When a human body moves within the coverage range of Wi-Fi signals,the reflected Wi-Fi signals by the various parts of the human body change the propagation path,so analysis of the channel state data can achieve the perception of the human motion.By extracting the Channel State Information(CSI)related to human motion from the Wi-Fi signals and analyzing it with the introduced machine learning classification algorithm,the human motion in the spatial environment can be perceived.On the basis of this theory,this paper proposed an algorithm of human behavior recognition based on CSI wireless sensing to realize deviceless and over-the-air slide turning.This algorithm collects the environmental information containing upward or downward wave in a conference room scene,uses the local outlier factor detection algorithm to segment the actions,and then the time domain features are extracted to train Support Vector Machine(SVM)and eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost)classification modules.The experimental results show that the average accuracy of the XGBoost module sensing slide flipping can reach 94%,and the SVM module can reach 89%,so the module could be extended to the field of smart classroom and significantly improve speech efficiency.

为了车辆顺利出口东盟,根据新车研发的需要,以东盟国家新车评价体系:ASEAN-NCAP(New Car Assessment Program for Southeast Asian Countries)下腿型保护满足限值为目标,搭建柔性腿(Flexible Pedestrain Legform Impactor,Flex-PLI)碰撞有限元模型并计算求解。针对车辆设计存在的问题,提出改进方案并通过仿真验证可行,最后通过实车验证测试,试验结果验证了仿真的可靠性,为行人小腿保护开发积累了经验。

In the post-genome-wide association study era,multi-omics techniques have shown great power and poten-tial for candidate gene mining and functional genomics research.However,due to the lack of effective data integration and multi-omics analysis platforms,such techniques have not still been applied widely in rape-seed,an important oil crop worldwide.Here,we report a rapeseed multi-omics database(BnlR;http:/l ***/BnlR),which provides datasets of six omics including genomics,transcriptomics,variomics,epigenetics,phenomics,and metabolomics,as well as numerous"variation-gene expression-phenotype"associations by using multiple statistical methods.In addition,a series of multi-omics search and analysis tools are integrated to facilitate the browsing and application of these datasets.BnlR is the most comprehensive multi-omics database for rapeseed so far,and two case studies demonstrated its power to mine candidate genes associated with specific traits and analyze their potential regulatory mechanisms.

Land use change and its influencing factors along railways in Africa:A case study of the Ethiopian section of the Addis Ababa–Djibouti Railway

Railways are a crucial part of the African transport network and have a significant impact on the socio-economy and urban development. Previous studies have mainly considered the impacts of railways in Africa from the perspective of economy, politics, security, and natural environment with few attempts to consider land use. Based on Landsat remote sensing data for the 10 km buffer zone along the Ethiopian section of the Addis Ababa–Djibouti Railway(ADR) in 2013, 2017, and 2021, we studied the land use change(LUC) in the area and explored its influencing factors using the ordinary least square model(OLS) and geographical weighted regression model(GWR). There were six key results.(1) Farmland,forest, grassland, and others(including sandy land and bare land) were the primary types of land use, but from 2013 to 2021, the area of built-up land and farmland increased, whereas the area of forest, grassland, and other land decreased.(2) There was a noticeable pattern in the degree of change in the area of built-up land, farmland, and forest as the buffer distance increased along the railway. This pattern indicated a gradual shift in land use and LUC gradients.(3) The land use structure and its changes in the areas surrounding different stations displayed obvious differences.(4) The construction and operation of the ADR is one of the direct factors affecting landscape change along the railway.(5) The distance from the train station, whether the station provides a passenger service, the population size, and the distance from the central city had a positive effect on the expansion of built-up land surrounding the station. The factor of whether the station provides a freight service had a negative correlation with the expansion of built-up land. Socio-economic factors have gradually replaced railway factors as the main driving force of the expansion of built-up land around the stations.(6) The effect strength of different factors on the expansion of built-up land varied in the areas surrounding different stations.

Electrocatalytic nitrate reduction reaction has attracted increasing attention due to its goal of low carbon emission and environmental protection.Here,we report an efficient NitRR catalyst composed of single Mn sites with atomically dispersed oxygen(O)coordination on bacterial cellulose-converted graphitic carbon(Mn-O-C).Evidence of the atomically dispersed Mn-(O-C_(2))_(4)moieties embedding in the exposed basal plane of carbon surface is confirmed by X-ray absorption spectroscopy.As a result,the as-synthesized Mn-O-C catalyst exhibits superior NitRR activity with an NH_(3)yield rate(RNH_(3))of 1476.9±62.6μg h^(−1)cm^(−2)at−0.7 V(vs.reversible hydrogen electrode,RHE)and a faradaic efficiency(FE)of 89.0±3.8%at−0.5 V(vs.RHE)under ambient conditions.Further,when evaluated with a practical flow cell,Mn-O-C shows a high RNH_(3)of 3706.7±552.0μg h^(−1)cm^(−2)at a current density of 100 mA cm−2,2.5 times of that in the H cell.The in situ FT-IR and Raman spectroscopic studies combined with theoretical calculations indicate that the Mn-(O-C_(2))_(4)sites not only effectively inhibit the competitive hydrogen evolution reaction,but also greatly promote the adsorption and activation of nitrate(NO_(3)^(−)),thus boosting both the FE and selectivity of NH_(3)over Mn-(O-C_(2))_(4)sites.

Traditional tumor models do not tend to accurately simulate tumor growth in vitro or enable personalized treatment and are particularly unable to discover more beneficial targeted drugs.To address this,this study describes the use of threedimensional(3D)bioprinting technology to construct a 3D model with human hepatocarcinoma SMMC-7721 cells(3DP-7721)by combining gelatin methacrylate(GelMA)and poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)as two immiscible aqueous phases to form a bioink and innovatively applying fluorescent carbon quantum dots for long-term tracking of cells.The GelMA(10%,mass fraction)and PEO(1.6%,mass fraction)hydrogel with 3:1 volume ratio offered distinct pore-forming characteristics,satisfactorymechanical properties,and biocompatibility for the creation of the 3DP-7721 model.Immunofluorescence analysis and quantitative real-time fluorescence polymerase chain reaction(PCR)were used to evaluate the biological properties of the model.Compared with the two-dimensional culture cell model(2D-7721)and the 3D mixed culture cell model(3DM-7721),3DP-7721 significantly improved the proliferation of cells and expression of tumor-related proteins and genes.Moreover,we evaluated the differences between the three culture models and the effectiveness of antitumor drugs in the three models and discovered that the efficacy of antitumor drugs varied because of significant differences in resistance proteins and genes between the three models.In addition,the comparison of tumor formation in the three models found that the cells cultured by the 3DP-7721 model had strong tumorigenicity in nude mice.Immunohistochemical evaluation of the levels of biochemical indicators related to the formation of solid tumors showed that the 3DP-7721 model group exhibited pathological characteristics of malignant tumors,the generated solid tumors were similar to actual tumors,and the deterioration was higher.This research therefore acts as a foundation for the application of 3DP-7721 models in drug development research.

MXene,a transition metal carbide/nitride,has been prominent as an ideal electrochemical active material for supercapacitors.However,the low MXene load limits its practical applications.As environmental concerns and sustainable development become more widely recognized,it is necessary to explore a greener and cleaner technology to recycle textile by-products such as cotton.The present study proposes an effective 3D fabrication method that uses MXene to fabricate waste denim felt into ultralight and flexible supercapacitors through needling and carbonization.The 3D structure provided more sites for loading MXene onto Z-directional fiber bundles,resulting in more efficient ion exchange between the electrolyte and electrodes.Furthermore,the carbonization process removed the specific adverse groups in MXenes,further improving the specific capacitance,energy density,power density and electrical conductivity of supercapacitors.The electrodes achieve a maximum specific capacitance of 1748.5 mF cm-2 and demonstrate remarkable cycling stability maintaining more than 94%after 15,000 galvanostatic charge/discharge cycles.Besides,the obtained supercapacitors present a maximum specific capacitance of 577.5 mF cm^(-2),energy density of 80.2μWh cm^(-2)and power density of 3 mW cm^(-2),respectively.The resulting supercapacitors can be used to develop smart wearable power devices such as smartwatches,laying the foundation for a novel strategy of utilizing waste cotton in a high-quality manner.

Synergistic coupling among Mg_(2)B_(2)O_(5),polycarbonate and N,Ndimethylformamide enhances the electrochemical performance of PVDF-HFP-based solid electrolyte

Polymer solid electrolytes(SPEs)based on the[solvate-Li+]complex structure have promising prospects in lithium metal batteries(LMBs)due to their unique ion transport mechanism.However,the solvation structure may compromise the mechanical performance and safety,hindering practical application of SPEs.In this work,a composite solid electrolyte(CSE)is designed through the organic-inorganic syner-gistic interaction among N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF),polycarbonate(PC),and Mg_(2)B_(2)O_(5) in poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP).Flame-retardant Mg_(2)B_(2)O_(5) nanowires provide non-flammability to the prepared CSEs,and the addition of PC improves the dispersion of Mg_(2)B_(2)O_(5) nanowires.Simultaneously,the organic-inorganic synergistic action of PC plasticizer and Mg_(2)B_(2)O_(5) nanowires pro-motes the dissociation degree of LiTFSI and reduces the crystallinity of PVDF-HFP,enabling rapid Li ion transport.Additionally,Raman spectroscopy and DFT calculations confirm the coordination between Mg atoms in Mg_(2)B_(2)O_(5) and N atoms in DMF,which exhibits Lewis base-like behavior attacking adjacent C-F and C-H bonds in PVDF-HFP while inducing dehydrofluorination of PVDF-HFP.Based on the syner-gistic coupling of Mg_(2)B_(2)O_(5),PC,and DMF in the PVDF-HFP matrix,the prepared CSE exhibits superior ion conductivity(9.78×10^(-4) s cm^(-1)).The assembled Li symmetric cells cycle stably for 3900 h at a current density of 0.1 mA cm^(-2) without short circuit.The LFP||Li cells assembled with PDL-Mg_(2)B_(2)O_(5)/PC CSEs show excellent rate capability and cycling performance,with a capacity retention of 83.3%after 1000 cycles at 0.5 C.This work provides a novel approach for the practical application of organic-inorganic Synergistic CSEs in LMBs.

Construction and characterization of a humanized SLCO1B1 rat model with its application in evaluating the uptake of different statins

Organic anion-transporting polypeptides IB1(OATPIB1)plays a crucial role in the transport of statins.However,there are too few animal models related to OATPIB1,especially humanized animal models.In this study,the human SLCOIB1 cDNA was inserted into the second exon of the rat Slcolb2 gene using CRISPR/Cas9 technology.Pharmacokinetic characteristics of statins were conducted in wild-type(WT),humanized OATPIB1(hOATPIB1),and OATPIB2 knockout(OATPIB2 KO)rats,respec-tively.The results showed that human OATPIB1 was successfully expressed in rat liver and exhibited transport function.Furthermore,the pharmacokinetic results revealed that OATPIB1 exhibited varying uptake levels of pivastatin,rosuvastatin,and fluvastatin,leading to different levels of exposure within the body.These results were consistent with those obtained from in vitro experiments using overexpressed cell lines.In conclusion,we established a novel humanized SLCOIBI transgenic rat model to assess the role of human OATPIB1 in the uptake of different statins.The different uptake mediated by OATPIB1 may be an important reason for the different efficacy of statins.The hOATPIB1 rat is a promising model for improving the prediction of human drug transport.
