NCoCrAlSiYHf and CoNiCrAlTaY coatings which belong to protective Al 2O 3 scale forming type were deposited by multi arc ion plating technique . The effect of deposition process parameters on qualities of the coatings was discussed. The high temperature oxidation performances isothermal oxidation with 950℃ / 500h and 1100℃ / 100h were studied. And also, the hot corrosion performances at 700℃ and 800℃, with molten mixed salt composed of 75%wt Na 2SO 4 and 25%wt NaCl were investigated. Then the high temperature protection decaying mechanisms were proposed.

In aero-turbine engines,thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) must be capable to withstand harsh environments,such as high-temperature oxidation and ***,a new failure mode of TBCs caused by calcium-magnesium-alumina-silicate(CMAS) glass has attracted increasing *** this paper,yttria stabilized zirconia(YSZ) TBCs produced by electron beam physical vapor deposition(EB-PVD) were exposed to CMAS deposits at 1250℃.The microstructure evolution and failure mechanism of the coatings were *** has been shown that CMAS glass penetrated into the YSZ ceramic layer along the inter-columnar gaps and interacted with *** a result,an interaction zone of about 20μm thickness,which was the mixture of CMAS and YSZ with equiaxial structure,was formed in the YSZ surface layer after 4h heat-treatment at 1250℃.Meanwhile,yttria in YSZ layer as a stabilizer was dissolved in CMAS glass and caused accelerated monoclinic phase *** 8h heat-treatment,degradation of YSZ TBC occurred by delamination cracking of YSZ layer,which is quite different from the traditional failure caused by interfacial cracking at the YSZ/metallic bond *** models have been built to describe the failure mechanism of EB-PVD TBCs attacked by CMAS deposits.

The development and character of compound temperature-humidity sensor were discussed in this *** design of sampling,control and output unit of temperature-humidity sensor as well as their manufacture method and character were studied in *** relationship between components of humidity resistance materials and negative temperature coefficient ( NTC) thermistor materials in sampling unit of compound sensor and character of electrical resistance and temperature was *** of character curves of compound temperature-humidity sensor and data of materials of sampling unit were shown in this paper too.

The properties of a new magnesium Oxychloride cement (MOC) material formed by silica fume uniformly mix in MOC paste was presents. The influence of silica fume on the water resistance and compressive strength of MOC paste was invesigated in this study. It is shown that when 30 weight percent of silica fume is added to the MOC paste, a high strength and water resisting new material with 112MPa compressive strength and 1 00 water resisting coefficient could by obtained.

For the nonlinear problem of PMSM servo systems approximated by the T-S fuzzy model,the non-fragile controller is designed by the piece-wised ***,we divide the input space into amount of fuzzy subspaces,and improve the approximation accuracy and control accuracy by constructing a local fuzzy model and controller in every ***,the global dynamic fuzzy model is constructed by combining these local fuzzy models *** on this global dynamic fuzzy model,we can design the global fuzzy controller to control the whole *** controller is considered to be with additive gain *** using the linear matrix inequality （LMI） method,the simulation of the PMSM servo systems is implemented,and the simulation result illustrate the effectiveness of the design method.
