Objective:The objective of this study is to investigate the current status of comfort with touch among nursing staff in the rehabilitation department and analyze its influencing *** and Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to select 131 nursing staff in the rehabilitation department of 3A-level hospitals in yunnan Province,China,from March to June 2020 to conduct a questionnaire ***:The nurses’comfort with touch score of 131 clinical nurses in the rehabilitation department was 58.82±*** regression analysis showed that compassion fatigue(t=‒2.968,Ptantly improve the security and social support of nursing practitioners from the aspects of system,management,and salary performance.

Gastric intramural hematoma is a rare injury of the stomach,and is most often seen in patients with underlying *** injury following endoscopic therapy is even rarer,and there are no universally accepted guidelines for its *** this case report,we describe a gastric intramural hematoma which occurred within 6 h of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR).Past medical history of this patient was negative,and laboratory examinations revealed normal coagulation profiles and platelet *** EMR,the patient experienced severe epigastric pain and vomited 150 mL of gastric contents which were bright red in *** emergency endoscopy showed a 4 cm × 5 cm diverticulum-like defect in the anterior gastric antrum wall and a 4 cm × 8 cm intramural hematoma adjacent to the endoscopic submucosal dissection *** unsatisfactory temporary conservative management,the patient was treated surgically and made a complete ***,one possible reason for the patient's condition is that the arterioles in the submucosa or muscularis may have been damaged during deep and massive submucosal ***,endoscopists should be aware of this potential complication and improve the level of surgery,especially the skills required for submucosal injection.

To the Editor：Early primary gastrointestinal non-Hodgkin＆#39;s lymphoma represents a diagnostic challenge and may be easily misdiagnosed as Crohn＆#39;s disease or intestinal tuberculosis.[1] Here,we describe a 58-year-old man who was admitted due to recurrent colic in the middle and upper abdomen with intermittent vomiting for l 0 *** colic was paroxysmal lasting from a few minutes to several hours without obvious *** medical history was otherwise *** November 2013,gastrointestinal endoscopy revealed gastroenteritis,and abdominal computed tomography （CT） showed jejunal wall edema and *** symptoms did not improve after 1-month treatment for suspected gastroenteritis.

Relationship between preoperative staging by endoscopic ultrasonography and MMP-9 expression in gastric carcinoma

AIM: To investigate the relationship between the staging by endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) and the expression of carcinoma metastasis associated gene in the patients with gastric carcinoma. METHODS: Sixty-three patients with gastric cancer were diagnosed by electric gastroscopy and EUS. The preoperative staging of gastric cancer was measured by EUS and compared with pathologic staging and MMP-9 expression. Peripheral serum level of MMP-9 was measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), while the expression of MMP-9 protein was tested with immunohistochemistry and hybridization in situ in the gastric carcinoma tissues. RESULTS: The total accuracy of EUS in estimating invasive depth of gastric cancer was 80.95%, while that in estimating lymphatic metastasis was 73.02%. Serum MMP-9 levels were consistent with the expression of MMP-9 protein and MMP-9 mRNA in tissue, a result closely correlated with invasive degree, staging with EUS and lymphatic metastasis in gastric cancer (P < 0.05). The total accuracy of estimating invasive depth in gastric cancer was 95.22% using both EUS and MMP-9. CONCLUSION: The MMP-9 level of preoperative serum presents the reference value for preoperative staging by EUS in the patients with gastric cancer. When serum MMP-9 level in gastric cancer is significantly high, physicians should pay closer attention to the metastasis which reaches the serosa or beyond. Combining EUS and MMP-9 improves the accuracy in deciding the invasion and metastasis in the patients with gastric carcinoma.

Electrochemical conversion of hypertoxic trivalent arsenic to value-added metallic arsenic can not only contribute to pollution abatement,but also resources reutilization,therefore being widely *** reduction of trivalent arsenic as a promising way is widely ***,the high efficiency conversion is retarded by the sluggish reduction kinetics of AsO33−and fierce evolution of side products of both H_(2)and toxic AsH_(3).Herein,by using the sodium citrate as the additive,the current efficiency for metal arsenic production is increased greatly from 60%to 91%,with the accompanied evolution of hypertoxic AsH_(3)being restrained from 0.15 Nm^(3)/t_(As)to 0.022 Nm^(3)/t_(As),promising a high-efficiency and green *** electrochemical tests and electrode surface characterizations aswell as DFT calculations indicate that the added sodium citrate promotes both the diffusion of reactive AsO_(3)^(3−)towards the cathode and its subsequent adsorption on the Ti cathode,contributing to smoother reduction for generating metal arsenic,with the evolution of toxic AsH_(3)being hindered at the same *** results can provide new insights for the highefficiency and greener conversion of hypertoxic trivalent arsenic to value-added metallic arsenic.

The Belt and Road global navigation satellite system(B&R GNSS)network is the first large-scale deployment of Chinese GNSS equipment in a seismic *** to this,there have been few systematic assessments of the data quality of Chinese GNSS *** this study,data from four representative GNSS sites in different regions of China were analyzed using the G-Nut/Anubis software *** main indicators(data integrity rate,data validity ratio,multi-path error,and cycle slip ratio)used to systematically analyze data quality,while evaluating the seismic monitoring capabilities of the network based on earthquake magnitudes estimated from high-frequency GNSS data are evaluated by estimating magnitude based on highfrequency GNSS *** results indicate that the quality of the data produced by the three types of Chinese receivers used in the network meets the needs of earthquake monitoring and the new seismic industry standards,which provide a reference for the selection of equipment for future new *** the B&R GNSS network was established,the seismic monitoring capability for earthquakes with magnitudes greater than M_(W)6.5 in most parts of the Sichuan-yunnan region improved by approximately 20%.In key areas such as the Sichuan-yunnan Rhomboid Block,the monitoring capability increased by more than 25%,which has greatly improved the effectiveness of regional comprehensive earthquake management.

Territorial Ecological Restoration with a High-carbon Storage Focus in the Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration of China:Insights from Carbon Metabolism Spatial Security Patterns

This study focuses on urgent research on restoring and enhancing carbon storage capacity in the Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomer-ation of China,a key area in the‘Belt and Road’Initiative,which aligns with carbon peaking and neutrality *** research ana-lyzes the spatial characteristics of carbon metabolism from 2000 to 2020 and uses models to identify stable carbon sink areas,positive carbon flow corridors,and carbon sequestration *** goal is to construct a carbon metabolism spatial security pattern(CMSSP)and propose territorial ecological restoration strategies under different development demand *** results show the following:1)in 2020,the study area’s carbon sink decreased by 8.29×10^(4) t C/yr compared with that in 2010 and by 10.83×10^(4) t C/yr compared with that in ***-carbon sinks were found mainly in mountainous areas,whereas low-carbon sinks are concentrated in urban con-struction land,rural residential areas,and land margins.2)From 2000 to 2020,the spatial security pattern of carbon metabolism tended to be‘high in the middle of the east and west and low in the gulf.’In 2000,2010,and 2020,16 stable carbon sinks were *** carbon energy flow density in Guangxi was greater than that in Guangdong and Hainan,with positive carbon flow corridors located primarily in Guangxi and *** number of carbon sequestration nodes remained stable at approximately 15,mainly in Guangxi and Hainan.3)Scenario simulations revealed that under the Nature-based mild restoration scenario,the carbon sink rate will reach 611.85×10^(4) t C/yr by 2030 and increase to 612.45×10^(4) t C/yr by 2060,with stable carbon sinks increasing to *** the restora-tion scenario based on Anti-globalization,the carbon sink will decrease from 610.24×10^(4) t C/yr in 2030 to 605.19×10^(4) t C/yr in 2060,with the disappearance of some positive carbon flow corridors and stable carbon *** the Human-based sustainable restoration scenario,the carbon sink area wil

CMOS Temperature Sensors: From Module Design to System Design

In a smart complementary metal-oxide semiconductor(CMOS) temperature sensor, the temperature information is converted to an electrical signal, such as voltage, current, or time delay, and then it is digitized by an analog-to-digital converter. Instead of categorizing sensors according to their sensing elements, this work introduces different CMOS temperature sensors based on their signal processing domains of the readout circuits. To design a suitable sensor for a specific application, two general design methodologies are also introduced with state-of-the-art examples. Depending on the applications, the corresponding types of the sensor and design methodology can be chosen to optimize the performance.
