This study examined the inhibitory effect of triptolid(TP)on tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)secreted from peripheral blood monocular cells(PBMCs)and the association of the inhibitory effect with TNF-α-308 gene polymorphisms in rheumatoid arthritis(RA)*** polymorphism at A-G site 308 in the promoter region of TNF-αgene was detected in 42 RA patients by using allele speciﬁc polymerase chain reaction(AS-PCR)*** were harvested from these patients and treatedﬁrst with lipopolysaccharides(LPS)and then with different doses of TP(1,5.4 and 15 ng/mL).The TNF-αlevel in the supernatants was measured by enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that TNF-αlevel in the supernatants of TP(1 ng/mL)-treated PBMCs was decreased by 3.80%and 4.91%,respectively,in the patients with AA and AG genotypes,when compared with those treated with LPS alone(P>0.05).Moreover,the TNF-αlevel in the patients with GG genotype was reduced by 20.74%(P0.05).It was concluded that gene polymorphism at TNF-α-308 sites may relate to the secretion of TNF-αin RA *** has different inhibitory effects on the secretion of TNF-αin the patients harboring different genotypes,which may be one of the reasons for individual variation in response to TP.

Positive nucleic acid(NA)results have been found in recovered and discharged COVID-19 patients,but the proportion is *** study was designed to analyze the recurrent positive rate of NA results after consecutively negative results,and the relationship between the specific antibody production and positive NA *** to Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology guidelines,data of inpatients in Sino-French New City Branch of Tongji Hospital between Jan.28 and Mar.6,2020 were collected.A total of 564 COVID-19 patients over 14 years old who received the examinations of NA and antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 were *** of viral shedding and specific antibodies were recorded and *** NA tests in respiratory samples(throat swabs,nasopharyngeal swabs,sputum and flushing fluid in alveoli),the patients with all-negative NA results accounted for 17.20%,those with single-positive results for 46.63%,and those with multiple-positive results for 36.17%***,the recurrent positive NA results after consecutively negative results appeared in 66 patients(11.70%).For multiple-positive patients,median viral shedding duration was 20 days(range:1 to 57 days).Of the 205 patients who received 2 or more antibody tests,141(68.78%)had decreased IgG and IgM *** decreased to normal range in 24 patients,with a median of 44 days from symptom *** shedding duration was not significantly correlated with gender,age,disease severity,changes in pulmonary imaging,and antibody *** is concluded that antibody level and antibody change had no significant correlation with the positive rate of NA tests and the conversion rate after continuous negative NA *** order to reduce the recurrent positive proportion after discharge,3 or more consecutive negative NA test results with test interval more than 24 h every time are suggested for the discharge or release from quarantine.

Designing highly active and stable electrocatalysts of oxygen evolution reaction （OER） is one of the crucial *** this study,a novel OER electrocatalyst,NiFe-MIL-53 modified with ultra-low rhodium（Rh@NiFe-MIL-53）,is successfully prepared via the hydrothermal ***-situ Raman spectroscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy reveal that the doped Rh accelerates the phase transformation of NiFe-MIL-53 and the in-situ formed Rh@NiFeOOH is the actual active *** importantly,the enhanced reversibility of electrochemical reconstruction between NiFeOOH and NiFe（OH）2after doping Rh is beneficial for improving the electrochemical stability of the catalyst.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy spectra show the strong electronic interaction between single-atom Rh and Ni/Fe in Rh@***,theoretical calculations confirm that the integration of single-atom Rh into the NiFeOOH successfully reduces the band gap,regulates the d-band center （εd）,accelerates the charge transfer,and optimizes the adsorption behavior of oxygen-containing intermediates,thereby lowering the energy barrier of rate-determining ***,the optimized Rh@NiFe-MIL-53 exhibits excellent OER activity （240 mV） with a small Tafel slope of 48.2 mV dec-1and long-term durability (over1270 h at 10 m A cm-2and 110 h at 200 mA cm-2).This work presents a new perspective on designing highly efficient OER electrocatalysts.

For 1≤p<∞we introduce a notion of"p-mean oscillation"on C^(n)in terms of the q metric induced by reproducing kernel of F_(ψ)^(2).It is shown that the densely-defined Hankel operators Hf,Hf:F_(ψ)^(p)→F_(ψ)^(p),are simultaneously bounded if and only if f is of bounded“p-mean oscillation”.Furthermore,it is also shown that the densely-defined Hankel operators Hf、Hf:F_(ψ)^(p)→F_(ψ)^(p),are simultaneously compact if and only if f is of vanishing“p-mean oscillation”.Here the weightψis a positive function of logarithmic grow th sat isfying certain suitable conditions.

This article presents a near-Earth satellite orbit estimation method for pico-satellite applications with light-weight and low-power requirements. The method provides orbit information autonomously from magnetometer and sun sensor, with an extended Kalman filter （EKF）. Real-time position/velocity parameters are estimated with attitude independently from two quantities： the measured magnitude of the Earth’s magnetic field, and the measured dot product of the magnetic field vector and the sun vector. To guarantee the filter’s effectiveness, it is recommended that the sun sensor should at least have the same level of accuracy as magnetometer. Furthermore, to reduce filter’s computation expense, simplification methods in EKF’s Jacobian calculations are introduced and testified, and a polynomial model for fast magnetic field calculation is developed. With these methods, 50% of the computation expense in dynamic model propagation and 80% of the computation burden in measurement model calculation can be reduced. Tested with simulation data and compared with original magnetometer-only methods, filter achieves faster convergence and higher accuracy by 75% and 30% respectively, and the suggested simplification methods are proved to be harmless to filter’s estimation performance.

The method to compress the training dataset of Support Vector Machine （SVM） based on the character of the Support Vector Machine is proposed. First, the distance between the unit in two training datasets, and then the samples that keep away from hyper-plane are discarded in order to compress the training dataset. The time spent in training SVM with the training dataset compressed by the method is shortened obviously. The result of the experiment shows that the algorithm is effective.

High-efficiency simultaneous extraction of rare earth elements and iron from NdFeB waste by oxalic acid leaching

Iron can not be recovered at high value because only rare earth elements are effectively recovered from NdFeB waste via oxidation roasting-hydrochloric acid leaching *** this study,a new method for leaching NdFeB waste with oxalic acid was *** high-efficiency,simultaneous and high-value recovery of rare earth elements and iron was realized to simplify the process and improve the economic *** of the oxalic acid leaching experiments show that under the optimum leaching conditions at 90℃ for 6 h in the aqueous solution of oxalic acid(2 mol/L) with a liquid-solid ratio of60 mL/g,the iron leaching efficiency and precipitation rate of rare earth oxalate reach 93.89% and 93.17%,*** earth oxalate and Fe(C_(2)O_(4))3^(3-) were left in the residue and the leaching solution,*** leaching mechanism was further analyzed by characterising the leach residues obtained through X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(SEM-EDS).Results of the leaching kinetics study indicate that the process of oxalic acid leaching follows the shrinking nucleus model,and the leaching kinetics model is controlled by the mixed factors of diffusion and chemical *** leaching residue was calcined at 850℃ for 3 h and then decomposed into rare earth oxide,which can be directly used to prepare rare earth alloy via molten salt *** the leaching solution,ferric oxalate solution was reduced using Fe powder to prepare the ferrous oxalate(FeC_(2)O_(4)-2H_(2)O).
