Commercial V_(2)O_(5)-based catalysts have been successfully applied in NH_(3) selective catalytic reduction(NH_(3)-SCR)of NO_(x) from power stations,but their poor alkali-resistance restrains the wider application in nonelectrical *** this study,NO_(x) reduction against alkali poisoning over V_(2)O_(5)/TiO_(2) is greatly improved via Ce(SO_(4))_(2) *** has been originally demonstrated that Ce^(4+)-SO_(4)^(2−)pair sites play crucial roles in improving NO_(x) reduction against alkali poisoning over V_(2)O_(5)/TiO_(2) *** strong interaction between V species and Ce sites of Ce^(4+)-SO_(4)^(2−)pairs triggers the reaction between NH_(4)^(+) species and gaseous NO via Eley-Rideal(E-R)reaction *** K-poisoning,the SO_(4)^(2−)sites of Ce^(4+)-SO_(4)^(2−)pairs as protective sites strongly bond with K and thus maintain the high reaction efficiency via the E-R reaction *** work demonstrates an effective strategy to enhance NO_(x) reduction against alkali poisoning over catalysts via constructing Ce^(4+)-SO_(4)^(2−)pair sites,contributing to developing alkali-resistant SCR catalysts for practical application in nonelectrical industries.

Semi-volatile organic compounds in a museum in China:A non-targeted screening approach

Non-targeted analysis(NTA)was conducted to identify semi-volatile organic compounds(SVOCs)in a museum in China using the gas chromatography(GC)-Orbitrap-mass spectrometer(MS).Approximately 160 SVOCs were detected,of which 93 had not been reported in previous studies of museum *** of the detected SVOCs were found to be associated with the chemical agents applied in conservation treatment and the materials used in *** results of hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA)indicated a spatial variation of SVOCs in the indoor air in the museum,but there were no obvious temporal differences of SVOCs observed in indoor ***'s correlation analysis showed that several classes of SVOCs were well correlated,suggesting their common *** and plasticizers were found to be the primary sources of SVOC pollution detected in the *** with compounds in outdoor air,indoor SVOCs had a lower level of unsaturation and more portions of chemically reduced *** study is the first of its kind to comprehensively characterize SVOCs in a museum using an automated NTA approach with *** SVOCs identified in the current study are likely to be present in other similar museums;therefore,further examination of their potential impacts on cultural heritage artifacts,museum personnel,and visitors may be warranted.

Concerning the high demand for lightweight and multifunctional properties of engineering structures, the coral skeleton-inspired sheet-based(CSS) structure, which was a novel bio-mimicking coral skeleton wall-septa architecture with a unique ability to resist wave shocks was fabricated using NiTi alloy by laser powder bed fusion(lPBF) technology. The effects of laser energy density(lED) on surface morphologies, microstructures, phase transformation behavior, and mechanical properties of lPBFfabricated CSS structures were systematically investigated. The results indicated that the size deviation was predominantly governed by powder adhesion and step effect. NiTi CSS structures with lED of 71 J·mm~(-3)possessed superior compressive modulus(~400 MPa), ultimate strength(~13 MPa), and energy absorption efficiency(~69%). The compression fracture mechanism of the lPBF-fabricated NiTi CSS structures was revealed to be predominantly brittle fracture accompanied by ductile fracture. Furthermore, the Ni_4Ti_3 nanoprecipitates induced the precipitation strengthening effect, enabl.ng better shape memory response at lED of 71 J·mm~(-3), with a recoverable strain of 3.63% and recovery ratio of 90.8%, after heating under a pre-strain of 4%. This study highlights the importance of a bionic design strategy for enhancing the mechanical properties of NiTi components and offers the possibility to tailor its functional properties.

Grid-based recommendation algorithms view users and items as abstract nodes,and the information utilised by the algorithm is hidden in the selection relationships between users and *** these relationships can be easily handled,much useful information is overlooked,resulting in a less accurate recommendation *** aim of this paper is to propose improvements on the standard substance diffusion algorithm,taking into account the influence of the user’s rating on the recommended item,adding a moderating factor,and optimising the initial resource allocation vector and resource transfer matrix in the recommendation *** average ranking score evaluation index is introduced to quantify user satisfaction with the recommendation *** are conducted on the Movielens training dataset,and the experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms classical collaborative filtering systems and network structure based recommendation systems in terms of recommendation accuracy and hit rate.

Interspecific competition is an important factor in the population dynamics and geographical distribution of insect *** armyworm(FAW),Spodoptera frugiperda,an invasive species,and the Asian corn borer(ACB),Ostrinia furnacalis,a native pest species are major pests on maize in China,posing a threat to maize yield and grain quality.A series of laboratory,greenhouse,and field experiments were conducted to elucidate the competitive interactions between FAW and *** the laboratory experiments,FAW exhibited aggressive behaviors more frequently when compared with ACB,while the latter species exhibited defense behaviors more *** intraspecific competition was recorded in the FAW conspecific rather than in ACB,particularly in the 6th larval *** had a higher interspecific competitive advantage through intraguild predation over ACB,resulting in partial or complete displacement ACB when initially the ratio of the 2 species was 1:*** interspecific competition also had significantly influenced on the population parameters,defensive enzymes,and nutrient of these 2 *** interaction proved that the response of superoxide,catalase,and soluble protein in FAW were significantly increased,whereas the total sugar content in both species was substantially *** rate,and the plant damage that co-infested by both species varied significantly among the sequential combinations under greenhouse and field *** consistently exhibited stronger intraspecific aggression than ACB under laboratory and field conditions when co-existing on the same feeding *** findings contribute to efforts toward the improvement of integrated pest management programs for FAW,in decision making for invasive and native pests’management strategies to reduce the high risks of FAW and ACB outbreaks.

The stable coordinated metallo-complexes based on 2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine(tpy)and its derivatives have been widely researched for various wide-ranging applications in photoelectronics,catalysis,sensor,photoluminescence,and so ***,the most reported studies ignored the comprehensive comparison between structures modified by different positions and ***,we design a series of metallo-complexes which were assembled with tpy substituted triphenylamine(TPA)at different positions and metal ions and explored their photophysical *** the solution state,MlE_(2)based on the 5,5″-positions modification showed the highest PlQYs and Pl *** the increase of solvent polarity,MlB2exhibit the largest *** the solid state,from MlA_(2)to MlE_(2),the emission colours are gradually red-shifted from yellow to *** findings in this work may pave a new way to design functional metallo-complexes,not just for Pl properties.

Prostate cancer(PCa)is considered as an age-related disease and accounts for the most prevalence of urinary malignancies in men.1 We previously analyzed the cellular landscape of tumor microenvironment in PCa patients,where we found that cancer-related fibroblasts might play an important role in tumorigenesis and the development of PCa and tumor-associated macrophage(TAM)could function synergistically with them.2 Thus,we further integrated single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing with meta-analysis to specify the prognostic effect of TAM on PCa and construct molecular subgroups and predictive index to guide clinical practice.
