Mammalian mitochondria have small genomes encoding very limited numbers of *** one thousand proteins and noncoding RNAs encoded by the nuclear genome must be imported from the cytosol into the ***,we report the identification of hundreds of circular RNAs(mecciRNAs)encoded by the mitochondrial *** provide both in vitro and in vivo evidence to show that mecciRNAs facilitate the mitochondrial entry of nuclear-encoded proteins by serving as molecular chaperones in the folding of imported *** components involved in mitochondrial protein and RNA importation,such as TOM40 and PNPASE,interact with mecciRNAs and regulate protein *** expression of mecciRNAs is regulated,and these transcripts are critical for the adaption of mitochondria to physiological conditions and diseases such as stresses and cancers by modulating mitochondrial protein *** and their associated physiological roles add categories and functions to the known eukaryotic circular RNAs and shed novel light on the communication between mitochondria and the nucleus.

Yield characteristics of japonicalindica hybrids rice in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in China

Although a lot of researches have been done on yield characteristics of japonica/indica hybrid rice,there is itte information on differences of yield characteristics between different types of *** determine common characteristics of japonical indica hybrid rice(JIHR)and identify the differences between different types of JIHR,the present study assessed yield characteristics,such as panicle trait,leaf area index(Lai),above-ground biomass accumulation,and nitrogen absorption and uilization,among three types of cultivar of *** our field experiments,three types of JIHR,e.g.,Yongyou,Chunyou and Jiayouzhongke,were divided,and each of them has two cultivars,which were used as materials,meanwhile,using conventional japonica rice(CJR)Wuyingjing 31 and Sujing 9 were as *** results showed that the mean yield of those JIHR was above 12 t ha^-1 in 2017 and 2018,and was 31.9 and 32.2%,respectively higher than that of CJR in the two *** number per panicle of JIHR resulted in high *** yield of JIHR was likely contributed to greater panicle number and more spikelets per *** yielding JIHR showed stronger tllering capacity,larger Lai and above-ground biomass accumulation from jointing to heading stages,which likely contributed to the higher number of spikelets per *** long duration from heading to maturity stages allowed more nitrogen accumulation of higher yielding JIHR.

居民消费潜力综合评估的非参数统计研究

以我国居民消费情况为综合评价研究对象,选取我国2010—2022年消费潜力四个主要评价指标的面板数据为研究案例,运用WRSR-熵权法对居民消费潜力综合指标静态分析,并运用灰色预测模型GM(1,1)对居民消费潜力影响因素进行动态预测计算和分析。研究显示,2010—2022年我国消费情况呈现稳步增长态势,居民人均可支配收入和人均GDP指数的增长对居民消费潜力的提高起到了重要的作用,同时消费价格指数的上升对消费潜力产生了一定的影响,需要注意的是,较高的失业率对居民消费潜力的影响比较明显,这些因素的作用不仅仅在这段时间内产生影响,在未来的消费潜力预测中也可能会继续发挥作用。该研究旨在拓宽居民消费情况的研究视域,丰富消费市场指标对居民消费潜力发展的影响力测度方法,为推动经济社会发展提供理论支持,为相关部门管理者提供科学合理的决策支持。

卵巢组织玻璃化冷冻及移植技术是保留生育功能的重要手段,尤其适用于需要接受性腺毒性治疗的年轻肿瘤女性和青春期前儿童。该技术涉及多个影响冷冻及移植效果的因素。在冷冻保护剂的选择上,成分、浓度及平衡时间均对冷冻效果有显著影响。卵巢组织的加工处理和冷冻载体的选择也是影响冷冻移植效果的关键因素之一。在解冻复苏过程中,需精细控制冷冻保护剂的去除速率,以防细胞受损。移植部位的选择可根据患者的实际需求决定。移植初期的缺血缺氧和氧化应激是导致卵泡丢失的重要因素,可通过使用促血管生成因子、干细胞、抗氧化剂等改善移植效果。除此之外,患者年龄、移植次数、妊娠方式等临床因素也会影响移植后的妊娠率。这些因素为优化卵巢组织冷冻移植的成功率提供了科学依据和实践指导,为未来的研究和临床实践提供了新的思路和方向。

In this paper,we firstly verify that if Mn is an n-dimensional complete self-shrinker with polynomial volume growth in Rn+1,and if the squared norm of the second fundamental form of M satisfies 0≤S-1≤1/18,then S≡1 and M is a round sphere or a *** generally,let M be a complete λ-hypersurface of codimension one with polynomial volume growth in Rn+1 with λ≠*** we prove that there exists a positive constant γ,such that if |λ|≤γ and the squared norm of the second fundamental form of M satisfies0≤S-βλ≤1/18,then S≡βλ,λ> 0 and M is a *** βλ=1/2(2+λ2+|λ|(λ2+4)1/2).

Broadband transient reflectivity traces were measured for Bi_2 Se_3 thin films with various substrates via a 400 nm pump–white-light-probe setup. We have verified the existence of a second Dirac surface state in Bi_2 Se_3 and qualitatively located it by properly analyzing the traces acquired at different probe wavelengths. Referring to the band structure of Bi_2 Se_3, the relaxation mechanisms for photo-excited electrons with different energies are also revealed and studied. Our results show a second rise of the transient reflection signal at the time scale of several picoseconds. The types of substrate can also significantly affect the dynamics of the rising signal. This phenomenon is attributed to the effect of lattice heating and coherent phonon processes. The mechanism study in this work will benefit the fabrication of high-performance photonic devices based on topological insulators.

In recent years, many industrial enterprises located in the urban centers of China have been relocated owing to the rapid increase in urban development. At the sites abandoned by these enterprises, volatile organic compounds have frequently been detected, sometimes at high concentrations, particularly at sites abandoned by chemical manufacturing enterprises. With the redevelopment of sites and changes in land-use tvpe associated with these sites, substantial amounts of contaminated soils now require remediation. ＂Since China is a developing country, soil remediation warrants the usage of techniques that are suitable for addressing the unique challenges faced in this country. Land shortage is a common problem in China; the large numbers of contaminated sites, tight development schedules, and limited financial resources necessitate the development of .cost-effective methods for land *** soil aeration is a simple, effective, and low-cost soil remediation tectm^que mat is particularly suitable for the remediation of large volatile organic compound-contaminated sites. Its effectiveness has been confirmed by conducting laboratory studies, pilot tests, and full-scale *** study reviews current engineei-ing practice and developmental trends of mechanical soil aeration and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of this technology for application in China as an emerging soil remediation market. The findings of this study might aid technology development in China, as well as assist other developing countries in the assessment and implementation of costeffective hazardous waste site soil remediation programs.

Nonlinear photoresponse of metallic graphene-like VSe2 ultrathin nanosheets for pulse laser generation

Vanadium diselenide(VSe2), a typical metallic behaviour material among transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs) family, exhibits excellent photoelectric characteristics with a zero band gap, missing applicaiotn in pulse generation. In this work, a high-quality VSe2 saturable absorber(SA) was synthesized through a liquid-phase exfoliation method. The saturable absorption of obtained VSe2-SA was characterized systematically. The measured modulation depth was 9.9%, and the saturated intensity was 533.8 μJ/cm2. By incorporating this optical modulator into a ytterbium-doped fiber laser cavity, a stable passively Q-switched laser could be achieved. The pulse had the central wavelength of 1064.03 nm. As the pump power was increased, the repetition rate increased from 24.3 k Hz to 35.6 k Hz, and the pulse duration decreased from7.21 μs to 5.27 μs. The output power had the maximum value of 28.55 m W. These results indicated that VSe2 is an effective candidate to generate pulse laser due to its excellent nonlinear optical properties and universal photoelectric response, which may advance the applications of VSe2-based nonlinear optics and photoelectric devices.
