Based on a Tweedie-type formula developed under the Laplace distribution,this paper proposes a new bias-corrected estimator of the regression parameters in a simple linear model when the measurement error follows a Laplace *** sample properties,including the consistency and the asymptotic normality,are *** finite sample performance of the proposed estimators are evaluated via simulation studies,as well as comparison studies with some existing estimation procedures.

The partially linear single-index model(PLSIM) is a flexible and powerful model for analyzing the relationship between the response and the multivariate covariates. This paper considers the PLSIM with measurement error possibly in all the variables. The authors propose a new efficient estimation procedure based on the local linear smoothing and the simulation-extrapolation method,and further establish the asymptotic normality of the proposed estimators for both the index parameter and nonparametric link function. The authors also carry out extensive Monte Carlo simulation studies to evaluate the finite sample performance of the new method, and apply it to analyze the osteoporosis prevention data.

In the YW threshold proxy quantum signature scheme proposed by Yang and Wen,it is found that the basic signature key is the same as the basic verification key,which means that the bitwise exclusive OR(XOR) of the t proxy signature keys is exactly the XOR of the t proxy verification ***,the proxy signers can deny their signature and the specific verifiers can forge a legal ***,an attacker can obtain a legal threshold proxy signature for an arbitrary new *** findings show that there are hidden security loopholes that should be carefully constructed in designing more efficent YW-scheme.

Background:Y-box binding protein 1(YB1)is a multifunctional transcription factor with vital roles in proliferation,differentiation and ***:To Study the role of Y-box binding protein 1 C-terminal domain(YB1 CTD)in proliferation,angiogenesis and tumorigenicity in breast ***:SK-BR-3 breast cancer cell line was transfected with GFP-tagged YB1 CTD adenovirus expression vector,MTS proliferation assay,transwell,angiogenesis,cytoskeleton staining and ELISA were used to assess the vital role of YB1 CTD in proliferation,angiogenesis and tumorigenicity of SK-BR-3 breast cancer cell ***:MTS proliferation assay showed that YB1 CTD decreased SK-BR-3 cell proliferation and down-regulated of cyclin B1 and up-regulated of p21 levels in SK-BR-3 ***1 CTD overexpression changed cytoskeleton organization and slightly inhibited migration of SK-BR-3 ***,YB1 CTD inhibited secreted VEGF expressions in SK-BR-3cells,which decreased SK-BR-3-induced ***926 endothelial cell angiogenesis in ***1 CTD overexpression attenuated the ability of SK-BR-3 cells to form tumors in nude mice,and decreased in vivo serum VEGF levels and angiogenesis in SK-BR-3 tumor bearing ***:Taken together,our findings demonstrate the vital role of YB1 CTD in inhibiting proliferation,angiogenesis and tumorigenicity of SK-BR-3 breast cancer cell line.

Zeolitic Imidazolate Framework-8(ZIF-8)material was prepared by chemical precipitation *** microstructure and physical properties of the as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD,BET,FESEM and UV *** self-made four-channel measurement device was used to test the gas sensitivity of ZIF-8 material toward ethanol gas under photo-thermal synergistic *** results showed that the sample was typical ZIF-8(E_(g)=4.96 eV)with a regular dodecahedron shape and the specific surface is up to 1793 m^(2)/*** as-prepared ZIF-8 has a gas response value of 55.04 to 100 ppm ethanol at 75℃ and it shows good gas sensing selectivity and repeated *** excellent gas sensitivity can be attributed to the increase of free electron concentration in the ZIF-8 conduction band by photo-thermal synergistic excitation,and the large specific surface area of ZIF-8 material provides more active sites for gas-solid surface *** reaction mechanism of ZIF-8 material under multi-field excitation was also discussed.
