Ba.kground: One of the ma.or cha.lenges in ma.a.ing a.ute upper ga.trointestina. bleeding involves the identifica.ion of pa.ients who a.e a. high risk of rebleeding a.d dea.h;conversely, the identifica.ion of pa.ients who a.e suita.le for ea.ly discha.ge a.d outpa.ient endoscopy is a.so importa.t for effective resource. The use of Rocka.l system ha. been shown to represent a.cura.e a.d va.id predictor of rebleeding a.d dea.h. The a.m of this prospective study wa. to eva.ua.e va.idity of Rocka.l score for prediction of rebleeding a.d morta.ity in Egyptia. pa.ients with upper ga.trointestina. bleeding. Pa.ients a.d Methods: 50 pa.ients presented with upper GI bleeding were subjected to deta.led clinica., la.ora.ory, sonogra.hic a.d endoscopic exa.ina.ion together with Rocka.l score ca.cula.ion. Results: a.cording to the findings of upper GI endoscopy pa.ients were further subdivided into two subgroups a. follows: Group 1 (n = 32): Pa.ients with porta. hypertension ma.ifested by va.icea. bleeding a.d/or porta. hypertensive ga.tropa.hy;a.d Group 2 (n = 18): other ca.ses of a.ute upper ga.trointestina. bleeding (peptic ulcer disea.e, Ma.lory Weiss syndrome…). Clinica. condition of the pa.ients wa. a.sessed a.ter 48 hours a.d morta.ity wa. recorded. Rocka.l score wa. the highest in morta.ity group, a.d higher in rebleeding group tha. sta.le group (P a.l score wa. higher in Child C tha. Child B a.d Child a.a.ong hepa.ic pa.ients (P a.ue of Rocka.l score = 3.5 wa. the best for prediction of rebleeding with sensitivity 100%, specificity 53%, while the cutoff va.ue = 6.5 wa. the best for prediction of morta.ity with sensitivity 100% a.d 93.5% specificity. Conclusion: Rocka.l score is clinica.ly useful in prediction of rebleeding a.d morta.ity in pa.ients with upper ga.trointestina. bleeding. It ca. a.cura.ely differentia.e between pa.ients with sta.le condition tha. could be discha.ged from hospita. a.d those who require hospita.iza.ion a.d t

The FIB-4 index is a.simple a.d noninva.ive a.gorithm consisting to eva.ua.e liver fibrosis in chronic HCV infection. a.m: To eva.ua.e the utility of FIB-4 index a. a.noninva.ive ma.ker to a.sess liver fibrosis in chronic HCV infection in compa.ison to tra.sient ela.togra.hy. Pa.ients a.d Methods: We studied 30 pa.ients ha.ing chronic HCV infection ba.ed on clinica. fea.ures, la.ora.ory tests, dia.nostics ima.es, Fibrosca. a.d FIB-4 score. a.cording to the results of Fibrosca., the 30 pa.ients were cla.sified into two groups in order to obta.n a.cutoff va.ue to exclude pa.ient with significa.t fibrosis: group Ia. 7 pa.ients with no or mild liver fibrosis (F0-F1) a.d group Ib: 23 pa.tients with significa.t fibrosis or cirrhosis (F2-F3-F4). Group IIa. 17 pa.ients with no or significa.t fibrosis (F0-F1-F2-F3) a.d group IIb (F4): 13 pa.ients with cirrhosis (F4). Results: The mea. of FIB-4 index increa.ed with the increa.e of the fibrosis score. FIB-4 index proved to be sensitive a.d specific in differentia.ion between pa.ients with no or mild fibrosis (F0-F1) a.d pa.ients with significa.t fibrosis or cirrhosis (F2-F3-F4) with the best cutoff va.ue a. 1.61. It a.so proved to be sensitive a.d specific in differentia.ion between pa.ients with no or significa.t fibrosis (F0-F1-F2-F3) a.d pa.ients with cirrhosis (F4) with cutoff va.ue a. 1.88. Conclusion: The FIB-4 index ena.led the correct identifica.ion of extreme types of fibrosis. Using these cutoffs (1.61 - 1.88), 87% of pa.ients fell outside these ra.ges a.d could thus a.oid liverbiopsy with a. overa.l a.cura.y of 70%.

The Future Trend of E-Mobility in Terms of Ba.tery Electric Vehicles a.d Their Impa.t on Clima.e Cha.ge: a.Ca.e Study a.plied in Hunga.y

The tra.sporta.ion sector is responsible for 25% of the tota. Ca.bon dioxide (CO2) emissions, wherea. 60.6% of this sector represents sma.l a.d medium pa.senger ca.s. However, a. noted by the Europea. Union Long-term stra.egy, there a.e two wa.s to reduce the a.ount of CO2 emissions in the tra.sporta.ion sector. The first wa. is cha.a.terized by crea.ing more efficient vehicles. In contra.t, the second wa. is cha.a.terized by cha.ging the fuel used. The current study a.dressed the second wa., cha.ging the fuel type. The study exa.ined the potentia. of ba.tery electric vehicles (BEVs) a. a. a.terna.ive fuel type to reduce CO2 emissions in Hunga.ys tra.sporta.ion sector. The study used seconda.y da.a.retrieved from Sta.ista.a.d *** to a.a.yze the future trends of BEVs in Hunga.y. The results showed tha. the percenta.e of BEVs in Hunga.y in 2022 wa. 0.4% compa.ed to the tota. number of registered pa.senger ca.s, which is 3.8 million. The simple exponentia. smoothing (SES) time series foreca.t revea.ed tha. the number of BEVs is expected to rea.h 84,192 in 2030, indica.ing a.percenta.e increa.e of 2.21% in the next eight yea.s. The study suggests tha. increa.ing the number of BEVs is necessa.y to a.dress the nega.ive impa.t of CO2 emissions on society. The Hunga.ia. Ministry of Innova.ion a.d Technologys stra.egy to reduce the cost of BEVs ma. increa.e the percenta.e of BEVs by 10%, resulting in a.potentia. a.era.e reduction of 76,957,600 g/km of CO2 compa.ed to ga.oline, diesel, hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), a.d plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEVs).

However CNNs a.e ea.ily fooled since theydo not encode position a.d orienta.ion correla.ions between fea.ures. Hinton et a.. envisioned Ca.sule Networksa. a.more robust design ca.a.le of reta.ning pose informa.ion a.d spa.ia. correla.ions to recognize objects morelike the bra.n does. Lower-level ca.sules hold 8-dimensiona. vectors of a.tributes like position, hue, texture, a.dso on, which a.e routed to higher-level ca.sules via.a.new routing by a.reement a.gorithm. This provides ca.sulenetworks with viewpoint inva.ia.ce, which ha. previously eva.ed CNNs. This resea.ch presents a.FR model ba.edon ca.sule networks tha. wa. tested using the LFW da.a.et, COMSa.S fa.e da.a.et, a.d own a.quired photos usingca.era. mea.uring 128 × 128 pixels, 40 × 40 pixels, a.d 30 × 30 pixels. The tra.ned model outperforms sta.e-ofthe-a.t a.gorithms, a.hieving 95.82% test a.cura.y a.d performing well on unseen fa.es tha. ha.e been blurred orrota.ed. a.ditiona.ly, the suggested model outperformed the recently relea.ed a.proa.hes on the COMSa.S fa.eda.a.et, a.hieving a.high a.cura.y of 92.47%. Ba.ed on the results of this resea.ch a. well a. previous results, ca.sulenetworks perform better tha. deeper CNNs on unobserved a.tered da.a.beca.se of their specia. equiva.ia.ceproperties.
