Background:In vivo experiments were conducted to examine the effects of the targeted drug anlotinib on the stemness of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)cells and lenvatinib-resistant liver cancer cells and to explore the underlying molecular ***:A subcutaneous xenograft model of Hep3B-derived HCC was established in nude mice,which were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=5 males per group):(1)intragastric administration of anlotinib(0.4 mg/kg)and(2)intragastric administration of normal *** constructed lenvatinib-resistant cell lines and randomly divided the mice into 3 groups(n=5 males per group):(1)intragastric administration of anlotinib,(2)intragastric administration of lenvatinib,and(3)intragastric administration of normal *** 2 weeks of treatment,tumor tissues were harvested,and mRNA and proteins were isolated from the *** in the expression of cancer stemness markers(epithelial cell adhesion molecule[EpCAM],CD13,CD90,aldehyde dehydrogenase 1[ALDH1],CD44,and CD45),totipotency factors(sex-determining region Y-box 2[Sox2],Nanog,octamer-binding transcription factor 4[Oct4]),and genes related to the Notch signaling pathway were ***:Compared with that in the control group,tumor size and weight were reduced in nude mice treated with *** differences were statistically significant in both the types of nude *** affected stemness markers and totipotency factors by downregulating the expression of CD133,CD90,and G-protein–coupled receptor 5(LGR5)and upregulating the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule 1(ICAM-1)and *** addition,lenvatinib-resistant cell lines increased Notch signaling pathway,whereas anlotinib inhibited Notch signaling ***:The antitumor effect of anlotinib on HCC and lenvatinib-resistant HCC cellsmay occur through inhibition of the Notch signaling *** may be the drug of choice for sequential therapy in lenvatinib-resistant liver cancer.

Hemophagocytic syndrome： a rare but fatal complication after liver transplantation

Hemophagocytic syndrome （HPS） is recognized as a disorder characterized by a variety of symptomsincluding fever, jaundice, skin rash, lymphadenopathy, and hepatosplenomegaly related to uncontrolled systemic T-cell activation. Two forms of HPS have been characterized： primary/familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis and secondary/reactive HPS. Reactive HPS was first described in 1979 by Risdall et al.2 Although most patients with HPS are immunocompromised, only a small number of patients with HPS have been reported following liver transplantation （LT）, suggesting a low level of awareness for this hematological disorder after transplantation. We herein report one patient who underwent LT and in whom HPS subsequently developed. The patient had an aggressive clinical course and fatal outcome. The observation of one case of HPS in a cohort of 741 patients who underwent LT in our center raised the possibility that the case of HPS in these immunocompromised patients might be increasing in the future. Processing maps and microstructural evolution of Al-Cu-li alloy during hot deformation

The hot deformation behavior of Al-Cu-li alloy was investigated by hot compression tests in the temperature range of 340-500℃ with strain rate of 0.001-10.000 s^(-1).Based on the dynamic materials model(DMM),processing maps of the test alloy were developed for optimizing hot processing *** optimum parameters of hot deformation for Al-Cu-li alloy are at temperature of 400-430℃and strain rate of about 0.100 s^(-1),with efficiency of power dissipation of around 30%.The microstructural manifestation of the alloy deformed in instability domains is flow localization,and dynamic softening first occurs in flow localizations *** stable domains,dynamic recovery(DRV) and dynamic recrystallization(DRX) are the main microstructural evolution *** is gradually strengthened with the increase in deformation temperature and the decrease in strain *** hot deformation,the DRX mechanism of Al-Cu-li alloy is dominated by continuous DRX(CDRX).A DRX model of Al-Cu-li alloy is proposed based on the microstructural evolution process of the test alloy.

Remote Sensing Image Deblurring Based on Grid Computation

In general, there is a demand for real-time processing of mass quantity remote sensing images. However, the task is not only data-intensive but also computating-intensive. Distributed processing is a hot topic in remote sensing processing and image deblurring is also one of the most important needs. In order to satisfy the demand for quick proc- essing and deblurring of mass quantity satellite images, we developed a distributed, grid computation-based platform as well as a corresponding middleware for grid computation. Both a constrained power spectrum equalization algorithm and effective block processing measures, which can avoid boundary effect, were applied during the processing. The re- sult is satisfactory since computation efficiency and visual effect were greatly improved. It can be concluded that the technology of spatial information grids is effective for mass quantity remote sensing image processing.

Treatment of pediatric Ogilvie’s syndrome with low-dose erythromycin:A case report

Acute colonic pseudo-obstruction is a poorly understood syndrome, characterized by the signs, symptoms and radiological pattern of a large bowel obstruction without evidence for a mechanical obstruction. We report a case of a 2-year old boy who presented with progressive abdominal distention, vomiting and abdominal pain on postoperative d 3. Plain abdominal X-ray showed markedly dilated large bowel. Mechanical colonic obstruction was ruled out with hypaque enema. Ogilvie＇s syndrome was suspected. The patient received treatment with oral erythromycin which had an immediate beneficial effect. During the 6 mo follow-up, no recurrences of symptoms were observed. We provide a safe and effective therapy for Ogilvie＇s syndrome in pediatric individuals.

Technological optimization of fully mechanized caving mining face with large mining heights

Fully mechanized cave mining with large mining height is a new mining method, due to its large mining thickness and lower roadway excavation, the technology has been widely used in China＇s thick seam mining. In order to improve the top-coal recovery ratio of fully mechanized cave mining with large mining height, a study was conducted on optimizing the caving process, based on the mechanized caving face 1302N in Longgu Coal Mine. This was achieved by improving the PFC numerical calculation methods, and establishing a more accurate model system. On this basis, the recovery ratio of the top coal in different drawing intervals and technologies was investigated in order to achieve a reasonable caving process. The top-coal tracking system was used for practical surveying of the recovery ratio of top coal.

Short-term Outcomes of Laparoscopic *** Hepatectomy for Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma:A Prospective Comparative Study

Laparoscopic hepatectomy(LH)is a newly developed technique associated with advantages as open surgery,but the study on outcome of liver function recovery was *** preliminary report was aimed to comparatively assess the short?term outcomes between LH and open hepatectomy(OH)for primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC).This study retrospectively analyzed the demographic data and short-term outcomes of 81 patients who underwent LH or OH for the primary treatment of PHC between Oct.2017 and May 2018 at Union Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology(China).A total of 81 PHC patients who received major liver resection were *** were 38(47%)patients in the LH group and 43(53%)patients in the OH *** operative time was significantly longer(373.53±173.38 vs.225.43±55.08,Pliver function was significantly faster in LH group,including higher serum albumin(P=0.002),higher ratio of albumin/globulin(P=0.029)and lower direct bilirubin(P=0.001)than in OH *** is suggested that LH can serve as a fast recovery and cheap surgical procedure in the treatment of PHC,which is safe and feasible.

Hybrid Power-line/Visible-light Communication(HPVC)network has been one of the most promising Cooperative Communication(CC)technologies for constructing Smart Home due to its superior communication reliability and hardware *** research on HPVC networks focuses on the performance analysis and optimization of the Physical(PHY)layer,where the Power line Communication(PLC)component only serves as the backbone to provide power to light Emitting Diode(LED)*** designing a Media Access Control(MAC)protocol remains a great challenge because it allows both PLC and Visible light Communication(VLC)components to operate data transmission,i.e.,to achieve a true HPVC network *** solve this problem,we propose a new HPC network MAC protocol(HPVC MAC)based on Carrier Sense Multiple Access/Collision Avoidance(CSMA/CA)by combining IEEE 802.15.7 and IEEE 1901 ***,we add an Additional Assistance(AA)layer to provide the channel selection strategies for sensor stations,so that they can complete data transmission on the selected channel via the specified CSMA/CA mechanism,*** on this,we give a detailed working principle of the HPVC MAC,followed by the construction of a joint analytical model for mathematicalmathematical validation of the HPVC *** the modeling process,the impacts of PHY layer settings(including channel fading types and additive noise feature),CSMA/CA mechanisms of 802.15.7 and 1901,and practical configurations(such as traffic rate,transit buffer size)are comprehensively taken into ***,we prove the proposed analytical model has the ***,through extensive simulations,we characterize the HPVC MAC performance under different system parameters and verify the correctness of the corresponding analytical model with an average error rate of 4.62%between the simulation and analytical results.
