We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the China jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:<3.2–7.5 eV.

目的研究中国儿童肺炎链球菌脑膜炎(pneumococcal meningitis,PM)的临床特征、转归和分离菌株肺炎链球菌(Streptococcus pneumoniae,SP)的药物敏感性。方法回顾性分析2019年1月—2020年12月全国33家三级甲等医院160例<15岁的PM住院患儿的临床信息、实验室资料和微生物学资料。结果160例PM患儿中,男103例,女57例;年龄15 d至15岁,其中3月龄至<3岁109例(68.1%)。脑脊液培养分离SP菌株95例(59.4%),血培养分离SP菌株57例(35.6%)。脑脊液宏基因组二代测序和脑脊液SP抗原检测阳性率分别为40%(35/87)、27%(21/78)。55例(34.4%)患儿存在1个或多个化脓性脑膜炎高危因素;113例(70.6%)患儿有1个或多个颅外感染病灶;18例(11.3%)有明确基础疾病。临床症状以发热最常见(147例,91.9%),其次是精神萎靡(98例,61.3%)、呕吐(61例,38.1%)等。69例(43.1%)患儿住院期间发生颅内并发症,常见并发症为硬膜下积液和/或积脓(43例,26.9%)、脑积水(24例,15.0%)、脑脓肿(23例,14.4%)、脑出血(8例,5.0%)。硬膜下积液和/或积脓和脑积水主要发生在<1岁患儿,分别为91%(39/43)、83%(20/24)。SP菌株对万古霉素(100%,75/75)、利奈唑胺(100%,56/56)、厄他培南(100%,6/6)完全敏感;对左氧氟沙星(81%,22/27)、莫西沙星(82%,14/17)、利福平(96%,25/26)和氯霉素(91%,21/23)敏感率高;对青霉素(16%,11/68)、克林霉素(6%,1/17)敏感率低;对红霉素完全耐药(100%,31/31)。痊愈和好转出院率分别为22.5%(36/160)、66.2%(106/160);18例(11.3%)出现不良结局。结论儿童PM多见于3月龄至<3岁婴幼儿,颅内并发症多发生在<1岁患儿,发热是PM患儿最常见的临床表现,硬膜下积液和/或积脓、脑积水是最常见的并发症。脑脊液非培养检测方法有助于提高病原菌检出率。超过10%PM患儿出现不良结局。SP菌株对万古霉素、利奈唑胺、厄他培南、左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星、利福平、氯霉素敏感率高。

Summary:In late December 2019,COVID-19 was firstly recognized in Wuhan,China and spread rapidly to all of the provinces of *** West Campus of Wuhan Union Hospital,the designated hospital to admit and treat the severe and critically ill COVID-19 cases,has treated a large number of such patients with great success and obtained lots of valuable experiences based on the Chinese guideline(V7.0).To standardize and share the treatment procedures of severe and critically ill cases,Wuhan Union Hospital has established a working group and formulated an operational recommendation,including the monitoring,early warning indicators,and several treatment principles for severe and critically ill *** treatment experiences may provide some constructive suggestions for treating the severe and critically ill COVID-19 cases all over the world.

Objective Several COVID-19 patients have overlapping comorbidities. The independent role of each component contributing to the risk of COVID-19 is unknown, and how some non-cardiometabolic comorbidities affect the risk of COVID-19 remains *** A retrospective follow-up design was adopted. A total of 1,160 laboratory-confirmed patients were enrolled from nine provinces in China. Data on comorbidities were obtained from the patients’ medical records. There is considerable potential for integrating transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),programmed death-(ligand)1(PD-[L]1)inhibitors,and molecular targeted treatments(MTT)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is necessary to investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of TACE combined with PD-(L)1 inhibitors and MTT in real-world *** this nationwide,retrospective,cohort study,826 HCC patients receiving either TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT(combination group,n=376)or TACE monotherapy(monotherapy group,n=450)were included from January 2018 to May *** primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS)according to modified *** secondary outcomes included overall survival(OS),objective response rate(ORR),and *** performed propensity score matching approaches to reduce bias between two *** matching,228 pairs were included with a predominantly advanced disease *** PFS in combination group was 9.5 months(95%confidence interval[CI],8.4-11.0)versus 8.0 months(95%CI,6.6-9.5)(adjusted hazard ratio[HR],0.70,P=0.002).OS and ORR were also significantly higher in combination group(median OS,19.2[16.1-27.3]vs.15.7 months[13.0-20.2];adjusted HR,0.63,P=0.001;ORR,60.1%vs.32.0%;P<0.001).Grade 3/4 adverse events were observed at a rate of 15.8%and 7.5%in combination and monotherapy groups,*** results suggest that TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT could significantly improve PFS,OS,and ORR versus TACE monotherapy for Chinese patients with predominantly advanced HCC in real-world practice,with an acceptable safety profile.

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

Background and Aims:Chronic hepatitis B(CHB)can cause liver fibrosis and lead to cirrhosis and *** the effectiveness of antiviral therapy to reverse liver fibrosis is limited,We aimed to evaluate the effect of An-Luo-Hua-Xian pill(ALHX)on fibrosis regression in CHB patients treated with entecavir(ETV).Methods:Treatment-naïve patients with CHB were randomly treated with ETV alone or combined with ALHX(ETV+ALHX)between October 1,2013 and December 31,***,laboratory,and liver histology data before and after 78 weeks of treatment were *** Ishak fibrosis score(F)was used and fibrosis regression required a decrease in F of≥1 after ***:A total of 780 patients were enrolled,and 394 with a second liver biopsy after treatment were included in the per-protocol population,132 in ETV group and 262 in ETV+ALHX *** 78 weeks of treatment,the fibrosis regression rate in the ETV+ALHX group was significantly higher than that of the ETV group at baseline F≥3 patients:124/211(58.8%)vs.45/98(45.9%),p=*** percentage of patients with a decreased liver stiffness measurement(LSM)was higher in the ETV+ALHX group:156/211(73.9%)vs.62/98(63.%),p=*** regression analysis showed that ETV combined with ALHX was associated with fibrosis regression[odds ratio(OR)=1.94,p=0.018],and a family history of hepatocellular carcinoma was on the contrary.(OR=0.41,p=0.031).Conclusions:ETV combined with ALHX increased liver fibrosis regression in CHB patients.
