DAC CO_(2)capture is gaining wide attention as one of the most difficult carbon approaches to tackle climate *** this work,different pore-size silica spheres were grafted using different amine groups such as APTES,APTMS,and ***,all samples based on the wet and dry grafting method were used for CO_(2)adsorption isotherm at room temperature and pressure(298 K and 1 bar).The sample based on the wet grafting(Silica-APTES-W)sample shows the highest CO_(2)uptake 1.67 mmol/***,the adsorption isotherm of the Silica-APTES-W sample was showed a high capacity of CO_(2)1.2 mmol/g at 25℃,which describes the strong physical interaction between CO_(2)and *** isosteric adsorption of Silica-APTES-W also confirmed that the physical adsorption was dominant because of low adsorption heat ranging from 23 to 37 k J/***,the fixed bed experiment was conducted with 2000 ppm CO_(2)that obtains the optimal working capacity 4.5 m L/g with the lowest regeneration temperature 90℃.It was shown that Silica-APTES-W sample was superior performance for DAC CO_(2)capture in practical applications.

目的:研究NOLC1在胃癌中的表达量以及与顺铂耐药的相关性。方法:使用肿瘤基因组图谱(TCGA)数据库对NOLC1在胃癌及正常胃组织表达水平进行评估,应用KaplanMeier生存分析预测NOLC1在胃癌患者中的预后价值。通过免疫组化检测临床胃癌及其癌旁正常标本中NOLC1的表达量。通过持续添加低浓度顺铂诱导构建顺铂耐药株细胞。使用免疫荧光和Westernblot检测耐药型和敏感型细胞中NOLC1表达水平。使用慢病毒构建NOLC1敲低的稳转株胃癌细胞。使用不同浓度的顺铂处理胃癌细胞24h后,通过CCK-8、克隆形成和流式细胞术检测NOLC1对胃癌对顺铂耐药的影响,使用Westernblot检测NOLC1敲低后顺铂诱导的细胞凋亡相关蛋白表达水平。结果:NOLC1基因在胃癌组织中高表达(P<0.01)并且其高表达预示不良预后(P<0.01)。NOLC1在对顺铂耐药的胃癌细胞株中高表达(P<0.01)。敲低NOLC1后,顺铂对胃癌细胞的杀伤能力和增殖抑制效果增强(P<0.05),并且细胞中Cl-Caspase3、Cl-PARP蛋白等凋亡相关蛋白表达上调(P<0.01)。结论:NOLC1蛋白在胃癌中高表达并可以促进胃癌对顺铂的耐受。

Method for the fruit tree recognition and navigation in complex environment of an agricultural robot

To realize the visual navigation of agricultural robots in the complex environment of orchards,this study proposed a method for fruit tree recognition and navigation based on *** YOLOv5s model was selected and trained to identify the trunks of the left and right rows of fruit trees;the quadratic curve was fitted to the bottom center of the fruit tree recognition box,and the identified fruit trees were divided into left and right columns by using the extreme value point of the quadratic curve to obtain the left and right rows of fruit trees;the straight-line equation of the left and right fruit tree rows was further solved,the median line of the two straight lines was taken as the expected navigation path of the robot,and the path tracing navigation experiment was carried out by using the improved LQR control *** experimental results show that under the guidance of the machine vision system and guided by the improved LQR control algorithm,the lateral error and heading error can converge quickly to the desired navigation path in the four initial states of[0 m,−0.34 rad],[0.10 m,0.34 rad],[0.15 m,0 rad]and[0.20 m,−0.34 rad].When the initial speed was 0.5 m/s,the average lateral error was 0.059 m and the average heading error was 0.2787 rad for the navigation trials in the four different initial *** average driving was 5.3 m into the steady state,the average value of steady state lateral error was 0.0102 m,the average value of steady state heading error was 0.0253 rad,and the average relative error of the robot driving along the desired navigation path was 4.6%.The results indicate that the navigation algorithm proposed in this study has good robustness,meets the operational requirements of robot autonomous navigation in orchard environment,and improves the reliability of robot driving in orchard.

Effect of Heat Treatment on the Microstructure and Residual Stresses in (Ti,Al)N Films

（Ti,AI）N films were fabricated by arc ion plating （ALP） and then annealed within a range of temperatures from 200 to 500℃ for 30 rain in vacuum. The results indicate that the average residual stresses decrease slightly from -5.84 to -4.98 GPa with increasing annealing temperature. The stress depth distribution evolves from a sharp ＂bell＂ shape to a mild ＂bell＂ shape, suggesting a more uniform stress state in the annealed films. The microstructure of the films was also investigated in detail. The as-deposited film consists of fine columnar crystals with an amorphous phase at the interface. During heat treatment, the columnar subgrain growth was observed; meanwhile, the phenomenon of crystallization has been identified at the interface. Further more, the relationship between the residual stresses and the microstructure of the films was explored and highlighted. In addition, there is no hardness degradation of the films during heat treatment.

Investigation into the stress-strain curves of deformation-induced ferrite transformation in a low carbon steel

A series of tests of deformation-induced ferrite transformation （DIP-T） in a low carbon steel were carried out by the Gleeble-3500 hot simulation machine at a temperature range of Ae3-Ar3. The overall stress-strain curves during DIFT can be divided into three typical types：＂double-humped＂,＂ single-humped＂ and ＂transitional＂. The peaks exhibited in the curve are involved with deformation-induced transformation which happened in grains or at the grain boundaries. According to the stress-time curve and strain-time curve, strain capacity dramatically postponed the strain-induced transformation, which leads to the start of the transformation right ahead of the finish of deformation and the majority of the ferrite transformation process mainly happened after the deformation. Deformation-induced transformation is a metadynamic transformation process with dynamic nucleation.

This paper proposes an automatic algorithm to determine the properties of stochastic processes and their parameters for inertial error. The proposed approach is based on a recently developed method called the generalized method of wavelet moments (GMWM), whose estimator was proven to be consistent and asymptotically normally distributed. This algorithm is suitable mainly (but not only) for the combination of several stochastic processes, where the model identification and parameter estimation are quite difficult for the traditional methods, such as the Allan variance and the power spectral density analysis. This algorithm further explores the complete stochastic error models and the candidate model ranking criterion to realize automatic model identification and determination. The best model is selected by making the trade-off between the model accuracy and the model complexity. The validation of this approach is verified by practical examples of model selection for MEMS-IMUs (micro-electro-mechanical system inertial measurement units) in varying dynamic conditions.
