Deep insight of unique phase transition behaviors and mechanism in Zr_(2)Co-h isotope system with ultra-low equilibrium pressure

Efficient capture,safe storage and release of tritium from the international thermonuclear experimental reactor(ITER) reaction exhaust gas is a perplexing problem,and the development of an efficient tritium-getter material with ultra-low hydrogenation equilibrium pressure is considered as a reliable *** this work,Zr_(2)Co alloy was selected as a tritium-getter material and prepared through induction levitation *** performance test results show that Zr_(2)Co exhibits an ultra-low hydrogenation equilibrium pressure of 3.22 × 10^(-6) Pa at 25℃ and excellent hydriding kinetics under a low hydrogen pressure of 0.005 ***,unique phase transition behaviors were presented in Zr_(2)Co-h ***,Zr_(2)Coh_(5) formed by Zr_(2)Co hydrogenated at room temperature is initially decomposed into Zrh_(2) and ZrCoh_(3) at200 ℃.With the temperature increasing to 350 ℃,ZrCoh_(3)is dehydrogenated to ZrCo,and then ZrCo further reacts with Zrh_(2) at 650 ℃ to reform Zr_(2)Co and *** the staged phase transition pathways during dehydrogenation,the decomposition of Zr_(2)Coh_(5) occurs preferentially,which is well accordance with both the smallest reaction energy barrier and the maximum reaction spontaneity that are determined respectively from kinetics activation energy and thermodynamics Gibbs free ***,first principles calculation results indicate that the stronger binding of hydrogen in interstitial environments of ZrCoh_(3)and Zrh_(2) triggers the hydrogen-stabilized phase transformation of Zr_(2)Coh_(5).The unique phase transition mechanisms in Zr_(2)Co-h system can shed light on the further exploration and regulation of analogous staged phase transition of hydrogen storage materials.

Endoscopic treatment of biliopancreatic pathology in patients with Whipple's pancreaticoduodenectomy surgical variants: Lessons learned from single-balloon enteroscopy-assisted ERCP

Background: Endoscopic treatment of biliopancreatic pathology is challenging due to surgically altered anatomy after Whipple's pancreaticoduodenectomy. This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility and safety of single-balloon enteroscopy-assisted endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(SBE-ERCP) to treat biliopancreatic pathology in patients with Whipple's pancreaticoduodenectomy surgical variants. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 106 SBE-ERCP procedures in 46 patients with Whipple's variants. Technical and clinical success rates and adverse events were evaluated. Results: Biliary SBE-ERCP was performed in 34 patients and pancreatic SBE-ERCP in 17, including 5 with both indications. From a total of 106 SBE-ERCP procedures, 76 were biliary indication with technical success rate of 68/76(90%) procedures and clinical success rate of 30/34(88%) patients. Mild adverse event rate was 8/76(11%), without serious adverse events. From a total of 106 SBE-ERCP procedures, 30 were pancreatic indication with technical success rate of 24/30(80%) procedures( P = 0.194 vs. biliary SBEERCP) and clinical success rate of 11/17(65%) patients( P = 0.016 vs. biliary SBE-ERCP). Mild adverse event rate was 6/30(20%)( P = 0.194 vs. biliary SBE-ERCP), without serious adverse events. After SBE-ERCP failure, endoscopic ultrasound-guided drainage, percutaneous drainage and redo surgery were alternative therapeutic options. Conclusions: Biliopancreatic pathology after Whipple's pancreaticoduodenectomy variants can be treated using SBE-ERCP without serious adverse events. Technical and clinical success rates are high for biliary indications, whereas clinical success rate of pancreatic indications is significantly lower. SBE-ERCP can be considered as first-line treatment option in this patient group with surgically altered anatomy.

Aggregation-induced emission(AIE)is a unique phenomenon whereby aggregation of molecules induces fluorescence emission as opposed to the more commonly known aggregation-caused quenching(ACQ).AIE has the potential to be utilized in the large-scale production of AIE-active polymeric materials because of their wide range of practical applications such as stimuli-responsive sensors,biological imaging agents,and drug delivery *** is evident from the increasing number of publications over the years since AIE was first *** addition,the evergrowing interest in this field has led many researchers around the world to develop new and creative methods in the design of monomers,initiators and crosslinkers,with the goal of broadening the scope and utility of AIE *** of the most promising approaches to the design and synthesis of AIE polymers is the use of the reversible-deactivation radical polymerization(RDRP)techniques,which enabled the production of well-controlled AIE materials that are often difficult to achieve by other *** this review,a summary of some recent works that utilize RDRP for AIE polymer design and synthesis is presented,including(i)the design of AIE-related monomers,initiators/crosslinkers;the achievements in preparation of AIE polymers using(ii)reversible addition–fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)technique;(iii)atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP)technique;(iv)other techniques such as Cu(0)-RDRP technique and nitroxide-mediated polymerization(NMP)technique;(v)the possible applications of these AIE polymers,and finally(vi)a summary/perspective and the future direction of AIE polymers.

IMTNet: Improved Multi-Task Copy-Move Forgery Detection Network with Feature Decoupling and Multi-Feature Pyramid

Copy-Move Forgery Detection (CMFD) is a technique that is designed to identify image tampering and locate suspicious areas. however, the practicality of the CMFD is impeded by the scarcity of datasets, inadequate quality and quantity, and a narrow range of applicable tasks. These limitations significantly restrict the capacity and applicability of CMFD. To overcome the limitations of existing methods, a novel solution called IMTNet is proposed for CMFD by employing a feature decoupling approach. Firstly, this study formulates the objective task and network relationship as an optimization problem using transfer learning. Furthermore, it thoroughly discusses and analyzes the relationship between CMFD and deep network architecture by employing ResNet-50 during the optimization solving phase. Secondly, a quantitative comparison between fine-tuning and feature decoupling is conducted to evaluate the degree of similarity between the image classification and CMFD domains by the enhanced ResNet-50. Finally, suspicious regions are localized using a feature pyramid network with bottom-up path augmentation. Experimental results demonstrate that IMTNet achieves faster convergence, shorter training times, and favorable generalization performance compared to existing methods. herein,we present a deep-learning technique for reconstructing the dark-matter density field from the redshift-space distribution of dark-matter *** built a UNet-architecture neural network and trained it using the COmoving Lagrangian Acceleration fast simulation,which is an approximation of the N-body simulation with 5123 particles in a box size of 500 h^(-1)***,we tested the resulting UNet model not only with training-like test samples but also with standard N-body simulations,such as the Jiutian simulation with 61443particles in a box size of 1000 h^(-1)Mpc and the ELUCID simulation,which.h.s a different *** real-space dark-matter density fields in the three simulations can be reconstructed reliably with only a small reduction of the cross-correlation power spectrum at 1%and 10%levels at k=0.1 and 0.3 h Mpc-1,*** reconstruction clearly helps to correct for redshift-space distortions and is unaffected by the different cosmologies between the training(Planck2018)and test samples(WMAP5).Furthermore,we tested the application of the UNet-reconstructed density field to obtain the velocity&tidal field and found that this approach provides better results compared with the traditional approach based on the linear bias model,showing a 12.2%improvement in the correlation slope and a 21.1%reduction in the scatter between the predicted and true ***,our method is highly efficient and has excellent extrapolation reliability beyond the training *** provides an ideal solution for determining the three-dimensional underlying density field from the plentiful galaxy survey data.

The ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR)is crucial in direct alcohol fuel cells and chemical ***,the electro-oxidation of ethanol molecules to produce acetaldehyde and carbon monoxide can poison the active sites of nanocatalysts,resulting in reduced performance and posing challenges in achieving high activity and selectivity for ethanol *** this study,we employed a dynamic seed-mediated method to precisely modify highly dispersed Ru sites onto well-defined Pd *** oxyphilic Ru sites serve as"Oh valves",regulating water dissociation,while the surrounding Pd atomic arrangements control electronic states for the oxidation dehydrogenation of carbonaceous ***,Ru0.040@Pd nanocubes(Ru:Pd=0.04 at.%),featuring(100)facets in Ru-Pd4 configurations,demonstrate an outstanding mass activity of 6.53 A·mgPd^(-1) in EOR under alkaline conditions,which is 6.05 times higher than that of the commercial Pd/C catalyst(1.08 A·mgPd-1).Through in-situ experiments and theoretical investigations,we elucidate that the hydrophilic Ru atoms significantly promote the dynamic evolution of h_(2)O dissociation into Ohads species,while the electron redistribution from Ru to adjacent Pd concurrently adjusts the selective oxidation of C_(2) *** host-guest interaction accelerates the subsequent oxidation of carbonaceous intermediates(Ch_(3)CO_(ads))to acetate,while preventing the formation of toxic*Chx and*CO species,which constitutes the rate-determining step.

Recyclable high-performance Carbon Fiber Reinforced Epoxy Composites Based on Dithioacetal Covalent Adaptive Network

Recycling of carbon fiber reinforced composites is important for sustainable development and the circular economy. Despite the use of dynamic chemistry, developing high-strength recyclable CFRPs remains a major challenge due to the mutual exclusivity between the dynamic and mechanical properties of materials. here, we developed a high-strength recyclable epoxy resin (hREP) based on dynamic dithioacetal covalent adaptive network using diglycidyl ether bisphenol A (DGEBA), pentaerythritol tetra(3-mercapto-propionate) (PETMP), and vanillin epoxy resin (VEPR). At high temperatures, the exchange reaction of thermally activated dithioacetals accelerated the rearrangement of the network, giving it significant reprocessing ability. Moreover, hREP exhibited excellent solvent resistance due to the increased cross-linking density. Using this high-strength recyclable epoxy resin as the matrix and carbon fiber modified with.h.perbranched ionic liquids (hBP-AMIM+PF6-) as the reinforcing agent, high performance CFRPs were successfully prepared. The tensile strength, interfacial shear strength (IFSS) and interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) of the optimized formulation (hREP20/CF-hBPPF6) were 1016.1, 70.8 and 76.0 MPa, respectively. In addition, the CFRPs demonstrated excellent solvent and acid/alkali-resistance. The CFRPs could completely degrade within 24 h in DMSO at 140 degrees C, and the recycled CF still maintained the same tensile strength and ILSS as the original after multiple degradation cycles.
