The p-NiO/n-TiO2/polyaniline composites were synthesized via in situ polymerization of aniline. The structure and morphology of the composites were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction（XRD）, scanning electron microscopy（SEM）, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FTIR） and UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy. It was found that the p-n junction p-NiO/n-TiO2 particles were trapped in the polyaniline molecular matrix and the polyaniline was deposited on the surface of the particles to form a kind of flower cluster morphologies. The electrochemical behavior of the polyaniline composites was investigated. The electrochemical reactivity of the polyaniline was influenced by the p-NiO/n-TiO2 particles due to the effect of electron-hole pairs in these p-n junction particles. The reversibility of redox process and current intensity of the polyaniline composites with the changing of potential scan rate were also discussed.

Core,thin section,conventional and image logs are used to provide insights into distribution of fractures in fine grained sedimentary rocks of Permian Lucaogou Formation in Jimusar *** parallel fractures are common in fine grained sedimentary rocks which are characterized by layered *** and thin section analysis reveal that fractures in Lucaogou Formation include tectonic inclined fracture,bedding parallel fracture,and abnormal high pressure *** parallel fractures are abundant,but only minor amounts of them remain open,and most of them are partly to fully sealed by carbonate minerals(calcite)and *** parallel fractures result in a rapid decrease in resistivity,and they are recognized on image logs to extend along bedding planes and have discontinuous surfaces due to partly-fully filled resistive carbonate minerals as well as late stage dissolution.A comprehensive interpretation of distribution of bedding parallel fractures is performed with green line,red line,yellow line and blue line representing bedding planes,induced fractures,resistive fractures,and open(bedding and inclined)fractures,*** strike of bedding parallel fractures is coinciding with bedding *** parallel fractures are closely associated with the amounts of bedding planes,and high density of bedding planes favor the formation of bedding parallel *** dark and bright layers have the most abundant bedding parallel fractures on the image logs,and the bedding parallel fractures are always associated with low resistivity *** results above may help optimize sweet spots in fine grained sedimentary rocks,and improve future fracturing design and optimize well spacing.

In this paper,the authors propose Neumann series neural operator(NSNO)to learn the solution operator of Helmholtz equation from inhomogeneity coefficients and source terms to *** equation is a crucial partial differential equation(PDE)with applications in various scientific and engineering ***,efficient solver of Helmholtz equation is still a big challenge especially in the case of high ***,deep learning has shown great potential in solving PDEs especially in learning solution *** by Neumann series in Helmholtz equation,the authors design a novel network architecture in which U-Net is embedded inside to capture the multiscale *** experiments show that the proposed NSNO significantly outperforms the state-of-the-art FNO with at least 60%lower relative L^(2)-error,especially in the large wavenumber case,and has 50%lower computational cost and less data ***,NSNO can be used as the surrogate model in inverse scattering *** tests show that NSNO is able to give comparable results with traditional finite difference forward solver while the computational cost is reduced tremendously.

AIM: To review the application of nutrition support in patients after surgery for colorectal cancer, and to propose appropriate nutrition strategies. METHODS: A total of 202 consecutive surgical patients admitted to our hospital with a diagnosis of colon cancer or rectal cancer from January 2010 to July 2010, meeting the requirements of Nutrition Risk Screening 2002, were enrolled in our study. Laboratory tests were performed to analyze the nutrition status of each patient, and the clinical outcome variables, including postoperative complications, hospital stay, cost of hospitalization and postoperative outcome, were analyzed. RESULTS: The "non-risk" patients who did not receive postoperative nutrition support had a higher rate of postoperative complications than patients who received postoperative nutrition support (2.40 ± 1.51 vs 1.23 ± 0.60, P = 0.000), and had a longer postoperative hospital stay (23.00 ± 15.84 d vs 15.27 ± 5.89 d, P = 0.009). There was higher cost of hospitalization for patients who received preoperative total parenteral nutrition (TPN)than for patients who did not receive preoperative TPN (62 713.50 ± 5070.66 RMB Yuan vs 43178.00 ± 3596.68 RMB Yuan, P = 0.014). Applying postoperative enteral nutrition significantly shortened postoperative fasting time (5.16 ± 1.21 d vs 6.40 ± 1.84 d, P = 0.001) and postoperative hospital stay (11.92 ± 4.34 d vs 15.77 ± 6.03 d, P = 0.002). The patients who received postoperative TPN for no less than 7 d had increased serum glucose levels (7.59 ± 3.57 mmol/L vs 6.48 ± 1.32 mmol/L, P = 0.006) and cost of hospitalization (47 724.14 ± 16 945.17 Yuan vs 38 598.73 ± 8349.79 Yuan, P = 0.000). The patients who received postoperative omega-3 fatty acids had a higher rate of postoperative complications than the patients who did not (1.33 ± 0.64 vs 1.13 ± 0.49, P = 0.041). High level of serum glucose was associated with a high risk of postoperative complications of infection. CONCLUSION: Appropriate and moderate nutrition

Refinery sour water primarily originates from the tops of towers in various units and coker condensate,and cannot be discharged directly to a wastewater treatment plant due to high levels of chemical oxygen demand(COD)and organic sulfur *** after the recovery of H_(2)S from the sour water by the stripping process,the effluent still contains a high concentration of dissolved organic sulfur(DOS),which can have a huge bad *** chemical composition of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in refinery wastewater has been extensively studied,the investigation of recalcitrant DOS from sour waters remains *** the present study,chemical composition of sour water DOMs(especially DOS)was investigated using fluorescence spectroscopy(excitation-emission matrix,EEM)and mass spectrometry,including gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and high-resolution Orbitrap *** GC-MS and EEM results showed that volatile and low-aromaticity compounds were effectively removed during the stripping process,while compounds with high hydrophilicity and humification degree were found to be more *** Orbitrap MS results showed that weak-polar oxygenated sulfur compounds were easier to be removed than oxygenated ***,the effluent still contained significant amounts of sulfur-containing compounds with multiple sulfur atoms,particularly in the form of highly unsaturated and aromatic *** Orbitrap MS/MS results of CHOS-containing compounds from the effluent indicate that the sulfur atoms may exist as sulfonates,disulfide bonds,*** the composition and structure of sour water DOS is crucial for the development of effective treatment processes that can target polysulfide compounds and minimize their impact on the environment.

The compaction characteristics of gravelly soil are affected by gravel *** investigate the evolution and influencing mechanism of different gravel hardness on the compaction characteristics of gravelly soil,heavy compaction tests and crushing tests were conducted on gravelly soils with gravels originated from hard,soft and extremely soft *** to orthogonal experiments and variance analysis,it was found that hardness has a significant impact on the maximum dry density of gravelly soil,followed by gravel content,and lastly,moisture *** gravel compositions with an average saturated uniaxial compressive strength less than 60 MPa,the order of compacted maximum dry density is soft gravels>hard gravels>extremely soft *** type of gravelly soil has a threshold for gravel content,with 60%for hard and soft gravels and 50%for extremely soft *** these thresholds,the compacted dry density decreases *** is a certain interaction between hardness,gravel content,and moisture *** hardness increases the influence of gravel content,whereas lower hardness increases the influence of moisture *** soils with the coarse aggregate(CA)between 0.7 and 0.8 typically achieve higher dry densities after *** addition,the prediction equations for the particle breakage rate and CA ratio in the Bailey method were proposed to estimate the compaction performance of gravelly soil *** results further revealed the compaction mechanism of different gravelly soils and can provide reference for subgrade filling construction.

The integration of lightweight and high-modulus magnesium-based materials is becoming increasingly valued as structural materials due to the complexity and intelligence of industrial products like automobiles and *** this study,the graphene nanoplatelets(GNPs)/Mg-Zn-Zr composites with 0.5 wt%GNPs were successfully prepared by the combination of multidirectional forging(MDF)and hot extrusion(Ex).The newly-developed composites after multi-step deformation possessed excellent strength and modulus,with a tensile strength exceeding 375 MPa and an elastic modulus reaching 54 *** results revealed that the stripping and thinning of GNPs bands parallel to the extrusion direction occurred after MDF+Ex,which promoted the dynamic recrystallization and the formation of numerous fine *** significant improvement in comprehensive mechanical performances of the composites could be primarily ascribed to the refinement of grain size caused by the optimized distribution of GNPs,and efficient load transfer facilitated by the tight interface.
