsic defects of brittle and insufficient barrier PLA films without the aid of any heterogenous modifiers,facilitating their widespread commercialization in the booming sustainable packaging market.

Exploring high-efficiency and broadband microwave absorption(MA)materials with corrosion resistance and low cost is ur-gently needed for wide practical ***,the natural porous attapulgite(ATP)nanorods embedded with TiO_(2)and polyaniline(PAni)nanoparticles are synthesized via heterogeneous precipitation and in-situ *** obtained PAni-TiO_(2)-ATP one-di-mensional(1D)nanostructures can intertwine into three-dimensional(3D)conductive network,which favors energy *** min-imum reflection loss(RL_(min))of the PAni-TiO_(2)-ATP coating(20wt%)reaches-49.36 dB at 9.53 GHz,and the effective absorption band-width(EAB)can reach 6.53 GHz with a thickness of 2.1 *** excellent MA properties are attributed to interfacial polarization,mul-tiple loss mechanisms,and good impedance matching induced by the synergistic effect of PAni-TiO_(2)nanoparticle shells and ATP *** addition,salt spray and Tafel polarization curve tests reveal that the PAni-TiO_(2)-ATP coating shows outstanding corrosion resist-ance *** study provides a low-cost and high-efficiency strategy for constructing 1D nanonetwork composites for MA and corrosion resistance applications using natural porous ATP nanorods as carriers.

Omnidirectional simulation analysis of thermomechanical coupling mechanism in inertia friction welding of ni-based superalloy

The coupling between heat and pressure is the kernel of inertia friction welding(IFW)and is still not fully understood.A novel 3D fully coupled finite element model based on a plastic friction pair was developed to simulate the IFW process of a ni-based superalloy and reveal the omnidirectional thermo-mechanical coupling mechanism of the friction *** numerical model successfully simulated the deceleration,deformation processes,and peak torsional moments in IFW and captured the evolution of temperature,contact pressure,and *** simulated results were validated through measured thermal history,optical macrography,and axial *** results indicated that interfacial friction heat was the primary heat source,and plastic deformation energy only accounted for 4%of the *** increase in initial rotational speed and friction pressure elevated the peak temperature,reaching a maximum of 1525.5K at an initial rotational speed of 2000 r/min and friction pressure of 400 *** interface heat generation could form an axial temperature gradient exceeding 320K/*** radial inhomogeneities of heat generation and temperature were manifested in a concentric ring distribution with maximum heat flux and temperature ranging from 2/5 to 2/3 *** radial inhomogeneities were caused by increasing linear velocity along the radius and an opposite distribution of contact pressure,which could reach 1.7 times the set pressure at the *** circumferential inhomogeneity of thermomechanical distribution during rotary friction welding was revealed for the first time,benefiting from the 3D *** deflection and transformation of distribution in contact pressure and Mises stress were indicators of plastic deformation and transition of quasi-steady state *** critical Mises stress was 0.5 times the friction pressure in this *** presented modeling provides a reliable insight into the thermo-mechanical coupling mechanism of IFW and lays a solid found

As a novel 2D material,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-MXene has become a major area of interest in the field of microwave absorption(MA).However,the MA effect of common Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-MXene is not prominent and often requires complex processes or combinations of other ma-terials to achieve enhanced *** this context,a kind of gradient woodpile structure using common Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-MXene as MA ma-terial was designed and manufactured through direct ink writing(DIW)3D *** minimum reflection loss(RL_(min))of the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-MXene-based gradient woodpile structures with a thickness of less than 3 mm can reach-70 dB,showing considerable improve-ment compared with that of a completely filled *** addition,the effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)reaches 7.73 *** study demonstrates that a Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-MXene material with excellent MA performance and tunable frequency band can be successfully fab-ricated with a macroscopic structural design and through DIW 3D printing without complex material hybridization and modification,of-fering broad application prospects by reducing electromagnetic wave radiation and interference.

Stem-leaf saponins of Panax notoginseng attenuate experimental Parkinson's disease progression in mice by inhibiting microglia-mediated neuroinflammation via P2Y2R/PI3K/AKT/NFκB signaling pathway

Stem-leaf saponins from Panax notoginseng(SLSP) comprise numerous PPD-type saponins with diverse pharmacological properties; however, their role in Parkinson's disease(PD),characterized by microglia-mediated neuroinflammation, remains unclear. This study evaluated the effects of SLSP on suppressing microglia-driven neuroinflammation in experimental PD models, including the 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium(MPTP)-induced mouse model and lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-stimulated BV-2 microglia. Our findings revealed that SLSP mitigated behavioral impairments and excessive microglial activation in models of PD, including MPTP-treated mice. Additionally, SLSP inhibited the upregulation of inducible nitric oxide synthase(i NOS) and cyclooxygenase-2(COX2) and attenuated the phosphorylation of PI3K,protein kinase B(AKT), nuclear factor-κB(NFκB), and inhibitor of NFκB protein α(IκBα) both in vivo and in vitro. Moreover, SLSP suppressed the production of inflammatory markers such as interleukin(IL)-1β, IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) in LPS-stimulated BV-2cells. Notably, the P2Y2R agonist partially reversed the inhibitory effects of SLSP in LPStreated BV-2 cells. These results suggest that SLSP inhibit microglia-mediated neuroinflammation in experimental PD models, likely through the P2Y2R/PI3K/AKT/NFκB signaling pathway. These novel findings indicate that SLSP may offer therapeutic potential for PD by attenuating microglia-mediated neuroinflammation.

Fabrication of ni-Zn spinel ferrite with superior magnetic performance from electric arc furnace dust and iron scale

The ni-ZnFe_(2)O_(4)(nixZn_(1-x)Fe_(2)O_(4),x=0.4-0.7)spinel was synthesized using Zn2+extracted from electric arc furnace dust(EAFD),nickel chloride hexahydrate,and Fe^(3+)extracted from iron scale as raw *** zinc was selectively extracted from EAFD using CaO roasting followed by NH_(4)Cl solution *** ferric ion was leached from iron scale using HCl solution as acid *** experimental results demonstrate a high level of efficiency in the extraction of zinc,with a rate of 97.5%,and the leaching rate of ferric ion is 96.89%.The composition of the leaching solution is primary zinc and iron with low calcium,which is beneficial to the preparation of spinel *** influence of ni content(x)and calcination temperature on the synthesis and magnetic properties of nixZn_(1-x)Fe_(2)O_(4)compounds was investigated by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and vibrating sample *** results revealed that both ni content and calcination temperature significantly affect the synthesis and magnetic properties of spinel nixZn_(1-x)Fe_(2)O_(4).Under the conditions of ni content set at x=0.6,calcination temperature of 1100℃,and a duration of 2 h,a spinel nixZn_(1-x)Fe_(2)O_(4)with high saturation magnetization(Ms=65.7 A m2 kg-1)and low coercivity(Hc=0.056 A m^(-1))was obtained.

MOF-derived ni3Fe/ni/niFe2O4@C for enhanced hydrogen storage performance of MgH2

Magnesium hydride（MgH2） is an important material for hydrogen（H2） storage and transportation owing to its high capacity and ***,its intrinsic properties have considerably limited its industrial *** this study,the niFe-800 catalyst as metal-organic framework（MOF） derivative was first utilized to promote the intrinsic properties of *** to pure MgH2,which releases1.24 wt% H2in 60 min at 275℃,the MgH2-10 niFe-800 composite releases 5.85 wt% H2in the same *** at a lower temperature of 250℃,the MgH2-10 niFe-800 composite releases 3.57 wt% H2,surpassing the performance of pure MgH2at 275℃.Correspondingly,while pure MgH2absorbs 2.08 wt% H2in60 min at 125℃,the MgH2-10 niFe-800 composite absorbs 5.35 wt% H2in just 1 min,Remarkably,the MgH2-10 niFe-800 composite absorbs 2.27 wt% H2in 60 min at 50℃ and 4.64 wt% H2at 75℃.This indicates that MgH2-10 niFe-800 exhibits optimum performance with excellent kinetics at low ***,the capacity of the MgH2-10 niFe-800 composite remains largely stable after ***,the Mg2ni/Mg2niH4acts as a "hydrogen pump",providing effective diffusion channels that enhance the kinetic process of the composite during ***,Fe0facilitates electron transfer and creates hydrogen diffusion channels and catalytic ***,carbon（C） effectively prevents particle agglomeration and maintains the cyclic stability of the ***,the synergistic effects of Mg2ni/Mg2niH4,Fe0,and C considerably improve the kinetic properties and cycling stability of *** work offers an effective and valuable approach to improving the hydrogen storage efficiency in the commercial application of MgH2.

研究了基于CVaR约束的的最优投资决策问题,为避免维数障碍,针对Fredrik提出的CVaR投资组合优化线性规划模型还原为非线性规划。通过引入缩进因子,改进PSO算法,使粒子在迭代过程中保持在可行域内。最后,通过算例证明了该文方法的有效性,计算结果表明,投资组合优化后的损失期望收益率、标准差、受险价值、条件受险价值等重要风险衡量指标都有了较大改进。
