This paper addresses a dynamic lot sizing problem with bounded inventory and stockout where both no backlogging and backlogging allowed cases are considered. The stockout option means that there is outsourcing in a period only when the inventory level at that period is non-positive. The production capacity is unlimited and production cost functions are linear but with fixed charges. The problem is that of satisfying all demands in the planning horizon at minimal total cost. We show that the no backlogging case can be solved in O（T^2） time with general concave inventory holding and outsourcing cost functions where T is the length of the planning horizon. The complexity can be reduced to O（T） when the inventory holding cost functions are also linear and have some realistic properties, even if the outsourcing cost functions remain general concave functions. When the inventory holding and outsourcing cost functions are linear, the backlogging case can be solved in O（ T^3 logT） time whether the outsourcing level at each period is bounded by the sum of the demand of that period and backlogging level from previous periods, or only by the demand of that period.

Stroke is classified as ischemic or hemorrhagic,and there are few effective treatments for either *** mechanisms play a critical role in secondary brain injury following a stroke,which manifests as cytokine release,blood–brain barrier disruption,neuronal cell death,and ultimately behavioral *** the inflammatory response has been shown to mitigate this cascade of events in experimental stroke ***,in clinical trials of anti-inflammatory agents,longterm immunosuppression has not demonstrated significant clinical benefits for *** may be attributable to the dichotomous roles of inflammation in both tissue injury and repair,as well as the complex pathophysiologic inflammatory processes in *** acute harmful inflammatory responses or inducing a phenotypic shift from a pro-inflammatory to an anti-inflammatory state at specific time points after a stroke are alternative and promising therapeutic *** agents that can modulate inflammation requires a detailed understanding of the inflammatory processes of ***,epigenetic reprogramming plays a crucial role in modulating post-stroke inflammation and can potentially be exploited for stroke *** this review,we summarize current findings on the epigenetic regulation of the inflammatory response in stroke,focusing on key signaling pathways including nuclear factor-kappa B,Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription,and mitogen-activated protein kinase as well as inflammasome *** also discuss promising molecular targets for stroke *** evidence to date indicates that therapeutic targeting of the epigenetic regulation of inflammation can shift the balance from inflammation-induced tissue injury to repair following stroke,leading to improved post-stroke outcomes.

Mesoporous silica supported Cs2.5H0.5PW12O40 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method, and several silica supports with different pore size were utilized. N2 adsorption, XRD and ICP-AES techniques were utilized to characterize the silica supports and catalysts. XRD results showed that the dispersion of Cs2.5H0.5PW12 was better for the silica support with larger pore size. The catalytic activity results showed that the pore size played important role on the catalyst activity and the molecular weight of PTHF. When Cs2.5H0.5PW12O40 was dispersed on larger pore size silica support, the catalysts showed good performances for the synthesis of PTHE The molecular weight of PTHF product on the sample in which Cs2.5H0.5PW12O40 was dispersed on larger pore support was higher than that on the catalyst with smaller pore support. The leaching amounts of the active components for the supported Cs2.5H0.5PW12O40 catalysts were much lower. After five reaction cycles, there were still good activities and stabilities for the supported Cs2.5H0.5PW12O40 catalysts with larger pore silica supports. These results were much better than those of the supported heteropolyacid H3PW12O40 catalyst.

Cohesive element is developed from the Dugdal-Barenblatt model in the field of fracture mechanics. The mechanical constitutive relation of cohesive element can be artificially assumed depending on the specific applications. It has been successfully applied in the study of crystal plasticity/brittle fracture process and decohesion between delaminations. In this paper, tensile experiments of large steel plate with different length of pre-existing cracks are conducted. Based on commercial software ABAQUS, cohesive element is adopted to simulate the tensile tests, and appropriate parameter values are obtained by fitting displacement-force curves. Using these parameters, a numerical method is presented by applying cohesive element to thermo-elastic-plastic finite element method （TEP-FEM） to simulate plate rigid restraint cracking （PRRC） tests. By changing constitutive relation of cohesive element, dimensions of the model and welding conditions, the influence of welding restraint intensity and welding conditions on the crack propagation are discussed, respectively. Three types of welding cold cracking are simulated. Significant influence of welding cold cracking on resistant stress in welding line is captured by this numerical method.

In this paper, a new reliable H-infinity filter design problem is proposed for a class of continuous-time sys- tems with sensor saturation and failures. Attention is focused on the analysis and synthesis problems of a full order reliable H-infinity filter such that the filtering error dynamics is asymptotically stable with a guaranteed disturbance rejection atten- uation level -y. It is shown that the filtering error dynamics obtained from the original system plus the filter can be modeled by a linear system with sector bounded nonlinearity. The design conditions are given in terms of solutions to a set of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）. These conditions are then considered in a convex optimization problem with LMIs constraints in order to design an optimal reliable H-infinity filter. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.

In powder-bed-based additive manufacturing,the quality of the powder bed is closely related to the geometry of the blade used during the powder spreading *** this study,the spreading process with the vertical blade,inclined blade,and round blade with different radii was performed by discrete element method to investigate the effects of blade geometry on powder *** results show that at the same spreading parameters,the round blade caused the highest density than inclined blade and vertical *** the round blade radius can improve the packing density of the powder bed,but it has little effect on the *** increase in packing density is related to the transitional smoothness of the blade surface at the entrance of the powder *** smoother the shape transition of the blade surface at the powder bed entrance,the powders enter the powder bed more gently,so more powders enter the powder bed,resulting in higher packing *** results may provide suggestions for improving the laser melting process.

OBJECTIVE To explore the changes of calretinin interneurons in APP/PS1 mouse model and their correlation with the pathological features of Alzheimer *** The morphological differences between the brain regions of control and transgenic(TG) mice were detected by Nissl *** immunofluorescence histochemistry and western blotting,the expression of related proteins was detected,including GAD65/67,calretinin and Aβ*** the same time,in terms of behavioral experiments,the motor ability,the level of fear and cognitive level of control and transgenic mice were tested through open-field test,elevated plus maze and novel object recognition(NOR) *** According to Nissl staining results,compared with the control group,the number of cells in glomerular layer(GL) and granule cell layer(GCL) of olfactory bulb in the TG group was significantly ***,in the hippocampus,compared with the control group,the ventral CA1 and CA3 is dysplastic in APP/PS1 ***,the morphology of subgranular zone(SGZ) layer cells in the dorsal DG significantly changed and the number of cells in hilar regions significantly decreased in the TG *** brain regions associated with cognition,including the piriform cortex,entorhinal cortex and the prefrontal cortex,showed no significant changes between the control and TG *** Western blotting experiment,compared with the control mice,it was found that the expression of GAD65/67 and calretinin in the olfactory bulb and hippocampus was significantly decreased in the TG *** detail,the level of the protein in the relevant brain regions was detected by immunofluorescence histochemistry(IHC).The expression of calretinin in GL of the olfactory bulb and the hippocampal DG region was significantly decreased,which was correlated with the distribution of Aβ1-42 by *** the part of functional behavioral experiment,compared with the control mice,the total distance of movement in 6 M TG group mice was sign
