Herpesviruses antagonize host antiviral responses through a myriad of molecular strategies culminating in the death of the host *** virus(PRV)is a significant veterinary pathogen in pigs,causing neurological sequalae that ultimately lead to the animal's *** is known to trigger apoptotic cell death during the late stages of *** virion host shutdown protein(VHS)encoded by UL41 plays a crucial role in the PRV infection *** this study,we demonstrate that UL41 inhibits PRV-induced activation of inflammatory cytokine and negatively regulates the cGAS-STING-mediated antiviral activity by targeting IRF3,thereby inhibiting the translocation and phosphorylation of ***,mutating the conserved amino acid sites(e192,D194,and D195)in the RNase domain of UL41 or knocking down UL41 inhibits the immune evasion of PRV,suggesting that UL41 may play a crucial role in PRV's evasion of the host immune response during *** results enhance our understanding of how PRV structural proteins assist the virus in evading the host immune response.

BACKGROUND Patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HeR2)-positive advanced gastric cancer have poor *** combined with chemotherapy is the first-line standard treatment for HeR2-positive advanced gastric *** is a novel anti-HeR2 drug,and its efficacy and safety in gastric cancer have not yet been *** To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the S-1 plus oxaliplatin(SOX)regimen combined with inetetamab as a first-line treatment for HeR2-positive advanced gastric *** Thirty-eight patients with HeR2-positive advanced gastric cancer or gastroeso-phageal junction adenocarcinoma were randomly divided into two groups:One group received inetetamab combined with the SOX regimen,and the other group received trastuzumab combined with the SOX *** 4-6 cycles,patients with stable disease received maintenance *** primary endpoints were progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS),and the secondary endpoints were the objective response rate,disease control rate,and adverse events(Aes).ReSULTS Thirty-seven patients completed the trial,with 18 patients in the inetetamab group and 19 patients in the trastuzumab *** the inetetamab group,the median PFS was 8.5 months,whereas it was 7.3 months in the trastuzumab group(P=0.046);this difference was *** median OS in the inetetamab group vs the trastuzumab group was 15.4 months vs 14.3 months(P=0.33),and the objective response rate was 50%vs 42%(P=0.63),respectively;these differences were not *** Aes included leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,nausea,and *** incidence rates of grade≥3 Aes were 56%in the inetetamab group and 47%in the trastuzumab group(P=0.63),with no significant *** In the first-line treatment of HeR2-positive advanced gastric cancer,inetetamab and trastuzumab showed comparable *** inetetamab group showed superior PFS,and both groups had good safety.

With the increasing impacts of climate change and resource depletion,dielectric capacitors,with their exceptional stability,fast charging and discharging rates,and ability to operate under more extreme conditions,are emerging as promising high-demand candidates for high-performance energy storage devices,distinguishing them from traditional electrochemical capacitors and ***,due to the shortcomings of various dielectric ceramics(e.g.,paraelectrics(Pes),ferroelectrics(Fes),and antiferroelectrics(AFes)),their low polarizability,low breakdown strength(BDS),and large hysteresis loss limit their standalone use in the advancement of energy storage ***,synthesizing novel perovskite-based materials that exhibit high energy density,high energy efficiency,and low loss is crucial for achieving superior energy storage *** this review,we outline the recent development of perovskitebased ferroelectric energy storage ceramics from the perspective of combinatorial optimization for tailoring ferroelectric hysteresis loops and comprehensively discuss the properties arising from the different combinations of *** also provide future guidelines in this ***,the combinatorial optimization strategy in this review will open up a practical route toward the application of new high-performance ferroelectric energy storage devices.

Reshaping force for deformed casing repairing with hydraulic rolling reshaper and its influencing factors

Hydraulic rolling reshaper is an advanced reshaping tool to solve the problem of casing deformation,which has been widely used in recent years. When it is used for well repair operation, the reshaping force provided by ground devices is generally determined by experience. However, too large reshaping force may destroy the deformed casing, and too small reshaping force may also prolong the construction period and affect the repairing effect. In this paper, based on Hertz contact theory and elastic-plastic theory, combined with the process parameters of shaping, and considering the structural characteristics of the deformed casing and reshaper, we propose a mathematical model for calculating the reshaping force required for repairing deformed casing by hydraulic rolling reshaper. Meanwhile, the finite element model and numerical method of hydraulic rolling reshaper repairing deformed casing are established by using the finite element method, and the reliability of the mathematical model is verified by several examples. On this basis, the control variable method is used to investigate the influence of each parameter on the reshaping force, and the influence degree of each parameter is explored by orthogonal simulation test and Pearson correlation analysis. The research results not only provide an important theoretical basis for the prediction of reshaping force in on-site construction, but also provide a reference for the subsequent improvement of the shaping process.

Betulinic acid protects against ovarian impairment by decreasing F-2 toxin-induced oxidative stress and inflammation associated with the downregulation of p38 expression in mice

F-2 toxin is an estrogenic mycotoxin that causes reproductive disorders in *** acid(BA)is a natural pentacyclic lupane-structure triterpenoid that has diverse pharmacological *** this study,the antioxidative and anti-inflammatory effects of BA and its underlying mechanism are explored in F-2 toxin-triggered mouse ovarian *** found that BA alleviated the F-2 toxin-induced ovarian impairment by stimulating follicle growth,reducing inflammatory cell infiltration,repairing damaged mitochondria and endoplasmic ***,BA not only reversed F-2 toxin-induced reduction of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels in the serum,but also restrained the protein expression of the estrogen receptors a(eRa)and eRβ.Moreover,BA restored the balance of F-2 toxin-induced ovarian redox system ***,we found that 0.25 mg/kg BA played an anti-inflammatory role in the F-2 toxin-induced ovarian impairment by decreasing interleukin-1β(IL-1β).IL-6,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)mRNA expression,as well as inhibiting p38 protein *** data demonstrated that BA exerts its protective effect on F-2 toxin-induced ovarian oxidative impairment and inflammation by inhibiting p38 expression,which implies a natural product-based medicine to ameliorate F-2 toxin-caused female reproductive toxicity and provides a detoxifying method for food contaminated by mycotoxin.

Orbit and clock products for quad-system satellites with undifferenced ambiguity fixing approach

Integer Ambiguity Resolution(IAR)can significantly improve the accuracy of GNSS Precise Orbit Determination(POD).Traditionally,the IAR in POD is achieved at the Double Differenced(DD)*** this contribution,we develop an Un-Differenced(UD)IAR method for Global Positioning System(GPS)+BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)+Galileo navigation satellite system(Galileo)+Global'naya Navigatsionnaya Sputnikovaya Sistema(GLONASS)quad-system POD by calibrating UD ambiguities in the raw carrier phase and generating the so-called carrier *** on this method,we generate the UD ambiguity-fixed orbit and clock products for the Wuhan Innovation Application Center(IAC)of the International GNSS Monitoring and Assessment System(iGMAS).One-year observations in 2020 from 150 stations are employed to investigate performance of orbit and clock ***,the UD Ambiguity Resolution(AR)yields more resolved integer ambiguities than the traditional DD AR,scaling up to 9%,attributable to its avoidance of station baseline *** from the removal of ambiguity parameters,the computational efficiency of parameter estimation undergoes a substantial 70%*** with the float solution,the orbit consistencies of UD AR solution achieve the accuracy of 1.9,5.2,2.8,2.1,and 2.7 cm for GPS,BeiDou-2 Navigation Satellite System(BDS-2),BeiDou-3 Navigation Satellite System(BDS-3),Galileo,and GLONASS satellites respectively,reflecting enhancements of 40%,24%,54%,34%,and 42%.Moreover,the standard deviations of Satellite Laser Ranging(SLR)residuals are spanning 2.5–3.5 cm,underscoring a comparable accuracy to the DD AR solution,with discrepancies below 5%.A notable advantage of UD AR lies in its capability to produce the Integer Recovered Clock(IRC),facilitating Precise Point Positioning(PPP)AR without requiring additional Uncalibrated Phase Delay(UPD)*** assess the performance of quad-system kinematic PPP based on IRC,a network comprising 120 stations is uti

Switching Frequency Improvement of a High Speed on/off Valve Based on Pre-excitation Control Algorithm

The high-speed on/off valve(HSV)serves as the fundamental component responsible for generating discrete fluids within digital hydraulic *** the switching frequency of the HSV increases,the properties of the generated discrete fluid approach those of continuous ***,a higher frequency response characteristic of HSV is the key to ensure the control accuracy of digital hydraulic ***,the current research mainly focuses on its dynamic performance,but neglect its *** paper presents a theoretical analysis demonstrating that the FRC of the HSV can be enhanced by minimizing its switching *** maximum switching frequency(MSF)is mainly determined by opening dynamic performance when HSV operates with low switching duty ratio(SDR),whereas the closing dynamic performance limits the MSF when HSV operates with high *** upon these findings,the pre-excitation control algorithm(PeCA)is proposed to reduce the switching time of the HSV,and consequently enhance its *** results demonstrate that PeCA shortens the opening delay time of HSV by 1.12 ms,the closing delay time by 2.54 ms,and the closing moving time by 0.47 ms in comparison to the existing advanced control *** a result,a larger MSF of 417 Hz and a wider controllable SDR range from 20%to 70%were achieved at a switching frequency of 250 ***,the proposed PFCA in this paper has been verified as an effective and promising approach for enhancing the control performance of digital hydraulic systems.

Identification of the lysine and histidine transporter family in Camellia sinensis and the characterizations in nitrogen utilization

In plants,the lysine and histidine transporter(LHT)family represent a class of proteins that mediate the uptake,translocation,and utilization of amino *** tea plant(Camellia sinensis)is a perennial evergreen with a relatively high level of amino ***,systematic identification and molecular characterization of the LHT gene family has rarely been reported in tea *** this study,22 CsLHTs were identified from the‘Shuchazao’genome and classified into two *** modeled three-dimensional structure and the conserved domains presented a high similarity among the LHTs ***,it was predicted that a few genes were conserved through the analysis of the physiochemical characters,structures and cis-elements in *** expression patterns in tea plants revealed that CsLHT7 was mainly expressed in the roots,and CsLHT4 and CsLHT11 exhibited relatively high expression in both the roots and ***,the expression of all three genes could be induced by organic ***,heterogeneous expression of CsLHT4,CsLHT7 and CsLHT11 in Arabidopsis thaliana decreased the aerial parts biomass compared with that in WT plants while significantly increased the rosette biomass only for CsLHT11transgenic plants versus WT ***,our results provide fundamental information about CsLHTs and potential genes in N utilization for further analysis in tea plants.
