Background and aim:liver fibrosis resulting from persistent liver injury represents a major healthcare problem *** Chinese medicine has played an essential role in the treatment of liver fibrosis in recent ***,this study aims to assess the effect of Longhu Rendan(LHRD),a Chinese traditional patent medicine,on liver fibrosis and its potential ***:The liver fibrosis in mice was induced via the intraperitoneal injection of carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)for 6 weeks or bile duct ligation for 15 *** methods were used to judge the therapeutic effect of ***:LHRD significantly suppressed the activity of serum index of abnormal liver function,liver cell apoptosis,and necrosis,attenuating liver ***,LHRD treatment alleviated liver fibrotic features,such as the reduction of collagen deposition and hepatic stellate cell activation as well as profibrotic gene ***,LHRD treatment inhibited nuclear transcription factorkappa B signaling and inflammatory gene expression and diminished the production of reactive oxygen species and 4-hydroxynonenal,along with the downregulation of NADPH oxidase ***:Overall,the present study demonstrates that LHRD ameliorates liver injury and fibrosis via the inhibition of inflammation and oxidative stress in mice,indicating that LHRD is a potential medicine for the treatment of liver fibrosis.

High-Speed Rail(HSR)has increasingly become an important mode of inter-city transportation between large ***-city interaction facilitated by HSR tends to play a more prominent role in promoting urban and regional economic integration and *** the impact of HSR’s interaction on cities and people is therefore crucial for long-term urban and regional development planning and policy *** develop an evaluation framework using toponym information from social media as a proxy to estimate the dynamics of such *** paper adopts two types of spatial information:toponyms from social media posts,and the geographical location information embedded in social media *** framework highlights the asymmetric nature of social interaction among cities,and proposes a series of metrics to quantify such impact from multiple perspectives-including interaction strength,spatial decay,and channel *** results show that HSRs not only greatly expand the uneven distribution of inter-city connections,but also significantly reshape the interactions that occur along HSR routes through the channel effect.

A new liCoO2 recovery technology for li-ion batteries was studied in this paper. liCoO2 was peeled from the Al foil with dimethyl acetamide （DMAC）, and then polyvinylidene fluoride （PVDF） and carbon powders in the active material were eliminated by high temperature calcining. Subsequently, li2CO3, liOH-H20 and liAc-2H2O were added into the recycled powders to adjust the li/Co molar ratio to 1.00. The new liCoO2 was obtained by calcining the mixture at 850℃ for 12 h in air. The structure and morphology of the recycled powders and resulting samples were studied by XRD and SEM techniques, respectively. The layered structure of liCoO2 synthesized by adding li2CO3 is the best, and it is found to have the best characteristics as a cathode material in terms of charge-discharge capacity and cycling performance. The first discharge capacity is 160 mAh·g^-1 between 3.0-4.3 V. The discharge capacity after cycling for 50 times is still 145.2 mAh·g^-1.

Unilateral sulfate attack of cementitious materials containing 40% slag with different water to binder ratios was investigated. The results showed that the degradation of slag blended cement pastes was nearly from the corners of paste surface with cracking and spallings, water-to-binder（w/b） ratio made a significant sense to the damage that low w/b ratio led to little weight loss, less cracking and spalling damage and vice versa. Microstructural experimental results demonstrated that in the three different stages of sulfate attack, degradation of pastes was primarily associated with the migration behavior and bonding configuration of aluminum, in the early ages Al was mostly present in C-（A）-S-H, and thus, the damage of pastes hardly appeared while at later ones Al had been largely transferred from C-（A）-S-H into AFt, leading to expansive damage.

Mode decision-maker is a critical component in the logic-based Integrated Estimation and Guidance(IEG) system. For the best possible estimation and guidance performance, the mode decision delay of the mode decision-maker should be limited to a range as small as possible. This paper presents a numerical method for computing the maximal admissible mode decision delay that varies with time-to-go. Particular attention has been paid to highly maneuvering target interception in terminal guidance. The results of this research offer useful guidelines for the design of the mode decision-maker in IEG systems.

目的分析Kokaclip^(TM)经导管缘对缘二尖瓣修复系统治疗重度退行性二尖瓣关闭不全的早期临床疗效。方法本研究是单臂、前瞻性、单组目标值临床试验。纳入2022年6月—2023年1月于广东省人民医院(广东省心血管病研究所)心外科接受Kokaclip^(TM)经导管缘对缘二尖瓣修复系统治疗退行性二尖瓣关闭不全患者。对比围术期及随访期间二尖瓣反流的差异,探索研究期间全因死亡、中转开胸、再次手术、严重的反流复发等不良事件的发生率。结果全组共纳入28例,女14例、男14例,平均年龄(70.9±5.4)岁。术前28例(100.0%)患者均被诊断为退行性二尖瓣关闭不全Ⅱ型,脱垂宽度为12.5(11.0,16.1)mm,反流程度均达4+,导致肺静脉逆流,纽约心脏学会心功能分级均≥Ⅲ级。所有患者均顺利完成手术,术后即刻分别有2例(7.1%),21例(75.0%),5例(17.9%)患者二尖瓣反流改善至0,1+,2+;二尖瓣压差为2.5(2.0,3.0)mm Hg;无死亡、中转开胸,无单边夹持、夹合器脱落、瓣叶损伤等并发症。28例(100.0%)患者均完成术后至少3个月的随访,平均随访时间为5.9(3.6,6.8)个月。随访期间患者的二尖瓣反流中位数为1.0(1.0,2.0)+,较术前显著改善(Plip^(TM)经导管缘对缘二尖瓣修复系统在经选择的退行性二尖瓣关闭不全患者中临床应用早期结果良好,安全性高,可显著改善二尖瓣反流。期待未来更多的大样本量、前瞻性、多中心研究和长期随访以验证该系统的有效性。

目的分析改良Morrow术(室间隔心肌切除术)治疗儿童肥厚型梗阻性心肌病(hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy,HOCM)的远期疗效。方法回顾性分析广东省人民医院2010年1月—2022年8月进行改良Morrow术的HOCM患儿(年龄≤14岁)的临床资料,包括住院情况、围手术期以及远期十五导联心电图和超声心动图的变化。结果共纳入29例患者,其中男22例、女7例,年龄10.00(5.00,12.00)岁。纽约心脏协会(NYHA)心功能分级Ⅲ或Ⅳ级5例(17.2%)。所有患儿均进行室间隔心肌切除,单纯左心室间隔切除23例(79.3%),单纯右心室间隔切除4例(13.8%),双心室间隔切除2例(6.9%)。同期行二尖瓣成形9例(31.0%),二尖瓣置换1例(3.4%),肺动脉瓣成形1例(3.4%)。29例患儿均存活,术后心功能均明显改善。出院前心电图提示有1例出现Ⅰ度房室传导阻滞,2例出现完全性右束支传导阻滞,6例出现完全性左束支传导阻滞。出院前超声心动图与术前相比,左心室间隔心肌切除患儿左心房内径减小(P<0.001),左心室收缩末期内径增大(P=0.009),左心室流出道压力阶差降低(P<0.001),室间隔厚度减小(P<0.001)。术后二尖瓣前向运动均消失,二尖瓣反流束面积减小(P<0.001)。行右心室间隔心肌切除患儿右心室流出道流速及峰值压力阶差也有明显减小。29例患儿门诊或电话平均随访(69.03±10.60)个月,29例患儿均存活,患儿NYHA心功能分级均为Ⅰ级或Ⅱ级,心律较前无新发传导阻滞,超声心动图提示左心室流出道压力阶差仍保持较低水平(P<0.001),2例出现中度二尖瓣反流,1例行单纯右心室间隔心肌切除术后出现左心室流出道梗阻并二尖瓣中度反流。结论儿童HOCM容易累及右心室,甚至导致双心室梗阻,所以HOCM患儿术前症状更重,改良Morrow术可有效解除流出道梗阻,能明显改善HOCM患儿的心功能及症状,远期疗效也令人满意,但患儿术后左心室后壁仍肥厚,发生传导阻滞的风险也会增加。
