Direct simulation of 3-D MHD(magnetohydrodynamics) flows in liquid metal fusion blanket with flow channel insert(FCI) has been *** kinds of pressure equilibrium slot (PES) in FCI,which are used to balance the pressure difference between the inside and outside of FCI,are considered with a slot in Hartmann wall or a slot in side wall,*** velocity and pressure distribution of FCI made of SiC/SiC_f are numerically studied to illustrate the 3-D MHD flow effects,which clearly show that the flows in fusion blanket with FCI are typical three-dimensional issues and the assumption of 2-D fully developed flows is not the real physical problem of the MHD flows in dual-coolant liquid metal fusion *** optimum opening location of PES has been analyzed based on the 3-D pressure and velocity distributions.

The 2D kinetic Monte Carlo （KMC） simulation was used to study the effects of different substrate temperatures on the microstructure of ni-Cr films in the process of deposition by the electron beam physical vapor deposition （EB-PVD）. In the KMC model, substrate was assumed to be a ＂surface＂ of tight-packed rows, and the simulation includes two phenomena： adatom-surface collision and adatom diffusion. While the interaction between atoms was described by the embedded atom method, the jumping energy was calculated by the molecular static （MS） calculation. The initial location of the adatom was defined by the Momentum Scheme. The results reveal that there exists a critical substrate temperature which means that the lowest packing density and the highest surface roughness structure will be achieved when the temperature is lower than the smaller critical value, while the roughness of both surfaces and the void contents keep decreasing with the substrate temperature increasing until it reaches the higher critical value. The results also indicate that the critical substrate temperature rises as the deposition rate increases.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jianpi Jieyu Decoction(JJD)for treating patients with mild-to-moderate depression of Xin(Heart)-Pi(Spleen)deficiency(XPD)***:In this multi-center,randomized,controlled study,140 patients with mild-to-moderate depression of XPD syndrome were included from Xiyuan Hospital of china academy of chinese Medical sciences and Botou Hospital of Traditional chinese Medicine from December 2017 to December *** were randomly divided into JJD group and paroxetine group by using a random number table,with 70 cases in each *** patients in the JJD group were given JJD one dose per day(twice daily at morning and evening,100 m L each time),and the patients in the paroxetine group were given paroxetine(10 mg/d in week 1;20 mg/d in weeks 2-6),both orally administration for a total of 6 *** primary outcome was the change of 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD-17)score at week 6 from *** secondary outcomes included the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,Traditional chinese Medicine Symptom Scale(TCMSS),and Clinlcal Global Impression(CGI)scores at the 2nd,4th,and 6th weekends of treatment,HAMD-17 response(defined as a reduction in score of>50%)and HAMD-17 remission(defined as a score of 7)at the end of the 6th week of *** events(AEs)were also ***:From baseline to week 6,the HAMD-17 scores decreased 10.2±4.0 and 9.1±4.9 points in the JJD and paroxetine groups,respectively(P=0.689).The HAMD-17 response occurred in 60%of patients in the JJD group and in 50%of those in the paroxetine group(P=0.292);HAMD-17 remission occurred in 45.7%and 30%of patients,respectively(P=0.128).The differences of CGI scores at the 6th week were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were significant differences in HAMD-17 scores between the two groups at 2nd and 4th week(P=0.001 and P=0.014).The HAMA scores declined 8.1±3.0 and 6.9±4.3 points from baseline to week 6 in the JJD and paroxe

Non-muscle invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC)is a major type of bladder cancer with a high incidence worldwide,resulting in a great disease *** and surveillance are the most important part of niMBC *** 2018,we issued“Treatment and surveillance for non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer in china:an evidencebased clinical practice guideline”.Since then,various studies on the treatment and surveillance of NMIBC have been *** is a need to incorporate these materials and also to take into account the relatively limited medical resources in primary medical institutions in *** a version of guideline which takes these two issues into account to promote the management of NMIBC is therefore *** formed a working group of clinical experts and *** questionnaire investigation of clinicians including primary medical institutions,24 clinically concerned issues,involving transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT),intravesical chemotherapy and intravesical immunotherapy of NMIBC,and follow-up and surveillance of the NMIBC patients,were determined for this *** and recommendations on the management of NMIBC in databases,guideline development professional societies and monographs were referred to,and the European Association of Urology was used to assess the certainty of generated ***,we issued 29 statements,among which 22 were strong recommendations,and 7 were weak *** recommendations cover the topics of TURBT,postoperative chemotherapy after TURBT,Bacillus Calmette–Guérin(BCG)immunotherapy after TURBT,combination treatment of BCG and chemotherapy after TURBT,treatment of carcinoma in situ,radical cystectomy,treatment of NMIBC recurrence,and follow-up and *** hope these recommendations can help promote the treatment and surveillance of NMIBC in china,especially for the primary medical institutions.

The Hessian fly(HF,Mayetiola destructor)is one of the destructive pests of wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)*** cultivars can effectively minimize wheat damage due to this insect *** identify new quantitative trait loci(QTL)for HF resistance,a population of recombinant inbred lines(RILs)was developed from a cross between the HF-resistant wheat cultivar‘Chokwang’and susceptible wheat‘ning 7840’,and phenotyped for responses to HF attack.A linkage map was constructed using 1147 single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)markers generated from genotyping-by-sequencing(GBS).One major QTL,***-6 BS,for HF-resistance was identified on chromosome arm 6 BS,which explained up to84.0%of the phenotypic variation and was contributed by *** RILs showed recombination in the candidate interval of ***-6 BS,which delimited ***-6 BS to a 4.75 Mb physical interval between 6,028,601 bp and 10,779,424 bp on chromosome arm 6 BS of IWGSC chinese Spring reference genome Ref Seq *** GBS-SNPs in the candidate interval were converted into Kompetitive allele specific polymerase chain reaction(KASP)*** of them,KASP-6 B112698 and KASP-6 B7901215,were validated in a *** wheat ***-6 B112698 was nearly diagnostic,thus can be used to screen ***-6 BS and pyramid it with other resistance genes in breeding programs.

Constructing and maintaining a stable terrestrial reference frame （TRF） is one of the key objectives of fundamental astronomy and geodesy. The datum realization for all the global TRF versions, such as ITRF2014 and its predecessor ITRF2008, assumes linear time evolution for transformation parameters and then imposes some conditions on these Helmert transformation parameters. In this paper, we investigate a new approach, which is based on weekly estimation of station positions and Helmert transformation parameters from a combination of the solutions of four space-geodetic techniques, i.e., Satellite Laser Ranging （SLR）, Very Long Baseline Interferometry （VLBI）, Global Positioning System （GPS） and Doppler Orbitography and Radiopositioning Integrated by Satellite （DORIS）. For this study, an interval of one week is chosen because the arc length of the SLR solutions is seven days. The major advantage of this weekly estimated reference frame is that both the non-linear station motions and the non-linear origin motion are implicitly taken into account. In order to study the non-linear behavior of station motions and physical parameters, ITRF2008 is used as a reference. As for datum definition of weekly reference frame, on one hand SLR is the unique technique to realize the origin and determine the scale together with VLBI, and on the other hand the orientation is realized via no net rotation with respect to ITRF2005 on a subset of core stations. Given the fact that without enough collocations an inter-technique combined TRF could not exist, the selection and relative weight of local ties surveyed at co-location sites are critical issues. To get stable results, we first assume that, if there were no events such as equipment changes between the measurement epoch of the local tie and that of the space- geodetic solution, the relative position between the two co-located stations should be invariant and this local tie could be used for computing the inter-technique combined ref

The application of nanomaterials in energy and environmental fields has recently made great *** a key element in the nuclear industry,the discharge of uranium(U(VI))contained wastewater usually induces environmental issues and waste of *** the catalytically generated H_(2)O_(2)by nanomaterials has recently shown application potential in extracting U(VI)from water,low-cost and highly efficient nanocatalysts are still urgently *** this work,a cheap and readily available piezocatalyst of calcium phosphate nanorods was successfully fabricated by calcining chicken *** ultrasonication,H_(2)O_(2)was produced and used to extract U(VI)from *** is worth noting that the yield of H_(2)O_(2)reached 179.7μmol·g^(−1)·h^(−1),and the extraction efficiency of U(VI)in water reached 97.16%(100 ppm)within 330 *** the capture and quantitative analysis of the active species,it is found that the generation of H_(2)O_(2)depends on the combination of soluble oxygen and piezoelectrons,which thus dominates the extraction of U(VI).This simple and powerful piezocatalytic strategy greatly reduces the cost of H_(2)O_(2)production for U(VI)extraction in water,and is of great significance for the treatment of U(VI)-containing wastewater.

The Response of Vegetation Biomass to Soil Properties along Degradation Gradients of Alpine Meadow at Zoige Plateau

Alpine grassland of the Tibetan Plateau has undergone severe degradation, even desertification. However, several questions remain to be answered, especially the response mechanisms of vegetation biomass to soil properties. In this study, an experiment on degradation gradients was conducted in an alpine meadow at the Zoige Plateau in 2017. Both vegetation characteristics and soil properties were observed during the peak season of plant growth. The classification and regression tree model(CART) and structural equation modelling(SEM) were applied to screen the main factors that govern the vegetation dynamics and explore the interaction of these screened factors. Both aboveground biomass(AGB) and belowground biomass(BGB) experienced a remarkable decrease along the degradation gradients. All soil properties experienced significant variations along the degradation gradients at the 0.05 significance level. Soil physical and chemical properties explained 54.78% of the variation in vegetation biomass along the degradation gradients. AGB was mainly influenced by soil water content(SWC), soil bulk density(SBD), soil organic carbon(SOC), soil total nitrogen(STN), and pH. Soil available nitrogen(SAN), SOC and p H, had significant influence on BGB. Most soil properties had positive effects on AGB and BGB, while SBD and p H had a slightly negative effect on AGB and BGB. The correlations of SWC with AGB and BGB were relatively less significant than those of other soil properties. Our results highlighted that the soil properties played important roles in regulating vegetation dynamics along the degradation gradients and that SWC is not the main factor limiting plant growth in the humid Zoige region. Our results can provide guidance for the restoration and improvement of degraded alpine grasslands on the Tibetan Plateau.
