Immunosuppressive microenvironments present critical.probl.ms in cl.nical.*** regul.te the tumor immune microenvironment for enhancing antitumor effect,a combination of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)with chemotherapeutics has been appl.ed *** this study,miripl.tin(MiPt),the l.pidic derivative of 5-fl.orouracil.Fu-OA),as wel. as the programmed death l.gand 1(PD-l.)target si RNA(siPD-l.)were integrated into l.p-Pt/Fu@siPD-l. nanoparticl.s(NPs)for *** vitro resul.s showed that l.p-Pt/Fu@siPD-l. NPs coul. exhibit effective siRNA gene sil.ncing and promote the phagocytosis of tumor cel.s by ***,in vivo resul.s reveal.d that l.pPt/Fu@siPD-l. NPs showed significantl. higher anti-tumor efficiency than that of the physical.mixing of Mi Pt,5-fl.orouracil.and l.p@siPD-l. NPs(del.very of siPD-l. by l.posomes).The best anti-tumor efficiency of l.p-Pt/Fu@siPD-l. NPs resul.ed from the synergistic immunotherapeutic effects of Mi Pt and siPD-l. based on the inhibition of CD47 expression and the downregul.tion of PD-l. in tumor cel.s,which el.cited a robust anti-tumor immune response through the activation of macrophage phagocytosis and immune checkpoint *** l.p-Pt/Fu@siPD-l. NPs provide a potential.strategy for tumor chemo-immunotherapy.

A theoretical.scheme is proposed to enhance the sensitivity of force sensors with quantum nondemol.tion measurement(QND)in an optomechanical.setup assisted by four-tone optical.driving and an optical.parametric ampl.fier(OPA).With the hel. of special.drive,the system can be simpl.fied as the typical.type of QND for force sensing,so that the backaction noise can be evaded to surpass the standard quantum ***,the added noise can be suppressed owing to the modified optical.susceptibil.ty resul.ing from the *** introducing two oscil.ators coupl.ng with two charged bodies respectivel.,the signal.can be enhanced with the nonl.nearity caused by Coul.mb interaction,whil. the noise presents an exponential.***,considering the homodyne detection effect,the range of system parameters and frequency bands wil. be *** present investigation may provide a route toward simul.aneousl. evading backaction noise,reducing the mechanical.thermal.noise,and enhancing the external.signal.which can be an al.ernative design for sensitive devices.

Appl.cation of transition metal.boride(TMB) catal.sts towards hydrol.sis of NaBH_(4) hol.s great significance to hel. rel.eve the energy crisis. Herein, we present a facil. and versatil. metal.organic framework(MOF) assisted strategy to prepare Co_(2)B-CoPO_x with massive boron vacancies by introducing phytic acid(PA) cross-l.nked Co compl.xes that are acquired from reaction of PA and ZIF-67 into cobal. boride. The PA etching effectivel. breaks down the structure of ZIF-67 to create more vacancies, favoring the maximal.exposure of active sites and el.vation of catal.tic activity. Experimental.resul.s demonstrate a drastic el.ctronic interaction between Co and the dopant phosphorous(P), thereby the robustl. el.ctronegative P induces el.ctron redistribution around the metal.species, which facil.tates the dissociation of B-H bond and the adsorption of H_(2)O mol.cul.s. The vacancy-rich Co_(2)B-CoPO_x catal.st exhibits scal.bl. performance, characterized by a high hydrogen generation rate(HGR) of 7716.7 m l.min^(-1)g^(-1) and a l.w activation energy(Ea) of 44.9 k J/mol. rival.ng state-of-the-art catal.sts. This work provides val.abl. insights for the devel.pment of advanced catal.sts through P doping and boron vacancy engineering and the design of efficient and sustainabl. energy conversion systems.

Simul.tion of the l.val.e in the circul.ting fl.idized bed with a coarse-grained discrete particl. method

Stabl. and control.abl. sol.d fl.w is essential.in circul.ting fl.idized bed (CFB) systems. The l.val.e is a typical.non-mechanical.val.e that can provide fl.xibl. sol.d feeding. The investigation of the sol.d circul.tion rate and the hydrodynamic characteristics of the l.val.e is crucial.to its design and operation. The gas-sol.d fl.w in the l.val.e of a ful.-l.op CFB is studied with the coarse-grained discrete particl. method (EMMS-DPM). Good agreements on the sol.d circul.tion rate and the pressure drop through the l.val.e are achieved between the simul.ted and experimental.data. The sol.d circul.tion rate increases l.nearl. with the aeration vel.city until.the stabl. particl. circul.tion of the CFB is destroyed. The fl.w patterns in the horizontal.section of l.val.e are gas-sol.d sl.g fl.w above the stationary sol.d l.yer and the moving sol.d l.yer, respectivel.. The effects of l.val.e geometric parameters on the sol.d fl.w characteristics are al.o investigated. The resul.s indicate that reducing the diameter and l.ngth of the horizontal.section of l.val.e can improve the sol.d transport efficiency, especial.y at l.w aeration vel.city. Besides, the sol.d conveying capacity and fl.w stabil.ty are improved when the sharp bend of l.val.e is modified to be a gradual.bend.

Effect of l.theanine combined with geniposide on depression-l.ke behavior induced by the chronic unpredictabl. mil. stress(CUMS) in mice

Depression is a preval.nt mental.disorder with l.mited effective treatments， posing a significant gl.bal.issue. This study expl.red l.theanine and geniposide， key components in "food-medicine homol.gy" material.， to determine if their combination (TG) coul. al.eviate depression-l.ke behaviors and hippocampal.neuronal.damage in a chronic unpredictabl. mil. stress (CUMS) mouse model. Mal. C57Bl.6J mice were divided into control. CUMS model. and CUMS+TG groups with varying doses. The CUMS group displ.yed depression-l.ke behaviors， incl.ding reduced activity and sucrose preference. TG treatment partial.y reversed these changes， significantl. increasing antioxidant enzyme activities， decreasing pro-infl.mmatory cytokine l.vel.， and improving neuromodul.tor l.vel.. RNA-seq anal.sis identified the transthyretin (TTR) gene， upregul.ted in the model.group but downregul.ted after TG treatment. TG treatment modul.ted intestinal.microbiota composition compared to the CUMS group， incl.ding increased Firmicutes， reduced Bacteroidetes and Prevotel.a， and variabl. changes in Bifidobacterium abundance. In concl.sion， our study indicates that CUMS exposure upregul.tes stress hormones and TTR expression， associated with neuroinfl.mmation， oxidative stress， monoamine depl.tion， depression-l.ke behaviors， and intestinal.microbiota dysbiosis. TG treatment al.eviates these effects and modul.tes intestinal.microbiota， suggesting l.theanine and geniposide’s potential.as a novel.depression therapy.

The therapeutic outcomes of conventional.oral.medications against ul.erative col.tis(UC)are restricted by inefficient drug del.very to the col.tis mucosa and weak capacity to modul.te the infl.mmatory ***,a fl.orinated pl.ronic(FP127)was synthesized and empl.yed to functional.ze the surface of mul.erry l.af-derived nanoparticl.s(Ml.s)l.ading with resveratrol.nanocrystal.(RNs).The obtained FP127@RN-Ml.s possessed exosome-l.ke morphol.gies,desirabl. particl. sizes(around 171.4 nm),and negativel. charged surfaces(−14.8 mV).The introduction of FP127 to RN-Ml.s greatl. improved their stabil.ty in the col.n and promoted their mucus infil.ration and mucosal.penetration capacities due to the unique fl.orine effect.
