We report a fabrication process and characterization of the Josephson parametric amplifier(JPA) for the single-shot quantum state measurement of superconducting multiqubit system. The device is prepared using Nb film as its base layer,which is convenient in the sample patterning process like e-beam lithography and film etching. Our results show that the JPA has a bandwidth up to 600 MHz with gain above 15 dB and noise temperature approaching the quantum limit. The qubit state differentiation measurements demonstrate the signal-to-noise ratio around 3 and the readout fidelity above 97%and 91% for the ground and first-excited states, respectively.

The aim of this study was to explore the effect of Comus officinalis glucosides （COG） on adjuvant-induced arthritis in rats and its mechanism. Seventy-two rats were divided into six groups of norreal, model, Dexasone （0. 125 mg/kg）, high-dose COG （240 mg/kg）, mid-dose COG （120 mg/kg）, and low-dose COG （60 mg/kg）. Rat arthritis was induced by injection of Freund＇s complete adjuvant in the hind paws. All treatment started from the day the arthritis was induced. The edema degree of the adjuvant injection location was determined on days 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 20, 23 and the oppo- site side was observed on days 11, 13, 15, 17, 20, 23 after the injection of adjuvant. All rats were sacrificed on day 24 after the injection of adjuvant for microscopic examination of the ankle, and for the study of the immunological molecular mechanism. The results showed that the COG significantly suppressed both the primary and secondary edema, improved pathological injuries of adjuvant arthritis （AA） rat ankles, significantly suppressed the proliferation of T lymphocytes and DTH reaction. It significantly suppressed IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α production from peritoneal macrophages and PGE2 in plasma. In conclusion, the Comus officinalis glucosides （COG） is able to prevent and cure the rat adjuvant-induced arthritis, and can suppress the production of pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α and PGE2.

The Loschmidt echo is a useful diagnostic for the perfection of quantum time-reversal process and the sensitivity of quantum evolution to small perturbations. The main challenge for measuring the Loschmidt echo is the time reversal of a quantum evolution. In this work, we demonstrate the measurement of the Loschmidt echo in a superconducting 10-qubit system using Floquet engineering and discuss the imperfection of an initial Bell-state recovery arising from the next-nearestneighbor(NNN) coupling present in the qubit device. Our results show that the Loschmidt echo is very sensitive to small perturbations during quantum-state evolution, in contrast to the quantities like qubit population that is often considered in the time-reversal experiment. These properties may be employed for the investigation of multiqubit system concerning many-body decoherence and entanglement, etc., especially when devices with reduced or vanishing NNN coupling are used.

The tensile strain in inorganic perovskite films induced by thermal annealing is one of the primary factors contributing to the inefficiency and instability of inorganic perovskite solar cells （IPSCs）,which reduces the defect formation ***,a flexible molecule 5-maleimidovaleric acid （5-MVA） was introduced as a strain buffer to release the residual strain of *** anhydride and carboxyl groups in 5-MVA interact strongly with the uncoordinated Pb2+through Lewis acid-base reaction,thus tightly“pull”the perovskite *** in-between soft carbon chain increased the structural flexibility of CsPbI2.85Br0.15perovskite materials,which effectively relieved the intrinsic internal strain of CsPbI2.85Br0.15,resisted the corrosion of external strain,and also reduced the formation of defects such as VIand *** addition,the introduction of 5-MVA improved crystal quality,passivated residual defects,and narrowed energy level ***,power conversion efficiency （PCE） of NiOxbased inverted IPSCs increased from 19.25% to 20.82% with the open-circuit voltage enhanced from 1.164 V to 1.230 *** release of strain also improved the stability of CsPbI2.85Br0.15perovskite films and devices.

The muonic component of the extensive air showers (EAS) is of great importance for the astroparticle physics. It carries the information about the properties of primary cosmic ray (CR) particles, such as their mass, and electromagnetic and hadronic nature. It provides a sensitive test for the hadronic interaction models, which are inevitable for describing the cascade shower development of cosmic rays in EAS experiments. The YangBaJing Hybrid Array (YBJ-HA) experiment has been in operation since the end of 2016. Surface detectors are used for the measurements of primary energy, angular direction and core position of a shower event, while underground muon detectors are used for measuring the density of muons at various locations. Using the data obtained by the YBJ-HA experiment,this work reports the first measurement of the lateral muon distribution for the primary cosmic ray energy in the 100TeV region. The punch-through effect is evaluated via MC simulation.

＜正＞ Objective: To study chiral selective effects of doxazosin enantiomers on blood pressure and bladder vesical pressure in anesthetized rats. Method: In anesthetized rats, carotid blood pressure, left ventricular pressure of the heart and the vesical pressure of the bladder were recorded. Results: Administration of S - doxazosin at0.25. 2.5. 25 and 250nmol/kg iv produced a dose- dependent decrease in blood pressure, but its depressor effect was significantly weaker than that induced by R - doxazosin and racemin - doxazosin （rac - doxazosin）. and the ED50 values of R - doxazosin. S - doxazosin and rac - doxazosin were 15.64. 45.93 and 128.81. respectively, rac- Doxazosin and its enantiomers administered accumulatively in anesthetized rats induced a dose - dependent decrease in the left ventricular systolic pressure （LVSP） and±dp/dtmax. and a potency order of the three agents was R - doxazosin ＞ rac - doxazosin ＞ S - doxazosin. rac - Doxazosin and its enantiomers decreased the vesical micturation pressure dose - de-pendently at 2.5. 25 and 250 nmol/kg. and the inhibitory potency among the three agents was same. Conclusion: S - doxazosin has chiral selectivity between cardiovascular system and urinary system in anesthetized rats.

Purpose Cosmic rays up to PeV energy are believed to be generated in our galaxy.γ-rays at 100TeV energies are important probe to identify ***,γ-rays contain additional information on the propagation of the galactic cosmic *** Diffuseγ-rays originating from the Galactic plane from 20 to 200 TeV region are studied with early 160-day data collected by YangBaJing Hybrid Array(YBJ-HA),which is a hybrid array and consists of scintillation detectors and underground muon ***-distance equi-zenith angle and time-swapping methods are used to analyze the number ofγ-rays *** and conclusion Because of no significant observation onγ-ray emission,Helene's method is adopted to derive the 90%confidence level upper limits on the flux of diffuse galacticγ-*** the limit to the ratio of the flux ofγ-rays to CRs is obtained at the order of 10^(-4),which is the current best result at these energies.

目的:探讨丹皮酚(paeonol,Pae)对急性心肌梗死模型大鼠心肌病理改变及转化生长因子-β_1(TGF-β_1),胶原蛋白Ⅲ(CollagenⅢ)表达的影响。方法:SPF级雄性SD大鼠,采用左冠状前降支(LAD)结扎法制作在体大鼠急性心肌梗死模型,记录结扎前及结扎后10,20,40,60,120 min,24 h心电图变化,测量各个时点ST段的偏移幅度并进行统计学分析,将造模成功后的大鼠随机分为模型组、丹皮酚低、中、高剂量组、卡托普利组;另有只穿线不结扎的假手术组,共6组,丹皮酚低、中、高剂量组分别给予ip 8.0,12.0,16.0 mg·kg^(-1)剂量的丹皮酚注射液,假手术组与模型组每天ip等体积生理盐水,卡托普利组用蒸馏水稀释其片剂碾成的药粉,给予ig 10.0 mg·kg^(-1),所有干预均1次/d;28 d后取材,HE染色观察心肌组织病理生理学改变情况,采用免疫组织化学法检测左室梗死区TGF-β_1和CollagenⅢ蛋白的表达。结果:HE染色结果显示:与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠左室病理生理学改变显著,梗死灶边缘部分心肌细胞发生肥大、伸长,左心室壁部分心肌凝固性坏死,凋亡细胞胞核固缩、胞质伊红深染,另有部分组织发生疏松水肿,与模型组比较,各治疗组大鼠心肌细胞病理改变均不同程度减轻;免疫组织化学染色结果显示:模型组与假手术组比较,TGF-β_1及collagenⅢ蛋白的表达明显增多(P<0.01);治疗组各组及卡托普利组与模型组比较,TGF-β_1及collagenⅢ蛋白表达均降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:丹皮酚可降低心肌梗死大鼠心肌的病变程度,改善心室重构及心功能,其作用机制可能是通过降低心肌组织中TGF-β_1及collagenⅢ的表达来实现的。
