脑电图检查是评估癫痫发作及脑功能的重要方法,对于筛查有潜在癫痫发作风险的高危人群、减少飞行人员空中失能事件意义重大。国内外飞行人员均有一定的癫痫检出率及空中癫痫发作的案例,然而,我军现行招飞医学选拔及飞行人员体格检查标准中尚无脑电图航空医学鉴定的详细标准。为进一步明确军事飞行人员“正常脑电图”“界线性脑电图”及“异常脑电图”的定义范围,统一军事飞行人员高失能风险的脑电图判别标准,规范军事飞行人员脑电图检查及航空医学鉴定标准,空军军医大学西京医院联合解放军总医院共同组织航空医学、神经病学、癫痫病学及神经电生理学等相关领域专家,通过检索PubMed、中国知网、万方及维普数据库共筛选相关文献287篇,并结合癫痫及脑电图相关指南及我国专家经验,共同制定本共识。本共识包括脑电图检查适用人群及质量要求、脑电图判读参考标准、脑电图评定标准及关于“暂时飞行不合格”飞行人员的处置四部分,旨在为军事飞行人员脑电图航空医学鉴定的规范性及精准性提供文献支持证据及实用性专家意见。

目的利用原核表达系统表达华南地区分离的三源重组H9N2亚型禽流感病毒(Avian influenza virus,AIV)的神经氨酸酶(NA)蛋白,并制备兔多克隆抗体。方法将1株H9N2亚型AIV的NA基因克隆到pET-32a载体,构建NA原核表达质粒,并转化至*** Rosetta(DE3)感受态细胞进行蛋白表达。优化IPTG浓度、诱导时间和温度,提高蛋白表达量。利用镍柱纯化重组NA蛋白,并免疫新西兰兔,制备兔抗NA蛋白多克隆抗体通过Western blot和间接免疫荧光试验(Indirect immunofluorescence assay,IFA)验证多克隆抗体的特异性。通过间接酶联免疫吸附试验(Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)测定多克隆抗体的效价。结果成功构建了pET-32a-H9N2-NA原核表达质粒;经SDS-PAGE和Western blot验证,表达的重组NA蛋白大小约70 ku,符合预期;对诱导条件进行优化,确定37℃,终浓度为1.2 mmol/L的IPTG,诱导时长6 h为最佳条件;制备的兔抗NA蛋白多克隆抗体的Western blot和IFA的结果显示,该多克隆抗体能和H9N2亚型AIV结合,特异性好;间接ELISA测得兔抗NA蛋白多克隆抗体的效价达到了1∶409600。结论本研究表达的NA蛋白,制备的兔抗NA蛋白多克隆抗体具有特异性,效价高,为NA蛋白的ELISA检测方法的建立和疫苗研制提供帮助。

Hepatic arterioportal fistulas(APFs)are common in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Moreover,correlated with poor prognosis,APFs often complicate antitumor treatments,including transarterial chemoembolization(TACE).AIM To compare the efficacy of ethanol-soaked gelatin sponges(ESG)and microspheres in the management of APFs and their impact on the prognosis of *** Data from patients diagnosed with HCC or hepatic APFs between June 2016 and December 2019 were retrospectively ***,APFs were embolized with ESG(group E)or microspheres(group M)during *** primary outcomes were disease control rate(DCR)and objective response rate(ORR).The secondary outcomes included immediate and first follow-up APF improvement,overall survival(OS),and progression-free survival(PFS).RESULTS Altogether,91 participants were enrolled in the study,comprising 46 in group E and 45 in group *** DCR was 93.5%and 91.1%in groups E and M,respectively(P=0.714).The ORRs were 91.3%and 66.7%in groups E and M,respectively(P=0.004).The APFs improved immediately after the procedure in 43(93.5%)patients in group E and 40(88.9%)patients in group M(P=0.485).After 2 mo,APF improvement was achieved in 37(80.4%)and 33(73.3%)participants in groups E and M,respectively(P=0.421).The OS was 26.2±1.4 and 20.6±1.1 mo in groups E and M,respectively(P=0.004),whereas the PFS was 16.6±1.0 and 13.8±0.7 mo in groups E and M,respectively(P=0.012).CONCLUSION Compared with microspheres,ESG embolization demonstrated a higher ORR and longer OS and PFS in patients of HCC with hepatic APFs.

Inner wrinkling control in hydrodynamic deep drawing of an irregular surface part using drawbeads

Inner wrinkling phenomenon is more likely to develop during hydrodynamic deep drawing （HDD） of complicated component-forms due to the higher demand for controlling deformation sequences. Aiming at the problems in control of inner wrinkling for an irregular surface part featured with both concavity and convex, this research proposes an optimal design method of drawbead parameters to change the material flow. According to theoretical analysis of the mechanism of inner wrinkling, optimizing cavity pressure only is unreasonable to form a wrinkle-free deep-drawn part, so semi-circular drawbeads are employed. The effects of layout and height of drawbeads on forming results are discussed, and a process window is established based on evaluation indicators including the anti-wrinkle coefficient and the minimum wall thickness. Experiments are carried out to validate the process window, and the wall thickness and the wrinkle height are measured and compared with numerical findings. The results show that the anti-wrinkle ability of drawbeads weakens with increasing oblique angle and distance from the die center, while the wall thickness increases with increasing oblique angle and distance, and the inner wrinkling can be completely suppressed by drawbeads arranged in zones I and II with optimum penetration.

A new method, without assistance of activity ratio diagram, was applied to construct the p ε \|pH diagrams for chlorine system. The optimal pH range for generation of ClO_(2) by contacting Cl 2(g) directly with ClO^(-) _(2) solution is within pH 1.35-1.94, particularly within pH 1 35-4 00 only if minimizing the formation of Cl_(2) It is unachievable to synthesize pure ClO_(2) from the reaction of Cl_(2) and ClO^(-)_(2). Conversely, ClO_(2) may be present a variation of stability in different waters owing to the changed p ε and pH. ClO_(2) could be relatively stable if not disproportionate into ClO^(-)_(3), coexisting with ClO^(-) _(2) (p ε 17 63 and pH>9 68), Cl_(2) (pH≤0.92) or Cl^(-)(pH 0.92-9.68). When chlorine system has already reached the ultimate equilibria, ClO_(2) is a stable species in strongly acid media. As the acidity decreases, ClO 2 disproportionates into ClO^(-)_(3) and Cl_(2) Aqueous ClO_(2) is unstable within the normal pH range. This work initially, theoretically elucidates the generation and stability of ClO_(2) by way of the p ε pH diagrams.
