Atomic layer deposition(ALD)can be used for wafer-scale synthesis of 2D *** this paper,a novel,reliable,secure,low-cost,and high-efficiency process for the fabrication of MoS2 is introduced and *** resulting 2D materials show high carrier-mobility as well as excellent electrical *** molybdenum pentachloride(MoCl5)and hexamethyldisilathiane(HMDST)as ALD precursors,thickness-controlled MoS2 films are uniformly deposited on a 50 mm sapphire and a 100 mm silica *** is done with a high growth-rate(up to 0.90Å/cycle).Large-scale top-gated FET arrays are fabricated using the films,with a room-temperature mobility of 0.56 cm2/(V·s)and a high on/off current ratio of *** electrical uniformity is observed in the whole sapphire ***,logical circuits,including inverters,NAND,AND,NOR,and OR gates,are realized successfully with a high-k HfO2 dielectric *** inverters exhibit a fast response frequency of 50 Hz and a DC-voltage gain of 4 at VDD=4 *** results indicate that the new method has the potential to synthesize high quality MoS2 films on a large-scale,with hypo-toxicity and enhanced efficiency,which can facilitate a broader range of applications in the future.

To understand the geochemical characteristics of iron and sulfur and the extent of iron-sulfide minerals influencing heavy metal behaviour in metal-polluted sediments of Talhu Lake, two sites, in Meiliang Bay （ML） and Wuli Lake （WL）, were selected to study the fractionation of iron, sulfur and related heavy metals. There were relatively high concentrations of Fe^2＋ and low concentrations of total S^2- in porewaters, indicating that conditions in these sediments favored iron reduction. The concentrations of acid volatile sulfides in sediments were 1.9-9.6 μmol g^-1 at ML and 1.0-11.7 μmool g^-1 at WL, both in the range of values detected in unpolluted lakes. Pyrite-S was 10.2-49.4 μmol g^-1 at ML and 10.3- 33.0 μmol g^-1 at WL, accounting for more than 69% of the reduced inorganic sulfur at both sites. The low degree of sulphidization （〈 14%） and pyritization （〈 10%） indicate that sulfate may be the limiting factor for pyrite formation. The extractability of Mn, Cu, Pb, Zn, Ni, and Cr in sediments all suggest that sulfides are not the major binding phase for these metals during early diagenesis. Sulfur may play a modest role in the geochemistry of iron and traced metals in the sediments.

The full Navier-Stokes-Fourier system with mixed boundary condition that describes the motion of shear-thinning and incompressible viscous fluid in a rotating multi-screw extruder is investigated. The viscosity is assumed to depend on the shear rate and the temperature. The global existence of suitable weak solutions is established. The fictitious domain method which consists in filling the moving rigid screws with the surrounding fluid and taking into account the boundary conditions on these bodies by introducing a well-chosen distribution of boundary forces is used.

The title compound 2-[2-(4-fluorobenzylidene)hydrazinyl]-4-(1-methyl-1 H-indol-3-yl)thieno[3,2-d] pyrimidine(8) was synthesized by the condensation of 4-fluorobenzaldehyde(7) with 2-hydrazinyl-4-(1-methyl-1 H-indol-3-yl)thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine(6). This intermediate was prepared from methyl 3-aminothiophene-2-carboxylate(1) by the condensation with urea, chlorination with phosphorus oxychloride and then condensation with hydrazine hydrate. The crystal of 8 belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 14.0453(18), b = 17.436(2), c = 18.0982(17) ? and β = 122.969(7)°. In addition, 8 possesses marked inhibition against the proliferation of human colon cancer cell line HT-29(IC50 = 6.09 μM) and human gastric cancer cell line MKN45(IC50 = 3.04 μM), displaying promising anticancer activity.

The turnover of phosphorus （P） in lake sediments, a major cause of eutrophication and subsequent deterioration of water quality, is in need of deep understanding. In this study, effects of resuspension on P release were studied in cylindrical microcosms with Yshape apparatus. The results indicated that there was a positive correlation between flux of suspended substance across sediment-water interface （Fss） and the wind speed, and an increasing Fss during each wind process followed by a steady state. The maximal Fss under fight, moderate, and strong wind conditions were 299.9±41.1,573.4±61.7, and 2093.8±215.7 g/m^2, respectively. However, flux of P across sediment-water interface （Fp） did not follow a similar pattern as Fss responding to wind intensity, which increased and reached the maximum in initial 120 rain for fight wind, then decreased gradually, with maximal flux of 9.4±1.9 mg/m^2. A rapid increase of Fp at the first 30 rain was observed under moderate wind, with maximal flux of 11.2±0.6 mg/m^2. Surprisingly, strong wind caused less Fp than under light and moderate wind conditions with maximal flux of 3.5±0.9 mg/m^2. Fss in water column declined obviously during the sedimentation process after winds, but Fp varied with wind regime. No obvious difference was detected on Fp after 8 h sedimentation process, compared with the initial value, which means little redundant P left in the water column after winds.
