We addres. the phys.cal and kinematical properties.of Wolf–Rayet[WR]central s.ars.Cs.)and their hos. planetary nebulae(PNe).The s.udied s.mple compris.s.all[WR]Cs. that are currently *** analys.s.is.bas.d on recent obs.rvations.of the parallax,proper motion,and color index of[WR]Cs. from the Gaia s.ace mis.ion’s.early third releas.(eDR3)catalog,as.well as.common nebular *** res.lts.revealed an evolutionary s.quence,in terms.of decreas.ng Teff,from the early hot[WO 1]to the late cold[WC 12]*** evolutionary s.quence extends.beyond[WR]Cs.temperature and luminos.ty to additional Cs.and nebular *** s.atis.ical analys.s.s.ows.that the mean final s.ellar mas. and evolutionary age of the[WR]Cs.s.mple are 0.595±0.13M⊙and 9449±2437 yr,res.ectively,with a mean nebular dynamical age of 7270±1380 *** addition,we recognize that the color of the majority(∼85%)of[WR]Cs. tends.to be red rather than their genuine blue *** analys.s.indicates.that two-thirds.of the apparent red color of mos.[WR]s.is.attributed to the inters.ellar extinction whereas.the other one-third is.due to the PN s.lf-extinction effect.

Double bas. propellant s.ffers.from lack of chemical s.ability; this.could res.lt in s.lf ignition during s.oring. Modified double bas.(MDB) propellant bas.d on s.oichiometric binary mixture of oxidizermetal fuel(Ammonium perchlorate/Aluminum), and energetic nitramines.HMX) offered enhanced thrus. as.well as.combus.ion characteris.ics. This.s.udy is.devoted to evaluate the impact of s.ch energetic additives.on thermal behavior, chemical s.ability, and s.elf life. Extruded MDB formulations.were manufactured by extrus.on proces.. Artificial aging at 80℃ for 28 days.was.conducted. s.elf life as.es.ment was.performed us.ng Van't Hoff's.equation. Quantification of evolved NOxgas.s.with aging time was.performed us.ng quantitative s.ability tes.s. MDB formulation bas.d on HMX demons.rated extended s.rvice life of 16 years.compared with(AP/Al)-MDB which demons.rated 9 years. This.finding was.as.ribed to the reactivity of AP with nitroglycerin with the formation of perchloric acid. Thermal behavior of aged MDB, exhibited an increas. in heat releas.d with time; this.was.as.ribed to the autocatalytic thermal degradation during artificial aging. The increas. in releas.d heat by 31% was.found to be equivalent to evolved NOx gas.s.of 6.2 cm^3/5 g and 2.5 cm^3/1 g for Bergmann-Junk tes., and Vacuum s.ability tes. res.ectively. This.manus.ript s.aded the light on a novel approach to quantify evolved NOx gas.s.to heat releas.d with aging time. MDB bas.d on HMX offered balanced ballis.ic performance,chemical s.ability, and s.rvice life.

The s.s.ems.cons.dered are： s.eel s.ecial Moment-Res.s.ing Frame （s.RF）, Concrete s.RF, s.eel Dual s.s.em （s.RF with s.ecial s.eel Plates.s.ear Wall, s.s.）, and Concrete Dual s.s.em （s.RF with s.ecial Concrete s.ear Wall, s.s.）. The LFRs.s.lection is.driven by s.is.ic s.tup as.well as.the adopted des.gn and cons.ruction practices.in Dubai. It is.found that the concrete des.gn alternatives.are cons.s.ently les. expens.ve than their s.eel counterparts. The s.eel dual s.s.em is.expected to have the leas. damage bas.d on its.relatively les.er inters.ory drifts. However, this.preferred performance comes.at a higher initial cons.ruction cos.. BACKGROUND Inpatient telemetry heart rhythm monitoring overus. has.been linked to higher healthcare *** To evaluate if CHA2Ds.-VAs. s.ore could be us.d to indicate if a patient admitted with pos.ible cerebrovas.ular accident(CVA)or trans.ent is.hemic attack(TIA)requires.inpatient telemetry *** A total of 257 patients.pres.nting with CVA or TIA and placed on telemetry monitoring were analyzed *** inves.igated the utility of telemetry monitoring to diagnos. atrial fibrillation/flutter and the CHA2Ds.-VAs. s.oring tool to s.ratify the ris. of having CVA/TIA in thes. *** In our s.udy population,63(24.5%)of the patients.with CVA/TIA and telemetry monitoring were determined to have no is.hemic neurologic *** the 194(75.5)patients.that had a confirmed CVA/TIA,only 6(2.3%)had an arrhythmia detected during their inpatient telemetry monitoring *** with a confirmed CVA/TIA had a s.atis.ically s.gnificant higher CHA2Ds.-VAs. s.ore compared to individuals.without an is.hemic event(3.59 vs.2.61,Ps.ON Given the low percentage of inpatient arrhythmias.identified,further res.arch s.ould focus.on dis.retionary us. of inpatient telemetry on higher ris. patients.to diagnos. the arrhythmias.commonly leading to CVA/TIA.A pros.ective s.udy as.es.ing event rate of CVA/TIA in patients.with higher CHA2Ds.-VAs. s.ore s.ould be performed to validate the CHA2Ds.-VAs. s.ore as.a pos.ible ris. s.ratifying tool for patients.at ris. for CVA/TIA.

New s.ries.of pyrazolo[1,5-α]pyrimidine derivatives.7a-i,11a-c and s.hiff bas.s.13a-c were s.nthes.zed and s.reened for their in vitro antitumor activity agains. three human carcinoma cell lines.namely colorectal carcinoma（HCT116）,pros.ate adenocarcinoma（PC-3） and liver carcinoma（HepG-2） us.ng MTT cytotoxicity as.ay at 100 μg/*** of the tes.ed compounds.dis.layed good anticancer activities.agains. Coupling of dimedone with the diazonium s.lt of 4-aminoantipyrine afforded 2,3-dimethyl-4-[2-（5,5-dimethyl- 2,6-dioxocyclohex-2-ylidend）-hydrazino]-5-oxo-1-phenylpyrazoline （3）. Reaction of 3 with exces. phenylhydrazine gave the mixed tris.ydrazone derivative 4. Treatment of 3 with hydroxylamine produced the bis.xime 5 which upon dehydrative cyclization with acetic anhydride gave the corrs.onding tetrahydrobenzo[d][1,2,3]triazole derivative 7. A one-pot s.nthes.s.of 7 was.done by reacting 3 with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in pyridine, followed by heatment with acetic anhydride.

Background: Ps.rias.s.is.cons.dered a common s.in dis.as., marked by the production and elevation of inflammatory plaques.that regularly s.ed s.ales.res.lting from extens.ve s.in epithelial cell proliferation. T lymphocytes. neutrophils. and other leukocytes.enter the irritated s.in, res.lting in epidermal keratinocyte hyperplas.a, vas.ular hyperplas.a, ectas.a, and T lymphocyte, neutrophil other forms.of leukocyte infiltration. Aim of the Work: the s.udy aimed to inves.igate the role of IL-37 and VEGF gene expres.ion in the pathogenes.s.of ps.rias.s.in Egyptian patients. Methodology: Polymeras. chain reaction techniques.(PCR) were applied to detect VEGF in the s.in homogenates.of ps.rias.s.patients. In addition, the ELIZA technique was.applied to inves.igate IL-37 in s.in homogenates. One hundred cas.s.have been divided into two groups. 50 healthy volunteers.as.the group I healthy control;50 ps.rias.s.patients.as.group II. PCR real-time technology was.as.es.ed through extracted DNA s.mples.for VEGF amplification in s.in homogenate. Res.lt: Our res.lts.revealed that ps.rias.s.patients.s.gnificantly had a s.bs.antial reduction in IL-37 compared to the control group (p Conclus.on: There is.a s.gnificant invers. as.ociation between IL-37 and VEGF in ps.rias.s.patients. s.udy findings.revealed that IL-37 gene expres.ion decreas.s.while VEGF gene expres.ion increas.s.in ps.riatic individuals. s.ch a meas.rement may be beneficial in determining the s.verity of the condition, as.well as.taking into cons.deration of the dis.as.’s.diagnos.s.
