Electrolysis tanks are used to smeltmetals based on electrochemical principles,and the short-circuiting of the pole plates in the tanks in the production process will lead to high temperatures,thus affecting normal *** at the problems of time-consuming and poor accuracy of existing infrared methods for high-temperature detection of dense pole plates in electrolysis tanks,an infrared dense pole plate anomalous target detection network YOLOv5-RMF based on You Only Look Once version 5(YOLOv5)is ***,we modified the Real-Time Enhanced Super-Resolution Generative Adversarial Network(Real-ESRGAN)by changing the U-shaped network(U-Net)to Attention U-Net,to preprocess the images;secondly,we propose a new Focus module that introduces the Marr operator,which can provide more boundary information for the network;again,because Complete Intersection over Union(CIOU)cannot accommodate target borders that are increasing and decreasing,replace CIOU with Extended Intersection over Union(EIOU),while the loss function is changed to Focal and Efficient IOU(Focal-EIOU)due to the different difficulty of sample *** the homemade dataset,the precision of our method is 94%,the recall is 70.8%,and the map@.5 is 83.6%,which is an improvement of 1.3%in precision,9.7%in recall,and 7%in map@.5 over the original *** algorithm can meet the needs of electrolysis tank pole plate abnormal temperature detection,which can lay a technical foundation for improving production efficiency and reducing production waste.

Investigating the dynamics and interactions of surface features on Pine Island Glacier using remote sensing and deep learning

Pine Island Glacier(PIG),the largest glacier in the Amundsen Sea Embayment of West Antarctica,has contributed to over a quarter of the observed sea level rise around *** recent years,multiple observations have confirmed its continuous retreat,ice flow acceleration and profound surface *** these changes is crucial for accurately monitoring ice mass discharge and future Antarctic contributions to sea level ***,it is essential to investigate the complex interactions between these variables to comprehend how they collectively affect the overall stability of the intricate PIG *** this study,we utilized high-resolution remote sensing data and deep learning method to detect and analyze the spatio-temporal variations of surface melt,ice shelf calving,and ice flow velocity of the PIG from 2015 to *** explored the correlations among these factors to understand their long-term impacts on the glacier's *** findings reveal a retreat of 26.3 km and a mass loss of 1001.6 km²during ***,extensive surface melting was observed,particularly in the 2016/2017 and 2019/2020 melting *** data vividly illustrate prolonged and intense melting periods,correlating with a significant retreat in the glacier's terminus position in 2019/***,the comprehensive analysis of surface melting and the cumulative retreat of the ice shelf from 2017 to 2020 on the PIG shows atemporal relationship with subsequent significant changes in ice fow velocity,ranging from 10.9 to 12.2 m d^(-1),with an average acceleration rate of 12%.These empirical findings elucidate the intricate relationship among surface melt,ice flow velocity,and consequential glacier dynamics.A profound understanding of these interrelationships holds paramount importance in glacier dynamic changes and modeling,providing invaluable insights into potential glacier responses to global climate change.

Analysis of amino acid enantiomers in ambient aerosols:Effects and removal of coexistent aerosol matrix

Amino acids(AAs)including D-and L-enantiomers are a group of organic nitrogen species in ambient *** to the low abundances of AAs(level of ng/m^(3))and the matrix effects by coexistent components,it is challenging to quantify AA enantiomers in ambient aerosols especially under pollution *** this study,we present an optimized method for analyzing AA enantiomers in atmospheric aerosol samples including a pretreatment process and the detection by high performance liquid chromatography coupled to a fuorescence detector(HPLC-FLD).Matrix effects caused by coexistent chemicals on AA enantiomers analysis in ambient aerosol samples were investigated especially for those collected in pollution *** results revealed that the determination of AA enantiomers is significantly affected by the coexistent organic carbon(as a proxy of organic matter)and water-soluble ion of NH_(4)^(+).To remove the matrix effects,we applied a pretreatment using the solid phase extraction column coupled with alkaline adjustment to sample *** pretreatment,18 AAs including 6 pairs of D-and L-enantiomers(i.e.,leucine,isoleucine,valine,alanine,serine,and aspartic acid)can be successfully separated and quantified in aerosol samples by *** recoveries are in the range of 67%-106%.This method was successfully applied to the urban aerosol samples from pollution and non-pollution periods for AA enantiomers *** suggest that the concentrations of D-AAs and the ratio of D-AA/L-AA are indicative of the contribution of bacterial sources and the infuence of biomass burning.

Effect of Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pills on Coronary Heart Disease Comorbid with Depression or Anxiety: The ADECODE-Real World Study

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pill(GXDSDP) in treating anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods: A total of 1,428 patients diagnosed with CHD screened for anxiety, depression, and quality of life(QOL) at baseline received 0.4 g of GXDSDP treatment 3 times per day and returned for monthly reassessment. Patients were recruited after stable treatment for CHD and received assessment of General Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7), Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9), and Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ) for evaluating anxiety, depression, and *** were followed up 3 times, once every 4 weeks, during outpatient visits for 12 weeks. Results: At the third follow-up(F3), the anxiety symptom of 63.79%(673/1,055) of the patients improved to sub-clinical level, and the GAD-7 score improved significantly(8.11 vs. 3.87, P<0.01);57.52%(585/1,017) patients' depressive symptoms improved to sub-clinical level, with a significant improvement in PHQ-9 score(8.69 vs. 4.41, P<0.01) at F3. All aspects of QOL significantly improved at the end of treatment compared to those at baseline(all P<0.01) as assessed by SAQ: physical limitation(31.17 vs. 34.14), anginal stability(2.74 vs. 4.14), anginal frequency(8.16vs. 9.10), treatment satisfaction(13.43 vs. 16.29), and disease perception(8.69 vs. 11.02). Conclusions: A fixed dosage of GXDSDP may be a potential treatment option for CHD patients comorbid with anxiety or depression.(Registration No. ChiCTR2100051523)

Fully endoscopic far-lateral supracerebellar infratentorial approach for trigeminal neuralgia: illustrative case reports

Background Trigeminal neuralgia (TN) is a common cause of craniofacial pain. The retrosigmoid approach is usually used to treat TN, but no cases of endoscopic far-lateral supracerebellar infratentorial approach (EF-SCITA) were used to undergo operation for *** presentation Two patients were presented with severe facial pain and preliminary diagnosis was TN. Preoperative magnetic resonance imaging revealed that a superior cerebellar artery (SCA) compressed the trigeminal nerve in case 1, and a tumor located in the petrous apex extending into the Meckel’s cave compressed the trigeminal nerve in case 2. Operations were achieved through the EF-SCITA. The pain was totally relieved with no postsurgical complications in both *** We present the first two case reports of EF-SCITA to relieve classical and secondary TN successfully. The EF-SCITA can be a promising approach for treating TN.

Dendrimer-induced synthesis of porous organosilica capsules for enzyme encapsulation

Organic matter-induced mineralization is a green and versatile method for synthesizing hybrid nanostructured materials,where the material properties are mainly influenced by the species of natural biomolecules,linear synthetic polymer,or small molecules,limiting their ***,we adopted dendrimer poly(amidoamine)(PAMAM)as the inducer to synthesize organosilica-PAMAM network(OSPN)capsules for mannose isomerase(MIase)encapsulation based on a hard-templating *** structure of OSPN capsules can be precisely regulated by adjusting the molecular weight and concentration of PAMAM,thereby demonstrating a substantial impact on the kinetic behavior of the MIase@OSPN *** MIase@OSPN system was used for catalytic production of mannose from Dfructose.A mannose yield of 22.24% was obtained,which is higher than that of MIase in organosilica network capsules and similar to that of the free *** overall catalytic efficiency(kcat/Km)of the MIase@OSPN system for the substrate D-fructose was up to 0.556 s^(-1)·mmol^(-1)·***,the MIase@OSPN system showed excellent stability and recyclability,maintaining more than 50% of the yield even after 12 cycles.

Understanding the Thermal Impedance of Silicone Rubber/Hexagonal Boron Nitride Composites as Thermal Interface Materials

Silicone rubber(SR) composites are most widely used as thermal interface materials(TIMs) for electronics heat dissipation. Thermal impedance as the main bottleneck limiting the performance of TIMs is usually neglected. Herein, the thermal impedance of SR composites loaded with different levels of hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN) as TIMs was elaborated for the first time by the ASTM D 5470 standard test and finite element analysis. It was found that elastic modulus and surface roughness of SR composites increased with the increase of h-BN content, indicating that the conformity was reduced. When the assembly pressure was 0.69 MPa, there existed an optimal h-BN content at which the contact resistance was minimum(0.39 K·cm^(2)·W^(-1)). Although the decreased bond line thickness(BLT) by increasing the assembly pressure was beneficial to reduce the thermal impedance, the proper assembly pressure should be selected to prevent the warpage of the contact surfaces and the increase in contact resistance, according to the compression properties of the SR composites. This study provides valuable insights into fabrication of high-performance TIMs for modern electronic device applications.
