In complicated application environment such as CIMS (Computer Integrated Manufacture System) enterprise, it will bring great benefits to integrate distributed knowledge sources. But the difficulties of knowledge sharing and reuse seriously encumbrance the implementation of knowledge integration. In this paper, we describe how a framework of knowledge-integrated system based on ontology (KISO) can be used to support integrating distributed knowledge sources.

We demonstrate a facile hydrothermal one-pot synthesis method for producing single crystalline mesoporous PtPd bimetallic nanoparticles with a hollow interior and porous surface structure in the presence of Br- and F ions. The formation process analysis indicated that the coexistence of Br- and I- ions is responsible for the formation of the novel bimetallic nanoparticles. The changes in the reduction potential of Pt and Pd metal ions achieved by the coordination with different halide ions resulted in the formation of hollow interiors as a galvanic reaction between Pd2~ and Pt4. ions occurred. In addition, the size of the mesoporous PtPd nanoparticles can be well controlled by slightly changing the amount of I- ions used. The electrochemical tests indicated that the as- synthesized single crystalline mesoporous PtPd hollow nanoparticles exhibited enhanced catalytic properties toward methanol and ethanol oxidation reactions as compared with the commercial Pt black and Pt/C materials.

The spherical silver mirco/nano-particles with narrow size distributions were obtained by chemical reduction of silver ammonia solution with ascorbic acid as reducing agent and bovine serum albumin (BSA) as bio-template. The effects of the concentration of Ag+ ions, BSA and ammonia, reactive temperature on the silver morphology and particle sizes were investigated. SEM, TEM and XRD were employed to characterize the morphology and structures of the prepared silver mirco/nano-particles. The results show that the spherical silver particle with smooth surface and narrow size distributions can be obtained by controlling the concentration of Ag+ ions, BSA, reaction temperature, etc. By controlling the above parameters, the silver spherical mirco/nano-particles with particle sizes ranging from 0.2 to 2.3 m can be well prepared, which is expected to be used in manufacturing high performance electronic pastes.

Calcium is important for chloroplast, not only in its photosynthetic but also nonphotosynthetic functions. Mul- tiple Ca2＋/H＋ transporters and channels have been described and studied in the plasma membrane and organ- elle membranes of plant cells; however, the molecular identity and physiological roles of chloroplast Ca2＋/H＋ antiporters have remained unknown. Here we report the identification and characterization of a member of the UPFO016 family, CCHA1 （a chloroplast-localized potential Ca2＋/H＋ antiporter）, in Arabidopsis thaliana. We observed that the ccha I mutant plants developed pale green leaves and showed severely stunted growth along with impaired photosystem II （PSII） function. CCHA1 localizes to the chloroplasts, and the levels of the PSII core subunits and the oxygen-evolving complex were significantly decreased in the ccha I mutants compared with the wild type. In high Ca2＋ concentrations, Arabidopsis CCHA1 partially rescued the growth defect of yeast gdtl3 null mutant, which is defective in a Ca2＋/H＋ antiporter. The cchal mutant plants also showed significant sensitivity to high concentrations of CaCI2 and MnCI2, as well as variation in pH. Taken these results together, we propose that CCHA 1 might encode a putative chloroplast-localized Ca2＋/H＋ antiporter with critical functions in the regulation of PSII and in chloroplast Ca2＋ and pH homeostasis in Arabidopsis.

基于属性词补全的武器装备属性抽取研究

【目的】解决军事领域基于依存句法关系只能抽取单名词武器装备属性词的问题。【方法】分析描述武器装备技术和性能属性文本的特征,编写正则表达式获取属性值,再基于依存句法分析抽取属性词,最后依据词性将属性词补全。【结果】在军事新闻数据集上进行实验,开源属性词抽取的准确率和召回率分别达到91.53%和72.78%;属性词补全的准确率高达96.95%,且每种类别属性词的准确率均高于90%。【局限】武器装备除了有技术和性能属性,还有所属国家、服役状态等基础属性,而本研究并未涉及。【结论】实验结果表明,本文所提基于词性补全属性词的方法是可行且高效的,应用此方法能够获得含义更加明确的属性词。

The discovery of superconducting states in the nickelate thin film with infinite-layer structure has paved a new way for studying unconventional superconductivity.So far,research in this field is still very limited due to difficulties in sample preparation.Here we report the successful preparation of the superconducting state of Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(2)thin film(T_(c)=8.0-11.1 K)and study the stability of such films in the ambient environment,water,and under electrochemical conditions.Our work demonstrates that the superconducting state of Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(2)is remarkably stable,which can last for at least 47-day continuous exposure to air at 20°C and 35%relative humidity.We also show that the superconductivity disappears after being immersed in de-ionized water at room temperature for 5 h.Surprisingly,it can also survive under ionic liquid gating conditions with an applied voltage of about 4 V,which is even more stable than conventional perovskite complex oxides.

Due to their potentials in light‐weight,flexible,and semitransparent devices,organic photovoltaics are of great significance in the field of renewable energy.However,the narrow intrinsic absorption spectrum of organic materials hinders the full utilization of solar energy.To fabricate a highly efficient opaque solar cell,it is greatly necessary to modify the optical properties of the device to improve light absorption.In addition,the growing interest in building‐integrated photovoltaics drives the development of semitransparent devices.The preparation of semitransparent solar cells with excellent performance imposes high requirements on the high efficiency and appropriate visible light transmittance of effective optical management.In this review,the recent research progress of optical management in organic photovoltaics is reviewed,including the design of light‐absorbing materials,the modification of different layers,adding a lighttrapping structure,and changing the light absorption capabilities of specific materials,so as to provide strategies of how to improve the performance of organic photovoltaic devices and present the prospect of the area.

The research on ecosystem service values(ESVs)estimation in arid region is weak.We took the Alxa League of China’s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,an extreme arid region,as an example and constructed an equivalent coefficient method to assess its ESVs from 1975 to 2015,by determining the standard unit of ESVs and the basic equivalent of the value of different ecosystem services per unit area based on the regional characteristics,literature research,expert knowledge and land use data.The results show that the ESVs first decreased from 83170.4 million yuan(RMB)in 1975 to 82337.8 million yuan(RMB)in 2000 and then increased to84033.6 million yuan(RMB)in 2015,and the ESV of sparse grassland and desert account for about 33%and 29%of the total ESVs,respectively.Among the four service types,the regulating services,support services,supply services and cultural services account for66.5%,22.8%,6.0%and 4.7%,respectively.The changes of ESVs in Alxa League are determined by the socio-economic development and ecological changes.This study provides a new method to estimate the ESVs in arid region by integrating existing methods and regional characteristics,such as the cost of water for arid ecosystems.

Bacteria in desert soil have unique phylogeny and important ecological functions, and theirresponses to changes in precipitation need further attention. However, relevant studies have mainlyfocused on the surface soil, and studies on the responses of bacteria at different soil depths to variationsin precipitation are rare. Thus, we used 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing to investigate the changesin soil bacterial distribution along a mean annual precipitation gradient (50–150 mm) in the Alxa Desert,China, and compared the variation characteristics in the surface soil layer (0–10 cm) and subsurface soillayer (10–20 cm). Results showed that soil bacterial communities significantly changed along theprecipitation gradient in both soil layers. However, the subsurface soil layer could support bacterialcommunities with higher diversity and closer internal relationships but more internal competition than thesurface soil layer. Additionally, compared with the surface soil layer, variations in diversity andco-occurrence patterns in the subsurface soil layer were more in line with the changes in the mean annualprecipitation, while bacterial community structure was less variable in the subsurface soil layer. Comparedwith the mean annual precipitation, soil moisture had little influence on the structure and diversity of soilbacterial community but had a high correlation with intercommunity connectivity. Therefore, soilmoisture might play a complex role in mediating environmental conditions and soil bacterial communitycharacteristics. Due to the different responses of surface and subsurface soil bacteria to the changes inprecipitation, it is necessary to distinguish different soil layers when predicting the trends in desert soilbacterial conditions associated with precipitation, and prediction of subsurface soil bacteria may be moreaccurate.
